However, I was pleasantly surprised as we were leaving when I was leading my blind aunt to the car with our drinks in my hand and the manager noticed us and came to help me with the door. She made sure we got to the car and my aunt was safely in. I was going back to get us an ice cream cone and she quickly took care of getting it for me. I have worked in the food industry for over 40 years and in todays world, for someone to take the time from their busy schedule to show such an act of kindness is very rare. I felt that this should be made known to the owners or upper managment because I am still working in a corporate office for a major franchise chain and deal with customer refunds and complaints as needed and wanted to praise your manager in DeQueen for going the extra mile to help a customer.
