I was also a food service training manager; both longer than I care to remember. I know the tricks. Today's order was delivered to my house. The fries were very old. My guess is they were at least 45 minutes past the holding time. The bun was stale. No idea how they did that, unless they are using a cheaper bun. If this was the only time it happened I'd say they were having a bad day, this is the 3 order I had to throw out in the last 3 weeks. I know inflation has hit everyone. I understand ingredients are sky rocketing, however huge price increases and cheaper ingredients is not a good combination. I still have my memories.

I built my own bowl and everything from the proteins to the toppings was fresh, flavorful, and filling. It honestly reminded me of Cava, but with its own delicious spin on Middle Eastern eats. The staff was super friendly, and I even got to chat with the district manager who mentioned they're celebrating a new opening in California... congrats to the team! Only wish? I'd love to see some kind of spicy or whipped feta option (Cava fans will know what I mean). But even without it, the food was well worth it. I'll absolutely be back again!
