I'm going to have to stay with the majority here. I try my hardest not to give bad ratings, but this location totally deserves it. Not only was the inside filthy. The tables were filthy. The seats were filthy, the food was horrendous. The chicken in the burrito bowl was like rubber fat. It was so gross. I had to push it to the side. The workers were not very pleasant either. I'm sure they probably wanted to be anywhere else but there. And it showed. I'm sure you could find a small local chain if you are hungry for Mexican food if you're in the Delafield area. Good help must be hard to find. 3 people working. Not a single customer in the place. They still screwed up my takeout order. No utensils. Missing one of the kids drink and desert. Salad with no dressing. Burrito with little meat, but lots of rice. Unbelievable. We stay in Delafield often for Brewer games, Summerfest, State Fair, etc. Won't be ordering from this place again. Normally I wouldn't leave a review for a chain but this is the most hostile Qdoba I've ever been to. The woman behind the counter was frowning as soon as we entered. We asked for our salsas on the side (we were splitting nachos) and she put the mild salsa in a cup and put the spicy one directly on the nachos. We told her we didn't want the salsa directly on it and she just rolled her eyes and slammed the lid onto the bowl. As we were checking out she was telling the cashier that we wanted the sauce on the side in a super aggravated tone. Then she started ranting in Spanish (I know spanish) about us to the person on register. We said "all we said is we didn't want the sauce directly on top, we wanted it on the side like the other one" then she grabbed the bowl and threw it in the garbage. She started to remake it with rice which we didn't have in the last bowl, and then threw away the whole bowl again when we said we didn't get rice. She made us restate our whole order and said "anything else" in an annoyed tone after every item before we could even finish speaking. We also had to remind her that the 3-cheese nachos should have cheese, as well as tell the cashier that we needed the chips. The chips were so stale that they were difficult to chew. We asked if there were fresher chips and he said they are all made at 6 am. These tasted like they had been out since yesterday. The floors were slippery and everything seemed to have a greasy coating. Every single table was dirty. On 11/30 yesterday I went to Qdoba located in Delafield the people working in the 2:00pm shift are amazing there is one person in the line and she was a older woman she was so fast and getting the whole line done and the cook was a older man and he was very nice and greeted people when he cheeked to make sure there was food on the line I am very impressed with there service! read more

Qdoba in Delafield is the worst place you can ever get food in the entire area. I understand it's annoying when someone comes in 30 minutes before closing, but I've never been treated so rudely in my life at this chain. They told me they were closed when they werent, pushed me to get easier things to make so they can close quicker, and chuckled when I called them out for calling them out for when they close. I told them this was terrible service and I'm never coming back and responded with we don't care. if I could give this review negative stars I would. go to a real restaurant and don't deal with these duche bags. I LOVE Mexican food and I know 9 out of 10 people do as well. And on a busy day most families do not have enough time to make a fancy Mexican meal. That is why Qdoba is so great. It is fast food Mexican, but even better than the average Taco bell. The Delafield, Wisconsin Qdoba is very spacious inside. They have high tables and booths as well as regular tables. The tables are spaced apart nicely so you aren't sitting right on top of the person next to you. This location only has one bathroom which is not the best considering it is very busy all the time. However the restaurant is always well kept and clean on the inside. And even better if you have social anxiety like me they also offer take out. That has a few options but a very wide variety of toppings to make your meal your own. The drink machine is also really nice. They have every soda you can think of as well as different flavors per each of those. The fresh chips that they make every day are also served as a side with all the entrees. they have burrito bowls, normal burritos, tacos, and kids meals, as well as gluten-free options. If you love Mexican as much as most people they also offer catering. A graduation party, a family get together, a social event, any big gathering of people. And this food could feed an army. You always feel full after eating, but never sick. And if you have a smaller appetite then you will most likely have leftovers for later because the food is very filling. The portion sizes are reasonable and not too small where you have to order the whole menu. The prices are right and are very affordable. I always go with a classic burrito bowl, with brown rice, chicken, corn salsa, sour cream, guac and cheese, and queso. Everything in the line is always very fresh. And they have many different choices to satisfy your taste buds. If you like spicy food there are many things to provide for you. There is only one rough part of the Delafield location, and that is the manager. I have gone in many many times, and time after time this woman does not get better. She is rude and she does not have manners, and should not be anywhere near the customer service industry. She is also a bit intimidating and there is nowhere to go with complaints about her besides corporate. The manager seems to be always stressed, just by her voice and the way she talks to customers, it is easy to tell. People should go to Qdoba because it is fast and delicious. You get your money's worth. I know I will always be back because of the wide variety of choices, which is amazing. read more

Hey y'all, Ron here. Just wanted to fill you in on the Delafield Qdoba. I enjoy the food here quite often. However, the manager has left a bad taste in my mouth multiple times. The first time was when me and the boys were escorted out 10 minutes prior to closing time. Although that was quite some time ago, I refuse to forget the lost bonding that was lost. Another time I thought forget my friggin fraggin wallet in the booth. I called to see if the if I had left it and was greeted by a very nice employee who then said that she was going to put me on with her manager. The manager greeted me with a sharp, abrupt tone and told me they didn't have it in a very mean way. Great queso though. I love everything about this place except that woman. read more

I have wanted to like Qdoba for the last decade or so, but after eating here again today I have to give it a 2. This location is clean, has friendly service, and big burritos. The main problem for me is the overall blandness of the ingredients. Should I really have to add hot sauce to a burrito that already has habanero salsa and jalapeno queso? The "free" guacomole is a nice thought, except for the tiny portion and the fact that you're already paying $8 for a chicken burrito. This is a good location if you're a fan of Qdoba, but I always feel like I should have driven the extra 15 mins to a certain competitor (clue: it's NOT Moe's). read more

I worry the other reviewers have never had good Mexican food. I stopped in here for a quick salad lunch after a hair appointment and despite having eaten nothing that day, I took two bites and choked in disgust. I threw the whole thing in the trash and went on my way. The lettuce was wilted, the meat was over-salted and tough, and the guacamole tasted rancid. Chipotle isn't too far from here, people... Do yourself a favor and try the much better version of this same formula. read more

This Qdoba does a horrible job of preparing your order. They skimp on all the ingredients and they had attitude when you ask for additional ingredients. Our protein bowls didn't have enough lettuce to fill a fork. Lastly they didn't ask for your our rewards card and didn't offer chips with the burrito bowl. I was told by the manager we had to ask for chips. My advice...go to the Oconomowoc location where they have a clue about customer service. read more

I have gone to this location since it opened in Delafield. Food has always been relatively adequate but over the years I have noticed that the staff are less and less engaged. Asking "how are you doing?" while looking out the door does not constitute friendliness. Ingredients "slopped" into bowls/tortillas like a mess hall scene from MASH is not particularly appetizing. Crappy adolescent attitudes and expensive food, for the quality, mean I probably won't bother with another visit! Better quality, friendlier service and more reasonable prices at Mazatlan in Delafield make the choice easy! read more

This was the best QDOBA I have been to. Take into account their computer system broke down and their AC wasn't working!! Even with all of the problems they were having, they were still in a good mood. They were extremely nice and fast. I shared a burrito with my mom and this was the first QDOBA to offer to cut it. They even wrapped it individually and put arrows on which end to open first! Loved the customer service and the food was AMAZING. read more

This location has really friendly staff (although some of them are really skimpy on food) - especially the manager! My fiancé and I are regulars at this location and she is always really nice to us and jokes around. The quality of the food at this location is much more fresh than others I've been to. The line is always out the door during busy times though, so come early or late instead of during the lunch/dinner hours. read more

Everything was very fresh and prepared properly. I had mine with pork which was cooked just right and tasted great. Someone did stop by my table while they were cleaning up and asked how my meal was. I frequent all of the area locations, but this one is my favorite as the staff is generally very friendly, with good management, great portion sizes, and often throw in a freebie to the regulars like myself. Some of the other comments are right. The portions are INCREDIBLY small. We recently moved closer to the Delafield store, but we've decided never to order from there again and drive a little further the Waukesha location from now on to get decent portions. The staff is always seen joking around. The girl taking my order joked with her coworkers for almost a minute before realizing I was in line. Then she kept forgetting what I ordered and made me repeat myself several times. I was there a few weeks ago and a fire started on the grill, completely engulfing the meat they were cooking, with nobody tending to it. It took them half a minute to even realize what was happening. Then the girl taking my order just shrugged her shoulders and started laughing. Let me say this is the first and last time I will eat at this location. The dining room is a mess. I had to clean off my own table. The beverage station is not stocked. Limited amounts of spoons, forks, napkins and lids. I really enjoyed watching how my food was slopped in my bowl. I asked for the fajita vegetables and was told it would take ten minutes. I love Qdoba - it's good fast food Mexican. However I am disappointed in the portion size. Stopped yesterday for tacos and nachos. Again it was good but.... I hate to say this I had more meat on my taco's the last time I went to Taco Bell. Between all of the tacos I think I had a tablespoon of meat and if you ask for more they will do so but happily charge you for it. the nacho's were good but only had again about a tablespoon of chicken. Stopped in for lunch today. Few people eating in and was the only customer ordering food at the time. I was ordering food for 3 and only got 2 orders. I felt rushed and had no time to decide on toppings when I already knew what I wanted besides some toppings. I had to stop and tell them to stop asking questions because two employees kept telling me about toppings and other about the next order. I have worked in fast food in the past and typically you have them order what they want then with their multiple order you ask about toppings. Lot quicker and don't have to go back and forth and asking multiple questions and get your order messed up.
