This location is open as I called to check but shows closed online and when asked if they would honor their advertised deal they said they could only after it's expiration date. I asked again to make sure I understood and they said no they will not honor that price. If they don't honor what they advertise how can a person trust anything else they do? Poor service. read more

Burger King - This review is on the Whopperito not the service or the experience. I wanted to try this, it looked very interesting. So I ordered this so called "Whopperito", and I honestly did not like it at all. The flavoring was really bland and the sauce they used was not very good. I could not taste what kind of sauce it was supposed to be. The burger oil was running down the burrito, with a bright red chilly oil look. This reminded kind of like a Burrito Supreme from Taco Bell without the beans and sour cream. Once of the reasons, I wanted to try it was, MicDee's use to have the Big Mac snack wrap and I thought that was pretty good. If they made a sauce that was, just off the chart, like a smoked pepper jack mayo or some other tasty mayo flavor sauce, I think this would make the Whopperito stand out on it's own. But I understand they are trying to stay true to the Whopper with everything in there. I won't be ordering this again, but hopefully they make a better sauce or something for it. read more

I tried to take my kids out for a quick dinner last night (4-26-18, around 7pm), we used the drive through at the Auburn WA location (on Auburn Way), I started off attempting to order 2 bacon cheeseburgers (costs a little over $1 each) the girl working the drive through put on the screen king burger (I actually don't even know what it is) that cost over FOURTEEN dollars for 2 of them..eek. When I tried to tell her that the screen was wrong she argued, fused and started to get a bit belligerent with me. I chose NOT to continue engaging with someone that wanted to argue with a CUSTOMER and drove off (we went to McDonalds and got VERY good treatment), when I went by the window she was GLARING at me. I don't know what type of training these kids get, but that is completely unacceptable customer service. We may NEVER go back just because this one team member made the experience so un-enjoyable. I hope the training criteria is moved up because if this is the way your staff is treating people, guests are going to quit going to your establishment. Sheila W. read more

went here with my brother and only ordered an ice cream cone. we got it back and it was so tall and with so much ice cream! we asked who made it and thanked the woman for being generous and that we appreciated it. then right away the manager came over and scolded the young woman telling her to never do that again. we felt terrible for the girl and couldn't believe the manager did that right in front of the customer. read more

I haven't been to this BK in almost 2 years, because they started to constantly get our orders wrong. Tonight my bf's grandfather took the neighbor there and asked if I wanted anything. I asked for a Burger with mustard and pickles only. I get the burger and it has cheese, bacon, mustard and pickles. It was even confirmed at the counter with the people in the back that it was mustard and pickles only, yet it cheese and bacon still made it's way on to my burger. If you're going to go to a BK in Auburn, WA go to the one by the Supermall. Though we haven't been there in a long time too, they've never messed up an order for us. read more

This is the second time that my daughter and I have come to get food and were treated horribly by the "manager" named Angie. We went through the drive through, had her question every part of the order we had given her twice because she wasnt paying attention. Then we pull up to the window to her arguing with the car in front of us that this isn't mcdonalds and the only time they will get sauce for free is if they order nuggets. Once we got to the window, we listened to her go on and on and on to co workers about the car in front of us. We ordered a medium sized chicken fry meal, 2 10 piece chicken nuggets, and a small fry. Once we got our food, quite some time because it was all cold...chicken fries were the only things "warm" i asked for tbe rest of our nuggets. One bag had 9 one bag had 6. Both covered in fries. The manager slammed the window on me and sent another member over to open the window. I was informed Angie was the manager, they were a franchise, and I could find the number online. I am pissed.
