As far as Burger King's go, this location is pretty much what you expect from a fast food chain. Since it's close by I typically go here & usually have no issues with my order. When I ask for modifications to my meal, it comes like it should. The employees are generally friendly but I've had a few times where they don't have the best attitude; luckily that's not the common trend though. This BK has recently remodeled their restaurant & from what I can see it looks very well kept. The inside is usually clean but that's something I hope for since it isn't THAT busy of a location. I recently got the Ghost Pepper Whopper they released for the Halloween season & honestly really enjoyed it! It was advertised as a Whopper topped with Ghost Pepper cheese, spicy queso sauce, crispy jalapeños & bacon, all within orange-colored buns & I'd say they definitely nailed it with this one. It had that flame grilled taste of a regular Whopper but packed a good punch with the spice. It wasn't too overpowering but you could feel the heat after a couple bites, I needed a French fry or sip of my frozen Coke in between. The crispy jalapeños gave it a nice texture that you usually don't get with a regular Whopper & the bacon was surprisingly thick/flavorful. I also really enjoyed the taste of the spicy queso. Unfortunately it was only for limited time but I hope they bring something similar back next year. read more

Ordered via mobile app Wednesday. Parked my vehicle and walked in. Got "yelled" at for being in the store. They have remodeled and do not want customers in the store. Maybe they should lock the door. :) I just walked right in. How was I to know? Anyway, this is an upgrade from where they were before. There is still a "difficult" woman ...Manager working there for probably 15 years now. Anyway, food was good. This BK was on my way home. Best BK! I always have great experiences here and always think how quick, and fresh the food is. Staff is super friendly.

So when you review fast food, you have to remember is fast food. You're not going to get 5 star service every time or consistently the same quality of food. So, starting with cleanliness, with covid, the inside is shut down, but when I was able to go in, it was pretty clean. It wasn't messy, I didn't go in the bathroom, so I can't speak for that. The staff, compared to other fast food places in my neighborhood are a lot friendlier. It doesn't sound like they hate their job and they're polite the whole time. Maybe I'm catching them on their good days or maybe they're just super nice there. Food comes out pretty quick. I've never been told to pull up to a spot and wait. Sometimes they're a little skimpy on the fries, like it's only 3/4 filled. I think all fast food places are like that though. As for quality, again, fast food isn't the greatest, but the food comes out hot and they're accurate. I've never had to go back because they forgot something. Overall, it's not bad, I don't think I could go back everyday but every once in a while is ok. read more

This location is great. Right now they are only doing drive through. The people are nice and repeat your order and also has you check the screen to make sure it's correct . Today I tried a different burger the steak house king. It wasn't my favorite but it wasn't too bad. The burger was cooked well. The cheese is always good. I'm not sure what sauce was on it. But you can taste the flavor and it comes with onion straws the best part and bacon . Then of course the fries and today they had the right amount of salt sometimes. You can barley taste the salt . And the coke tasted good. Sometimes the machine makes it taste flat but not today. read more

I really have no problem with the food as it is always the same. I came to this store one morning before work at the drive thru. The girl at the window had trouble with my card at her register she then swiped on another register after calling over a manger. I thought everything was fine but noticed a double charge on my bank statement. I tried to notify corporate twice but got no reply. After 10 days I called the store. The manager listened at first told me it was impossible but then said if you show me proof I will credit you. I don't really trust him but stay tuned. Shame on corporate for not getting back to me. Also, I'm surprised that they did not catch the error at the end of the day when their register was over. read more

A friend and I stopped in for a quick lunch and it was the worst experience I have ever had at Burger King or any other fast food place for that matter. First, we asked if we could upgrade the tots to have cheese and were told no in a very sharp tone. My friend asked to add extra cheese to his burger and the woman behind the counter Shandom I believe her name told him enough cheese on it you don't need more. I got my chicken sandwich and the bun was extremely stale to the touch after I took a bite I spotted mold on it and when I returned it she told me it wasn't mold and I didn't know what I was talking about. While I believe most people would easily identify mold I am also an active manager in a food establishment so I am well-trained to spot things like mold. She had a very bad attitude which left my stomach in state so when the replacement was finally ready and she just pointed to me to come up I did and told her I no longer wanted the sandwich and would just like my money back. She told me I could not have a refund and when I asked he name she turned her back on me and instructed all the employees not to tell me her name. I only found out her name because there was an employee coming to work in the parking lot and they told me. So I spent $27.00 on terrible food with a seriously bad attitude. Not only will Inot be returning but I will make sure everyone I know and have a passing acquaintance with knows how badly Burger King treated us today. read more

This the worst BK probably in Broward, this location is exempt to all promotions you see on TV, their prices are standard. I went to Walmart to buy some stuff & swung to by this BK for 2 $1 bacon cheeseburger turns out this doesn't do that special. Their price is $1.99. ($4 FOR 2 LOUSY CHEESEBURGERS). I left , instead I across the street to Pollo Tropical for that amount + $1.50 more I bought a REAL MEAL that's worth its money. I rarely come to this BK for such reasons, I GO TO ANOTHER, for all I care this location can close its doors & it won't be missed. read more
