Friday's are reserved for this type of stuff. My son and friends wanted to take a break from his other favorite burger place in town so they landed on BK. While I do enjoy a pretentious burger from time to time, out of all the drive-thru chains, I still rank BK as the highest in terms of quality and flavor. I know "quality" is doing a lot of lifting here. Uber was running a special if you placed a $20 order, you get a free meal--so why not. Ordered a bundle that came with three whoppers or chicken sandwiches, fries and nuggets (no drinks). I tried the fiery mozzarella sticks which had a nice punch but hardly any cheese inside. They forgot two Oreo shakes, which we got refunded back from Uber. We called the store and whoever answered said they were looking at the shakes which doesn't help. Overall, it satisfied a few 12 year-olds sans the shakes. Nothing to see or write home about. read more

Long lines, slow service, & overpriced food is what you'll find here. This BK is a main attraction in the area and constantly has people going in and out of it. Unfortunately, the very small staff have a hard time keeping up with it all. You're guaranteed to wait a significant amount of time for your order, so keep that in mind as you head in. One line. One register. One worker. The tables and beverage area could' used a wipe down or two. This location does not have a drive-thru so you'll have to go inside. The food was meh and over priced. Two whopper meals ran me a little over $25! Search for coupons before visiting to help with cost. If I'm in the area and in the mood for BK I might stop in. I definitely would not go out of my way to dine here again. read more

Sorry but was horrible. From moment walked in there was 3 employees 2 in back were taking their time making stuff and cashier waited and took customers while food was ready sitting on the racks. The chicken sandwich I got I had to pay extra for onions never the less more onions but can see by photo I got one onion for like .30 cheese not melted was cold as if just took out of fridge. Chicken very greasy as well. Tables weren't clean. Not a good rap this time. Haven't been to Burger King in years. Maybe I'll just stay away. read more

What a horror story. I got home and had a bag full of tater tots rather than the whopper jr and chicken fries I ordered. I called the restaurant and they admitted to knowingly making the substitution. Such deception makes this place unuseable for food. They would have just spat in my replacement order. Inexcusable, I'm ordering food yesterday afternoon around 4 pm! As I'm ordering, I see one of the female workers on the line making sandwiches, as she is doing this she puts her hands to her mouth with gloves on! She never changed her gloves and continued to make sandwiches! I alerted the manager abt it and she told the lady to change her gloves! She should have washed her hands and then put on new gloves after removing the first pair! She should be reprimanded abt that! It's unsanitary to be doing that, lord knows how many other times she has done this, on top of that she had the nerve to have an attitude because I spoke up! I didn't experience any of the problems the other reviewers had. This Burger King was clean and everything came out as expected. Our order was pretty standard: whopper, chicken nuggets, milk shake, and fries of course. The interior style of this BK is pretty cool. It reminds me of a Johnny Rockets or a Planet Hollywood rather than a Burger King. There are old movie posters and movie scenes are featured on most of the booths. One booth is made to look like an old convertible. I wanted to review this one since it's like stepping back in time and is different than most Burger Kings. read more

The worst bk I've ever been too. The shake machine is always down and the one time I was able to get one it was horrible. Ice machines are always down too.. FF were old and way to greasy. Sandwich was cold (ate in rest). I wouldn't recommend this BK to anyone. read more

Good place as far as Burger King goes. I ate the Angry Whopper and fries. The smoothies are fast food smoothies, more paste than fruit.

for starters I would give this place a -5 stars if possible. first thing they did was completely swap an impossible burger with a regular meat patty. then before we even realized. we went to get water and ask for some sauce packets. there was not a water option on their soda machine - baffling - then they tried to charge us for ketchup packets... we literally just spent over $20 on items and they didn't even provide a simple ketchup packet for our fries. then to wrap it all up my girlfriend overheard them say they swapped the burgers and they didn't even have the human decency to let us know. we had to walk up and show them the order number was wrong for them to correct it finally. this place is legit a piece of garbage and all the workers involved should be removed immediately. I have been to this store before and it was fine. Bad experience today that will keep me away from here. Customer in front of me ordered a Whopper with no ketchup or mayo. When his sandwich came out, he unwrapped it and lifted the bun to check if it was correct. It was not. He handed it back to the cashier who handed it back to the cook who promptly rewrapped it and gave to the cashier to give to me. They all seemed surprised when I politely said I wanted one untouched by other customers. Basic food safety apparently isn't a priority here. The replacement was fairly cold and certainly not worth the effort of eating it. read more

LOl, I can't believe I'm reviewing Burger King. I'm actually eating a salad from there now, so I checked my receipt to see if the store # was on it for the person who wants to report them to corporate. No store number on the receipt. But whoever is the manager or whoever orders the food for their inventory appears to be incompetent. Well, I went in today and ordered a chicken apple cranberry salad and was informed that "The salads don't have apples in them today. Is that OK?" I don't know whose fault that is--the franchisee or the corporate supply place. But it's not really OK. But OK. I said it was, because I was hungry. And I mean, it's Burger King. What do you expect? But still, their salads aren't cheap, considering they're fast food quality. But anyway...then the lady asked me what kind of dressing I wanted. I hesitated, not knowing what the choices were, and the lady suggested apple cider vinaigrette. Sounds great. I'll take it. But when my order was ready, the guy who handed it to me told me that they didn't have apple cider vinaigrette. OK.... So here I am, eating some lettuce, dried cranberries, and gorgonzola or whatever the cheese is, with ranch dressing. Oh, and grilled chicken. At least, I think this tough piece of salty meat is chicken. I hope so. Maybe the lesson here is this: Don't eat at Burger King. You deserve better. Cook at home. read more
