Food is always good. Just this young looking kid who couldn't accept that he gave me the wrong drink. I looked at the drink and compared all of the Agua refrescas on the menu (that is what i ordered), and the one i ordered was NOT yellow. the one he handed me was yellow. I told him the first time, he brushed me off and said it was the right one. I don't usually like to confront people even when i am right, but i did this time. im neurodivergent, and i like very specific things, including food. if somethings wrong, it really throws everything off for me. it took my mom a bit of convincing me to go back and tell him once more, it wasnt right. when we did (my mom spoke for me) he just mumbled "ok, im sorry" then took the drink, threw it away, and gave us the right one. which is good, but he couldnt accept he was wrong in the first place, and brushed us off. read more

Horrible times in the drive through. I sat in the line for about 30 minutes just waiting for food. I had done a mobile order and it wasn't any faster. The food is usually good and not messed up, I haven't had an incident. The workers seem like they all don't want to be there and the inside of the restaurant is always so empty. It gives weird vibes. I've had these at many different locations and this was the worst. I also bought some items here like a crunchwrap and some other things that had almost nothing in them. This is a bad location. I have guilty pleasures like most foodies. One of them is Taco Bell. My love for Taco Bell started in undergrad. I could afford yumminess off the value menu. There used to be a Taco Bell store on the northwest corner of Finch and Midland in Scarborough. I'd often go there to get my nachos supreme fix, with a couple of tacos and a drink. I have fond memories of going there with my dad to get dinner for the family. He didn't know what to order. I was the one with the mouth who could order, and he'd be the muscles carrying out the food... haha. That location has closed down, along with the Pizza Hut and Mac's convenience store that were next door. My Taco Bell cravings are still there, though. After the Wild game, I needed a light bite. I had had some food during the game, but I was still hungry. I did a search and found this Taco Bell close to my hotel in Eagan. I was also thrilled that this place was open till 3 am! I went through the drive-thru. I ordered combo 1, which was three crunch beef taco supremes in hard shells. I asked for no sour cream. I also got a Diet Pepsi. My meal was cheap. I was excited. I used a credit card. It prompted for my PIN, which surprised the nice man handling my order. The machine barely stretched over to me. I am thankful that I have long arms to enter my PIN. I got my food and was thrilled. Back in my hotel room, I chowed down. My Diet Pepsi was a regular and it was huge. It was cold and good, though. The crunch beef taco supremes were so good. They were tasty, with fresh tomatoes and lettuce. The beef was nicely flavoured. The crunch was excellent. I'd come back here again. Perhaps I'll dine in next time when it's not super late at night. I recently got a new job out here. I love Taco Bell. First day coming out for lunch, they refused to serve me at the register. Told me to use the self help. I'm not doing their job. They're always supposed to have someone available at the register. And I have a very small window om my 30 minute break to be learning a new system. That was yesterday. This morning I grabbed some breakfast. Fast service, but my large soda was not filled all the way. Was an inch and a half from being full. If I wanted a medium, I would have ordered it. Then I asked for some fire packets, she gave me two. I asked for more, she gave me one more and said..."just to let you know where only allowed to give one packet per burrito. After paying over $20 for a meal and a half soda, I had to go inside to top it off and get more packets myself just so I could eat my food without feeling that I'm getting ripped off and disrespected. The late night manager is extremely rude. I went up to the drive thru as an Uber eats drive thru at around 11, which is usually the time they close the lobby. My God, this location has so many bad reviews about employees and management, it's ALL true. ZERO stars. I try to avoid this location but I needed to get home, so I went through their drive thru this evening because their lobby isn't open. I ordered 2 beef burrito supremes as usual but when I got home and took a bite of one I immediately spit it out because it tasted rancid. I called the store and asked for a manager and asked for a refund but the guy who answered (saying he's the manager) said they "changed the menu". I asked when. He said "Today". I said the burrito tastes terrible and I want a refund for both of them. His reply: "You want a refund because you ordered wrong?" I said no, I want a refund because your burritos taste like crap after your menu change. Then I asked for his name, he refused to give me his name and kept talking over me telling me I'm the one at fault for ordering wrong. Then he hung up on me! Yep, for real. So I drove back to this miserable Taco Bell, (The one on Cliff Rd in Eagan is never this horrendous, and I will usually go THERE vs this poorly run store) and I started recording when I got to the drive thru because without proof it's hard to believe employees can be this rude to paying customers with a justified complaint and a reasonable request for a refund. I said I'm back to get my refund for 2 burritos and I want the manager's name. The same voice came on the speaker and said "You want a refund because you ordered wrong?" I replied however you want to put it I want my money back. I'm recording this, what's your name? And again he repeatedly refused to give me his name while talking over me. I get to the window and the same guy at the window who gave me my food earlier looks at me and says "Why are you recording me?" I told him I want a refund for 2 burritos and I want your manager's name. Then the "manager" steps behind the drive thru guy and laughs saying "You want a refund because you ordered wrong?" I said I want a refund for both burritos and I want your name. He laughed and shook his head. I said I'm not leaving this window without a refund and you can have your burritos back, and I want your name. He gave me $4.29, the cost of 1 burrito. I asked his name again he said "Eric" then walked away. The drive thru guy then says to me "Get out of here, you're not allowed to come back." Keep in mind this is all on video I'm sending to their corporate office. I asked what's your name? He said "Bob, and you're not allowed to come back." Debating whether to force these jackasses to refund my other burrito (still wrapped in the bag it came in along with the other burrito with one bite out of it) by staying at the window and holding everyone else up, I left for home and filled out 2 long comments like this one to corporate asking to be contacted about this shitty Taco Bell location. Found an insect inside a Crunchy Taco. I most likely ate the other half of the insect before noticing the remanding half of the insect inside the Taco. When I presented it to the supervisor, he said the general manager will get in contact when he returns onsite. I haven't heard back from anyone after leaving my contact information with the supervisor. I'm pretty disgusted and this will be my last time eating at any Taco Bell establishments. Every time we venture up to Eagan we make sure to stop at THIS Taco Bell. ITS SO GOOD. They always get our order right as we have picky eaters- no rice, no bean, no lettuce etc. Our order has always been correct, it has always been FULL unlike our Taco Bell at home where your food is basically just a tortilla! They do an amazing job preparing your food. We noticed it did take a little while to receive our order, but we peaked back at them making it and saw they actually care about your food while making it and don't just slap it together. Seem to forget that this Taco Bell is here because it's closer to the end on Town Center Dr than other fast food chains. First time trying their craving $5 box and it was a good selection of items from their menu. Included in the box was a hard shell taco, a burrito, a hard shell taco wrapped in a side tortilla, cinnamon twists, and a medium drink. All the items were good. There's different flavor for each of the items and the sauces I had used were fire and dablo. The fire hot sauce was more flavorful with a spice kick compare to the dablo was bland and spicy. The restaurant was clean and we found a table right away. The bathroom was clean except that the water only had one temp either hot or no water at all in the women's bathroom. Their new nacho fries were pretty good and I like that the nacho cheese tasted like real melted cheese versus tasting like nachos coming from a jug like at the movie theaters. The staff was patient waiting for us to order and I felt bad that the guy's voice was hard to understand. Overall, we had a good experience. read more

For those who live in Eagan, you are better off visiting the Taco Bell off Cliff Road (granted, I have not personally visited this location myself). My first visit to this location (Town Centre), the rude employee had no customer service skills. He was rude when he took our order through drive thru (did not give us a final total, review our order; horrible attitude). The second time, when we actually went inside to order, this same employee was working, same rude attitude as before; even worse because you can clearly see that this employee did not care what he was doing/who he was helping. I've worked in these fast-paced industries before; and I understand the level or "stress" and hectic rushes that can lead to being worn out by the end of the day; but this is your job- You are getting paid to provide a service to paying customers. Don't be so rude. (And yes, customers can be rude too, but that does not mean two wrongs make a right). I'm sure this is the expectation of service you receive when you choose to go to a fast-food restaurant; but that doesn't justify a business to allow workers to get paid for being rude. read more

Staff is super friendly and all seem to be in happy moods. They crack jokes with us and don't have the typical customer service late night frustrated feel you can get going to similar establishments. When you ask for extra sauce they give you extra sauce beyond only a couple extra packets and they don't seem annoyed with our copious amounts of custom orders. read more

Too young to know or care about their job. In this particular instance, I went in to eat with my family. My bill was charged three times for the same bill. Literally THE WORST Taco Bell I've ever been to. They get my order wrong EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No joke!
