Standards at fast food restaurants have always been on the low side. The question is, how low are they willing to go. When your feet stick to the floor, and the floor is made out of carpet...you know the standards don't apply to the owner. Getting served under cooked food by hung over emo college students that look like they just woke up. Doing the bare minimum just to get through the day. Now normally, my reviews are positive. And for anyone reading this thinking I'm being incentive. Let me just say, that this review is being watered down. I do hope for great success and that they make changes. read more

Wow! What a sh*# show of a franchise. I now understand why this particular fast food restaurant chain is going out of business. Waited in the drive-thru for 10 minutes before I was even asked for my order. Another 15 minutes later, got to the window, paid, and was told to pull around front and wait for my food. ANOTHER 10 minutes go by before I go inside and finally get my order. Last 3 time I have been to this location it has taken over 20 minutes each time to receive my order. Hasn't had BK in a bit so thought I'd stop by. First impression was ok. Went into wash my hands first. Bathroom sink has grime all over it and the floors were as sticky as a $2 theater Waited in line till the guy in front of me finished his order. Ordered my burger and a chicken sandwich. Got my drink and waited for my food. I sat down and waited. After a few minutes it was brought to me by from what I could tell, someone who really didn't want to there. Hair was all gray and looked like he had showered in at least 2 weeks. Having low hanging pants is a cultural/fashion thing. I just didn't expect it from an employee at a resistant. I took received my food and bite into my burger , no cheese. I went up to the counter to let them know and they started making a replacement. I then bit into my chicken sandwich. It's was dripping in what ever sauce they put on it. 2 small bites in, yeah, that's a Nope. I get my replacement burger and I tell what I assumed was the manager, who looked like she was At her wits end with that crew and shift. I tell her that the guy that was in front of me still hasn't received his order. They did a rush and he was on his way. As I'm wrapping up, one of the crew put a Wet Floor sign on the floor. I look over and it was front of a pickle. Just pick it up dude. Then, get a belt while you're customer facing and shower when you get home. It's makes a much better impression. Trust me. They were out of half the things we wanted; the water tasted terrible; the sandwiches were sloppy messes slapped together with haste; the employees seemed like they wanted to be anywhere but here; the whole vibe of the place made me feel dirty and unwelcome. This is THEE WORST fast-food restaurant in the history of the world- bar none. Sadly, I have not learned my lesson (or am just a masochist) and have given it way too many chances to sway my opinion. Several experiences where the order is wrong, the beverage is colored, flavorless water, or their APP "isnt working." The WORST thing you can do is go inside after they screw up your drive through order. The place is a pigsty EVERYTIME you go into the building with the bathrooms resembling a crime scene. Tables are sticky...floors have trash on them...the building itself showing wear and falling apart. This is not "One Bad Day"...this has been my experience EVERY TIME I go in. Just gross. The best though is saved for the majority of the workers who you would swear are on work release from Lino Lakes Prison and being forced to work there as part of their sentence. Both times I have gone inside to correct my order I felt like I was inconveniencing them ,,,as well as the REAL reason behind why my order was not correct. Terrible experience. To start, the cashier thought he was a comedian but had trouble with the till. We ordered two Whoppers. I wanted no onions and my wife wanted no mayo. He had trouble putting in the first request and proceeded to tap heavily on the screen with his fingers and the palm of his hand. We had noticed that the people in front of us ordered a Whopper with nothing on it. We received our food and left for home. When we got home we noticed that we we had a burger with everything including mayo and a plain one with nothing on it. The plain one could not be saved with condiments from home. It was stale and tasteless and the bun was flat and stale. Not what I remember of Burger King. It has been a long time since we had been there and will be a long time again. read more

I keep trying to go back but no more. They would occasionally give me cold food or the wrong order before, but evidently they have a new crew/manager who seriously don't know what they are doing. I pulled in behind 5 cars yesterday and it literally took half an hour to get 4 of the orders taken! By that time I was fuming and just led Ft the drive thru as soon as I had space. I drove immediately to McDonald's a mile or two away. Ordered, paid, got my food, drove home, put away my groceries, fed my cats, ATE MY FOOD, and it still took less time than it took them to get through four cars. I have not had a Whopper for a long time but wanted to treat myself. I went to this location and first off It looks like it is closed. Just not taken care of on the outside. I went thru the drive thru. Service was fast BUT what a horrible looking sandwich. I paid 11 plus dollars for two and one was even missing the tomato. No more Whopper cravings for this lady. I will come out and admit it-I love the Whopper Jr Burger! Flamed broiled and have them make you like YOU like it! Our last experience here different: we ordered our burgers how we like 'em (me with no mayo & partner requests no onion). Had our burgers to go since it was snowing like crazy, only to find our orders were switched. One Whopper had everything including mayo and the other was plain! I stopped at the drive thru and had my order taken generously and was asked nicely to pull up to the first window, I pulled up and was asked what my entire order was while this dude was punching his register looking like I wasn't suppose to come or welcomed there and getting frustrated as I was saying my order. I stopped at this location on Ball Road on 6/20/22 around 4pm to pick up an Uber Eats order. Lobby was actually open for a change. 3 people working, one of which was sitting at a table...he is the one that got up and greeted me at the counter. Advised I was there to pick up an order. While waiting for the workers to complete the order, I witnessed the woman standing by the fries coughing, without covering her mouth and when she was putting the fries in the packaging, she was coughing again and yet again not covering her mouth. There was another guy, not sure what he was doing other than talking about music and swearing, playing music with swearing in it, blah blah blah. Tamara and a few of the other employees are great. Their Leadership / Owners and Equipment are NOT. Quite frequently something is broken and food / drinks are not available. Today I waited for 8 minutes in line and was only then told that the broiler is broken and they have no burgers. W!T!H!!!!! You are a burger place. The lack of cleanliness and disorganization is horrible here. The lack of equipment care is even worse. There is no reason your broiler should be broken during a lunch rush on a Friday. What is your preventative maintenance? My last visit, I nearly fell near the pop machine as the floor was so greasy it was just disgusting. I don't want to bash the staff, because the equipment and training is what sucks. Most of the staff really does try, but there are those that just can't even manage to tie their own shoes, let alone get your meal correct. I've been in this place a couple of times and it is always dirty. Not just fries on the floor, grease on the walls haven't cleaned it in a month type dirty. Also I was there with my 3-year old and all heard was swear words coming out of the kitchen. There was a manager there and it seemed the employees had no respect for her.
