The food at this particular BK is soooooooo salty!!!! They drench the fries with Salt! Even the chicken sandwich is very salty! They really need to ease up on the salt. Since turning vegetarian years ago, it is hard to go out and get fast food. My fiancé likes to pick lunch at burger king for himself when he's alone. Last week after work he talked me into trying the veggie burger. I must say it was delicious. I was nervous on trying it but I am so happy I did. Knowing that a fast food place sells something for vegetarians besides salad is amazing. I wish I have tried the veggie burger sooner. They definitely got me back as a customer! It was the most disgusting thing I have ever put in my mouth! I should have thrown it out when I opened it but no I decided to taste it. while unck was doing his physical therapy nearby i gps the nearest bk where i can waste about 1 hour , read my newspaper's, , get some french toast sticks. a egg and sausage crossiant. a comfy corner booth so i can snooze after eating and reading which this bk in the bronx (country club) allowed me too do it all. a spacious parking lot , drive thru. spacious interior with plenty of seating including booths which is number one for me , typical easy to understand breakfast menu which is on displayed as its 10 am and place is clean which is always a plus. i ordered right away as no one else is here yet and for less then 10 bucks i really cant bitch or moan . grab a booth with a tv overhead but its not local news, sports, trashy show , etc on the tube , no its some lame infomercial which means newspapers , smart phone , eat my feast, nap a bit till unck calls or texts me which is not that bad on a tuesday morning , its good to be the king at burger king . read more

We usually order their value deals and the food is usually consistent, however, today we decided to get a couple of their specialty burgers that we saw on their online menu. That wasn't a good idea. There were some issues ordering. We asked them if they had the steakhouse king and the young lady said, "yes," however, the order turned out to be wrong. The manager got involved and said that they didn't have the steakhouse king and seemed to be confused about our order. We ended up changing our order and it was still wrong. They have forgotten the bacon for one of the burgers, and, to make our experience much worse, the burgers were so so soggy. We couldn't finish our food. It was awful. From this experience, we've learned that we should have stuck with our usual order. We'd advise for everyone to do the same. This place has actually gotten 100 times better, ever since the update renovation. Don't come during lunch on school days because it's crowded but not a madhouse due to security on premises. Food is cooked fresh and the staff is mediocre. No customer service skills. They need to realize that thank you and have a good day go a long way. They renovated the place within the last year and it looks so much nicer and cleaner. They employees are nice and the drive thru moves quickly. I would have given 5 stars if it wasn't for the rude managers. They treat the employees like crap and I felt bad for the cashier cause she was doing all the work while 2 managers barked orders at her and they just were standing around "supervising". Even when she asked them to help her, one seemed all frazzled and didn't even know which size drinks were which. Makes me wonder how he became a manager. Anyhow, If I'm in the mood for Burger King, this is the one I go to. Also, with the renovations, they added a few tvs which are tuned onto News 12 all day and they also have a security guard present. Horrible service burger king says 'have it your way' but when u ask for hot hash browns, the old lady in the back gets an attitude. She doesn't even have gloves on most of the times!! Avoid this place during breakfast hours unless you like hot food served cold,with pissy attitudes on the side. read more

They should close this place... I recently visited this Burger King with my daughter for breakfast. It was before 10:30 am and they stopped serving breakfast. When I ask to speak to the manager he told me he didn't want to cook more breakfast items because the lunch rush was going to start soon. I looked over the counter and he had some breakfast items ( fresh toast sticks and hash browns). I was willing to buy them since we were hungry. But nooooo! The manager gave it to a customer he knew. This is by far the worst fast food place I have ever eaten at. I have been there on 3 separate occasions and each time the burger and fries have been ice cold but today took the cake. I arrived at 6:30 with my wife after visiting my granddaughter and we both were a little hungry. My wife wanted to try the king fish sandwich and we ordered by utilizing the drive-thru. I ordered her meal and a whopper meal for me. I was apprehensive because of my previous experiences but decided to give it one last try. Well, when we got home my wife's fish sandwich was so hard that she couldn't even eat it. They had evidently over microwaved this piece of fish and it was disgusting to say the least. My whopper as usual was cold but the fries were so cold that they stuck together. Our apple pies were ice cold and looked like they were weeks old. With both Wendy's and McDonalds in close proximity one would think this Burger King would try and serve great food. No wonder both other chains are far out selling them. This has to be the worst meal I've had from any fast food, after ordering a fish fillet sandwich the fish was so stiff and dry as if they had reheated it in the microwave. Burger King is my favorite fast food joint, so I frequent this location often because it's the closest to my house. Service is never good but it's fast food so I don't really mind. However my most recent experience has ensured I will never return. I went in the morning and I was the only person in the drive through, ordering was fine, but when I pulled up to the window a man just started yelling at me and refused to serve me - AFTER swiping my card! I was in shock. A woman had taken my order but a man was at the window; what changed in the few moments from the time I ordered to to when I pulled up to the drive through? Because he saw me, was it the fact I'm a female, or the fact that my race is different than his? Maybe he didn't like the color of my hair or my skin? I pulled up as I always do smiled and said good morning, did saying good morning offend this man? Who knows?! All I know is this man berated me like a child, yelled at me, screamed at me, refused to serve me yet swiped my card anyway. When I asked to speak to the general manager or contact for the general manager he said he is the general manager and I need to leave and when I asked for his name he cursed at me and told me to leave again and shut the window on me. I was in such shock, I even called the corporate to make a complaint and of course I got nowhere. The whole experience was disgusting and terrible. I advise staying clear of such a distasteful and disrespectful establishment. There's plenty of competitors within a 60second radius.
