No one was working the window. It appeared to be just 1 worker there. 8:30 on a Friday night and no customers. My first thought upon pulling in... "Man, Imma be here all night." There were two lanes open to place an order both had at least 5or 6 cars ahead of me. I thought of just pulling away but that craving for those fries kept me in line! The line moved very quickly and before I knew it I was placing my order. A double cheeseburger and a fry for only $3?!?! Sounds good to me.. I placed my order and proceeded to the next window and then the next. Within 5 minutes of turning into the driveway I was munching on my fries. The fries were hot with the right amount of salt. The burger had that same taste that brings me back to my childhood. Say what you want about McDonald's, but I like it!!! Lol. I enjoy a good sit down meal at a fancy restaurant as much as the next, but sometimes a girl just needs a McDonald's fix! We needed breakfast and decided to go to this McDonalds. The service was excellent. You're probably thinking, "service...at McDonalds? They don't do anything more than just give you your food." In this case, YES, there was service. The manager here was very present in the restaurant. It was 10:00am on a Saturday morning and he was the bald man in a shirt and tie. He went around to every patron eating in the restaurant and made sure we were happy with everything and had everything we needed. When I told him I needed a plastic knife, he hightailed it to the back to get me one. I was impressed with his attentiveness and dedication! He also thanked everyone for coming as they walked out the door. You never see this at other fast food restaurants - keep up the good work!!! Also, the drive thru is open 24 hours!

The quarter pounder was cold (Not fresh off the grill!). I WANT MY MONEY BACK!! Called the restaurant three times before the manager or rather ANYONE answered. Her only resolution she offered was to remake the cold, sloppy, messy sandwich IF I brought it back. I said no because that's gas wasted twice and that costed more than the burger and I wanted a refund. I did try to take a bite out of the burger which tasted cold and nasty just old, it didn't taste like they normally taste. It ended up in the trash where it belonged!! So no I wasn't dogging it up out the garbage to bring it back while wasting my time and gas so they could remake it. They'd probably spit in it or something after all that anyway, maybe that's what was wrong with the other burger.
