When they asked if she wanted it on white or wheat, she said, "white, please, toasted and no onion." What she didn't realize (my wife) was that white or wheat meant a brioche style hamburger bun not traditional sliced bread. That was not clear until we asked after being served -- and were told they don't use "regular bread". Second hiccup in this order was that while the sandwich had a wonderful abundance of bacon... I mean a load!... Somehow they not only left off the onion but also was no tomato! It ended up being a bacon, lettuce and mayo sandwich on a bun. So back to the counter to ask them for several slices of tomato. (Apology accepted.) My order was for a Philly-style cheesesteak with Cooper cheese. It came very hot, juicy, and quite yummy. In fact, it was too big for me to finish. So once again, the general generosity with fillings and toppings was top-notch. Prices were very reasonable and I would encourage you to go and try it. If in the area, we likely will come back as well. As a side note, my wife worked as a server at this restaurant 68 years ago when she was a teenager!
