If I could leave a 0 stars I would. I asked for extra beef and they gave me very little beef, I could literally count the beef on my nachos. Called them to confront them about it and they were talking very inappropriately. I'm not sure if they all passed there back ground checks to be hired there. One could call it fast food, but in doing so, one might miss the subtleties of the ambiance and the cuisine. Also, the food isn't fast. I partook in bean burritos. In these paper-wrapped delicacies, you'll find an edible wrapper, called a tortilla. How novel! Within this wrapper, there are beans, red Pico sauce, cheese and onion, a delightful combination of ingredients. Staff were having trouble with our order. It took a long time for our food to be made by three or four purple. One of the things was made incorrectly: the tostada was made double decker! Beans on one layer and the rest on top of a second tostada, put together like a sandwich. Other things didn't have the right proportions of ingredients, semi incorrectly. Yes I want to "taco" bout it! Lemme just say I was very impressed by how quick the food came out - I used the drive thru. Usually Taco Bell is one of the few that doesn't disappoint me when it comes to fast food. However I wasnt very happy with my order. Like, where's the meat? I ate my crunch wrap halfway until I realized all I was getting is veggie bites. Could've sworn the lady confirmed it will have beef inside . So I delicately opened up my half eaten crunchwrap and saw the spoonful size of meat on the bottom edge of the wrap. Not impressed, so I did my magic and distribute the meat among the rest of the wrap, closed it up and continued eating. Then I finally took a sip of my Pepsi and once again was very disappointed. I'm a Pepsi lover and I know my Pepsi. It was DIET PEPSI, not regular Pepsi but diet! Ohhhh, I was fool! I understand it's Friday but I was not very satisfied with the results of my order. Never had this experience before and i have always been able to pickup multiple orders at once. Also their wait staff at registers are genuinely nice! I always try to figure out what's the best deal they offer and the staff tries to help. Yet another mistake in our order. This time, Doris (that is what she told me her name was) hung the phone up on me when I called to complain. I called back multiple times with no answer. After about the 6th call, someone picked up and slammed the phone down. Tried calling back and they took the phone off the hook. Busy signals. It came (after ten minutes) with no fork and no chicken. Further the sauce is just ranch. I don't know how you feel about ranch, but it's definitely not my favorite. Well they did it again, and with the pleasure of waiting 32 minutes to wait even longer- and all this for someone else's food. It was 6:30 on a Thursday evening. One cashier, 5 or 6 people in the kitchen, and clearly 9 out of 10 orders are going to the drive through. So why didn't I just use the drive through one night ask? My husband stopped there to pick up food for the family. He gets home, 20 minutes away, and the gave the wrong order that costs 75% less than the money we paid. We called and we get a free meal. I just got home from using the drive thru. I ordered a #3 which has 3 taco supremes. I ended up with 3 regular tacos. I'm tired of over paying. I have been to this location multiple times and I have to say, the food here is great! Like any taco bell the tex-mex creations whipped up in the kitchen are tasty and fun. The staff here is incredibly nice too and the decor is fun. Definitely come here and try the, cheesy potato burrito, the creamy cheese and beef blend is simply amazing. And their selection of freezes is simply colorful and sweet. You'll have lot of fun! Come try it! read more

If I could do less than 1 star, I would. I've been to this Taco Bell three times in the past two months - specifically the drive-thru. I've been to a lot of fast food places in my lifetime and I can confidently say the staff at this location is the most incompetent I've encountered. Each of the three times now I've gone home with an incorrect order. This last time my husband got home, realized it was the wrong order, drove back for the correct one, only to realize yet again when he got home that they screwed up that order too. The staff member supposedly watched the line cooks make and pack his order, and it was STILL wrong. I don't know how difficult it is to read an order screen, but apparently it's rocket science because these people can't figure it out. Hire staff that can get the job done correctly the first time. I'll drive further to a different TB in the future just to avoid this place. read more
