As we ordered via app, the counter employee was on a personal phone call using profanity that was clear as day. The "blue" shirt employees were rude to the newer employees and the most employees seemed miserable to be there, and it showed. read more

After going to the local Burger King recently our Local McDonald's is quite the step above. We don't eat a lot of fried foods anymore but there breakfast menu is ok once in a while. I appreciate the cleanliness and that they have all their products on their menu. The workers don't just stand around if they have time they are in the lobby cleaning tables, trash, making the place look acceptable. Our Local Burger King should take a lesson from the Big M. read more

(Long wait/ under staffed) Reviews are par for course on this one.. My family stopped by for a quick lunch stop and we were warned by our local in the car that this stop would be painful. She said don't use the drive-thru as they always mess up the order so we went in and (20 mins) later we had a McCafe with Carmel & whipcream all over the cup with a loose cover. This is one of THE worst McDonald's! We ordered 3 cheeseburgers WITH NO PICKLE and asked they be fresh. We waited forever for them. We get home, all of them have a tag that says "no pickle", but every single one had pickle. The reason we asked for no pickle was due to an allergy. We called and told them my husband had bit into one thinking there was no pickle (he's the one with the allergy) and all they did was offer a free meal. Wow! Clueless! Never going back there. On top of that, there was another time we got home and had someone else's order...not even close to what we ordered. Another time, we were missing fries. Another time, they shorted us on nuggets. Instead of 10, we got 8. So exasperating!!!!!! read more

Came in for a quick bite with some classmates. We ordered a quarter pounder, a quarter pounder meal, 2 orders of fries, and a fish filet made fresh. We looked at our receipt and realized that she missed one of the quarter pounders and one of the orders of fries. So we tell her what she missed, after which we get the first half of our order. They added an extra set of fries, the fries were the wrong size, and the fish filet was not made fresh, and instead had no toppings on it at all. When we got the other half of our order, added 2 extra fries, and a small drink, none of which we ordered. Overall, poor service read more

I have been to this location multiple times over the year and this time it takes the cake. The service is slow, foods cold most of the time. Once I was driving my dad to work and his bloodsuger got low that he needs to eat. We stopped at this location and went inside due to the long line of cars. We went in and placed the order and my dad is getting stressed out due to the food was talking a while to be served. The person behind the counter stated if he did not clam down that he would get trowen out and not be served. My dad calmed enough that they served him about 20 min after we placed a order. I know from my passed experience as a previous manager at mcdonalds it should not take that long to serve food. I will be reporting the incdent to mcdonalds for review!!!!! read more

Ordered at 10:29 AM and waited 12 minutes in line and then got to the window to pay and they said breakfast (which is what we ordered) was over. The customer service at this location is unreal and overall McDonald's as a whole. Now two weeks ago we found this in our fries. After calling & gettin a busy signal the first night I called after finding the object, calling the 800 number off the McDonald's website, emailing the McDonalds.com now about 10 times & they just forward the emails to this locations owner I have not gotten a single response. I went into the location to talk to who I was directed, after finally getting through to the location by phone. Me & my kids came in the hours I was told and when I showed up she wasn't there so we had to come back to show her my evidence I guess. While talking with her she said she received my emails with my contact information, umm why no calls or email back instead I had to come up there. I was told I'd be getting a letter with a couple of meals or whatever and here it is now 2 weeks later and I have nothing. I've been emailing and I keep getting the same generated response from the customer care advocates and I'm told McDonald's takes complaints seriously and my satisfaction is first priority... obviously not. I just don't think they understand the damage this piece could've caused. read more

I normally don't write reviews, but this restaurant needs to be recognized for it's superb customer service. I visited this restaurant with a friend and our children in the afternoon, during non-peek hours, hoping to run off some energy in the play place and grab a bite to eat before attending a show at the Orpheum. Unfortunately the play place was closed for cleaning at the time. We ordered our food and an employee we will call: Mr. Awesome noticed our boys peering through the play place windows and quickly cleaned a section in the play place for us to sit and enjoy our meal. He not only cleaned the entire play place impeccably so our children could play, but in addition he offered kind hospitality and excellent customer service . This is the cleanest McDonalds restaurant I have had the pleasure of visiting. Oh, and the employees weren't bad either, in fact they were amazing, attentive, and full of smiles that led to our happiness as well! read more

called to set up for my sons birthday and was promised. Called them twice to verify and get a price. I made a final call and they told me that they do not do parties after being told they do. If I had not called and just showed up on party day they would not have had anything for us. They do not have communication with one another. also they always had out the wrong food and all they do is say we are very sorry. But they continue to not give good customer service. I just bought a Buttermilk Chicken Sandwhich for $5.35. It was so dry and overcooked I could not eat it. I have had Egg McMuffins also from this location that were inedible. Just ate lunch here on 4/4/17. The next day I came down with the worst food poisoning I've ever had!!! I know it was from there because my family ate the same meals the day before as me besides McDonald's. So bad I've missed 3 days of work already and still not feeling better.
