The food is good but they tend to mess up my order almost every single time except maybe once or twice .

Yesterday I made a road trip with 1 of my aunts from Texarkana and stopping in Gillham to get another aunt to go to Mena, Arkansas, to visit two more aunts. On my way back home today from Mena one of my aunts, who is 84 and I, who am 81 stopped in DeQueen at the McDonald's there and the food and service was good. However, I was pleasantly surprised as we were leaving when I was leading my blind aunt to the car with our drinks in my hand and the manager noticed us and came to help me with the door. She made sure we got to the car and my aunt was safely in. I was going back to get us an ice cream cone and she quickly took care of getting it for me. I have worked in the food industry for over 40 years and in todays world, for someone to take the time from their busy schedule to show such an act of kindness is very rare. I felt that this should be made known to the owners or upper managment because I am still working in a corporate office for a major franchise chain and deal with customer refunds and complaints as needed and wanted to praise your manager in DeQueen for going the extra mile to help a customer. She displayed the golden rule very well,"Do unto others as you would have them to do unto you" Paula D. read more

Worst customer service ever. Food is cold, stale or hard. Drive thru employees all seem to lack moral and need new management to turn this place around. This site is giving McDonald's a bad look. They sigh if you add too much onto your order. Have attitudes as if there annoyed that you showed up. This would be unacceptable in Los Angeles. McDonalds show up as a pop up guest and see how this site is tarnishing your name! read more

I wouldn't even give this McDonald's a 1 star review!!!! They were so rude. We drove through the drive thru with a trailer because there was no space to park. I ordered a 10 piece nugget with ranch and my dad ordered a burger. He pays, we pull to the pick up window and they tell him to pull to parking spot 1. My dad says he can't because we will block the exit and she says yeah just pull up to reserve 1 it's fine and he says we have a trailer as she closes the window on him. He pulls up and of course cars are honking. They finally bring us our bag and I have no dipping sauce. Still don't know if my dads burger is correct. Overall service 0 and intelligence a whopping -100. read more

Foods pretty good for the most part. It's McDonald's so I know what to expect. Go to the drive though a lot so it's a drive through experience read more

The Mc Donald's in DeQueen Arkansas (store#10810) A rating of 1 only bc I can't rate lower.. It's horrible.. The drive thru is so so slow. At 8:24 pm on wed night (12-1-2021) we placed a small order {a 4/$4& 1pie} 3 cars in front of us in drive thru line and we got our order at 8:53 pm. We were order #84.. I'm glad we didn't order anything more than what we did. The night crew is horrically slow. On average 4 out of 5 visits they screw up our orders.. My advice is do t be in a hurry if you go there.. read more

The most disgusting bathrooms I have ever seen at a mcdonalds. The floors in the entire place felt greasy and looked horrible. The staff was friendly which was the only plus. Not sure I will be coming back here. read more

Came through on a long drive. After waiting ten minutes(with no line) they didn't complete my order... we ordered chicken nuggets and ranch for my daughter didn't get either. Both on the receipt and on the screen. Y'all clearly need to get it together. There's no excuse, now I have a hungry two year old and have to wait for the next town. read more

Super slow. They recently remodeled the place and put in display order screens. Takes longer to order, and we are sitting here 30 minutes later and still no food. Needs improvement. read more

Went thru drive thru just to get a Parfait on my way to work. Got to work and see the "Use By" sticker bold as daylight on top of Parfait.... USE THRU: 3/12/18. I am assuming the clerk bagging my parfait was unable to read due to the clearly stated date right on top. Get it together McDonalds!!! Where is Chick-Fil-A in small towns when you really need them!!! read more

For two consecutive drive-thru visits to the DeQueen McDonald's I have been sent to one of the knewly implemented Customer Waiting parking spaces even though my visit was not during peak hours. ..I was not informed of the reason for the delay, however, each time my fries were extremely hot upon arrival (not a bad thing) and the delay seemed unnecessary. .. on my most rescent I looked in the bag and it appeared that my order was correct but when I reached my destination (injecting my insulin dose first) I was not so lucky. ..my grilled chicken sandwich was fried which I ate anyhow because I was extremely frustrated by this point and I did not need to wait any longer to eat...the fried chicken sandwich was awful and obviously not the reason for the delay because it was cold...if you do not need to stop in DeQueen to each go on to Broken Bow or Mena...I live in DeQueen and go elsewhere to eat because of the limited choices and quality found in DeQueen read more
