There's something missing from this burger. Can you guess whats missing? I don't know how everyone else feels, but I love having key components to a product missing when I purchase it. She looked up and shook her head and said I got the head phones on. I told her are they on because I called several times . She found out they where off but gave me and attitude and I chose to go to dominos pizza . While wait for pizza I notice she still continues to give bad service to others. Another horrible experience at the BK on Harding Blvd. I tried to buy a breakfast sandwich and hash browns. That's it. Well it seemed that people couldn't process that. So they rung up a meal. I had given up trying to tell them I didn't need a drink so I went with it. My total, 6.90 from 5.29 which is the cost of the meal which I didn't want. 5.29 plus 53 cents tax is 5.82. I tried to tell them that was wrong but.. I drive around and a car is pulled back from the window to stop the DT timer, cheating if you will. I go around the stopped car to explain to them my order and they ORDERED me to stop behind the stopped car or they won't serve me. read more

This place is awful. They should close the workers joke around all the times I've went there. I come to this location about once a year, and they always remind me why I don't go to that location often. It's never a good experience. This visit was faster than the usual 15-25min wait, but the burger wasn't just not fresh-it was cold. Must've been sitting out for at least an hour. If there was a way of giving zero stars I would . The service was horrible the lady was so rude for no reason idk what we did to her for her to act that way and also we ordered a salad didn't give us a fork or straws and our drinks didn't have ice at all not one single ice. This location is SLOW. Whether there is long line at the drive thru or it's just you. They are slow. I worked at a Burger King 30 years ago when speed of service actually meant something. Yes, we had our "timer tricks" but like I said pull you up or make you back up, pull forward, jump through a ring of Fire etc... when all they have to do is take your money and hand you your food. read more

I visited this Burger King August 1,2020. The Shift Manager was extremely rude and told me F__k Off. All because I requested a refund of my money due ro the fact they gave my order to another car in front of me and tried to give me the meal after the person opened the bag of food and gave it back. During this age of COVID I did not want the food. I'm writing this review and calling the District Manager on tommorrow. RUDE AND DISRESPECTFUL! If we don't purchase food they would not have a job. If I could give this less than one star I would. The worst service. The proper way to ask someone to repeat their order is not "WHATT?", the employee would've probably heard me if she wasn't talking over me, telling me what I want. The car in front of me pulled off without food so that was a bad sign. The person at the window was just horrible. I had to ask my total (it was never given) then her phone rang and she proceeded to talk while I handed her my money. She put the money in the register then walked off, never to be seen again....I waited until someone saw me at the window and said it's shift change so everyone goes crazy. NO EXCUSE!! Terrible. Tried to walk in at 9:45 and was told they were "closed and try the drive-thru" when the giant sign on the door clearly says 10pm. I understand 9:55 or so but 15 mins before...really? Been to this location several times. Keep in mind it was at irregular hours when it was not at all crowded. Service is always quick and courteous. Staff is of the typical fast food bunch. Do not come here! Unless you have 30 minutes to wait on food. I ordered three breakfast meals and they asked us to pull up because we were waiting on cinnamon toast sticks. Ok cool. So I pull up behind another lady waiting. So about 10 minutes pass and the lady gets out of her car and goes inside for her food. She comes out about three minutes with her food. About five minutes later, a manager comes out asked for my receipt and said they were training new people. She goes back inside and it's another 10 minutes. While we are waiting, the manager goes to her car and grabs her a cigarette and lights one up. At this point, I'm going inside and then I see the girl coming towards the door with our food.
