I arrived at 12:30 for lunch. Wanted to try something different than Whataburger again. There was only one other customer in the place. It is attached to a gas station so I was not sure what to expect. My burgers tasted flame broiled but were kind of dry and a flavor like maybe breading was add into the meat?? It was nicely decorated for Halloween inside. It was pretty clean inside and I saw employees spraying and cleaning tables. Price was also more than my standard Whataburger meal of the same contents at $14.25. My usual at Whataburger is around $12.25. It wasn't bad but as Whataburger is right down the street, I probably wouldn't come back. read more

Bacon in my burger were basically bits of charcoal burnt to a crisp , employees were talking on the phone the whole time I was there.

I came in the Resturant got food for me and my wife first the Employee was Cussing at a Customer and fighting but when i put my order in i wanted a Whopper meat no cheese ff and a Strawberry lemanade and they told me i had to put a order in for lemonade a Hr a head of time then i order a Double Whopper only Mustard Ketchup only it was so messy that u could not eat it and the cheese tots where so hard u could not eat them but when i go to call them there Phone was disconnected so i had to cook me something small because those lazy people can not make a burger right read more

Late night dinner via drive thru. Very friendly service, fresh/hot food, attention to detail of the order and yummy burgers!

Not only was the ordering process very awkward due to poor communication skills but we waited about 30 minutes at the drive thru window and not one of the workers that kept making eye contact with us came to the window to explain why we were waiting so long.. also, don't order a lemonade. No clue why all the bad Yelp reviews and I am glad I chose to come here based on easy on, easy off location to I-10 versus these reviews. I almost didn't because everyone made it sound so terrible. It was not. I am so glad my craving for an OG Chicken Sandwich won out. The bathrooms were reasonably clean and well stocked for such a high traffic stop and my son loved the big stack of free Burger King crowns. I have never seen a BK with those just piled up to give away. Nice touch. What I was really impressed with was the friendly service. Yes, my food came to me fresh and hot and delicious BUT it was the banter and smiles from the staff that made me wish this was a place I could come to more often. They made the drive through so much fun. We giggled over the Impossible Burger T-shirt they'd been forced to wear and it honestly made my long trip even better. The Lady and I were traveling on a Sunday. Sadly, traffic was horrible on the interstate and after trying to eat at other places, we were running out of gas, both mentally and actually. So we took the exit and pulled in for gas to where this BK is attached. Even though I was not thrilled about eating fast food, necessity and the lack of probability of finding another place had us park the car and walk inside the BK. And here be the surprising news. 1. At the height of the lunch rush, it was clean! 2. Our order was correct and hot. 3. Flavor was ok, not great, but being hot and correct was a plus and it was not full of screaming kids and irritated adults. 4. I did get the feeling that everything was moving in slow motion (like walking under water). 5. It was not Love Bug mating time, which can be horrible if you have ever driven through this area during the season. 6. The staff we dealt with were friendly but stressed trying to work in a small area. In summary, we had chosen to eat on their turf and it turned out OK. Some day we may come through this area again and it might be worth a stop as opposed to other establishments in the area. Took more than 30min to get through the drive through. Front door and side door both locked while customers were inside. Not sure if they're low on employees or what's going on. On my way to Houston I was so thirsty so I decided to hit up the drive through here. There was a huge line and it seemed to take forever to get up to the ordering speaker. When I got there I rolled down my window to have a huge hoard of bugs that were hanging out there engulfing my car and coming inside. Um gross. I hurried up ordering and quickly shut my window and them pulled up to the pick up window. I told there girl about it and pointed to my windshield where the mating bugs had taken up residence. She apologized but, I was just glad I didn't order any food from this place. I can't believe that they didn't realize there was an infestation going on in the drive through line because there was so many they obviously had a nest going back there. Kids got hungry on the way to Weimer and we needed to also get gas. This Burger King was located in the direction that we were heading, west, so we didn't have to go out of our way to get to other restaurants on the opposite side of the freeway. The Burger King was nice and clean. The AC definitely works cause it was really code in there. The kids had a great time with their paper crowns that the restaurant readily made available, there all lined up for anyone to take one. I stopped here for a quick snack of onion rings & a drink. Needed to stretch my legs so I went inside, besides there were 5 cars already in the drive thru. The place was a horrid mess. My visit was at 3:30 in the afternoon. Employees chatting, other people waiting on their orders. A couple with energized kids could not wait any longer and walked out. For an order of rings and a small drink I waited for 27 minutes. The rings were cold. But, so was the drink. Not an anticipated trade off. So, if you like waiting and noticing how unkept the place is, this is your place. There's a Whataburger almost next door. What was I thinking? read more

Awful been waiting almost 30 minutes for two chicken fries meals and a couple things off the dollar menu. Absolute mess.

This Burger King is attached to a gas station. I stopped her on the way to Houston. I had to pee so bad that I was crossing my legs. So I figured this was a good place to use the restroom and get a burger. So when I walked inside they had a line of 10 men. I said are you all waiting. It was noon on a saturday. They said that the person that cleans the restrooms said they needed to wait till the floor is dry. I looked for the attendant his name is Troy. I said hey Troy I have to go. He said well you need to wait. So I went inside and asked for the person in charge. They said the general manager is here and her name is Marissa. I thought great she will fix this. Yet she said that Troy is following her instructions and I need to wait. I said Marissa it is noon on a saturday. I suggest you consider caring more for your customers and their needs. She said there is a restroom across the street. If the person that runs this location is reading this. I suggest you consider retraining this general manager as in my opinion. She lacks compassion. A few weeks ago I ordered from the drive-thru menu. When I opened my order I found that the fries were cold and stale. By the time I had gone back and they made fresh fries for me my hamburger was cold. I went back there today, hoping that the last visit was just a bad day. I ordered the number 2 meal. This is a double meat cheeseburger with bacon. What I got was a single meat cheeseburger with bacon. When I went back through the drive-thru window to have this corrected I was told that I had not ordered a number 2 but a number 3. The number 2 and the number 3 don't sound anything like and I don't understand how this could have been misunderstood. And the hamburger was on a stale bun. I don't intend to go back to this place where I have received unacceptable service and I have been lied to. I don't recommend anyone eat here. They don't seem capable of getting an order right and the food is generally stale. read more
