They take too long with fast food and are completely uncoordinated. They have hair in their foods and it's completely filthy.

Went to drive thru & ordered. Two cars in front of me. Wait so long I pulled out without getting my food as did the car behind me.

I submitted a formal complaint through Chick-fil-A's corporate website following a recent…read moreexperience at their State Bridge Road location in Alpharetta, and honestly, the response I received was extremely disappointing. I visited the restaurant during the lunch rush and placed a fairly simple order for my son and me. Due to the volume of traffic, employees were outside hand-delivering drive-thru orders rather than customers receiving them directly at the drive-thru window. When our order was brought to the vehicle, I immediately noticed we had been given three drinks instead of two. Thinking another customer's drink may have been accidentally mixed into our order, I advised the employee that we had ordered only two drinks. She reviewed the order slip attached to our bag and stated that we had, in fact, been charged for three drinks. She then asked if I wanted the additional drink refunded, and I said yes, then handed her my debit card so the extra drink could be credited. Several minutes later, she returned and told me that her manager said we could simply keep the additional drink. She handed me one of Chick-fil-A's complimentary sandwich cards for the inconvenience but failed to return my debit card. When I asked for my card back, she returned to the drive-thru service window to retrieve it, and I continued sitting in line for several more minutes with vehicles piling up behind me and no ability for cars behind us to exit the drive-thru lane. Most concerning, I then witnessed a gentleman in a completely separate drive lane to our right (exterior to the actual drive-thru) step out of his vehicle, waving my very distinctive debit card (easily recognizable because it has a black-and-white sky image on the front), calling out that it was not his card. To this day, I genuinely do not understand how my debit card ended up in the hands of another customer who was not even in the drive-thru lane where we were waiting. Thankfully, he was honest enough to return it immediately. Order mistakes happen. A wrong sandwich or extra drink is frustrating but understandable. Handing a customer's debit card to a complete stranger is an entirely different matter. In a time when identity theft, card cloning, and financial fraud continue to rise, maintaining control of a customer's financial information should be paramount. What was most surprising is that Chick-fil-A has spent nearly 80 years building a reputation centered around professionalism and customer service. That longstanding reputation is precisely why this experience and the lack of a meaningful response afterward (see attached) were so disappointing. Unfortunately, this location continues to miss the mark. It may be time to revisit training standards not only with frontline staff but also at the corporate level.

--Location/Parking-- Located in Hardware restoration…read moreshopping center with a Shake Shack and other smaller businesses. Plenty of parking, I recommend parking near the Hardware storation store because the parking allows for easy access in and out. --Ambience-- Similar to other Dave's Hot Chicken except the side entrance if you enter from that direction, customers may end up missing the ordering line setup on the left side of the restaurant. Only thing I wish they would fix their touch screen so you can see when you order was available. --Service/Staff-- Shoutout to the cashier with hijab that gave me recommendations on my order from spice level to customizing the side orders. --Products/Service-- Spicy bites and the sliders were the show stopper. Recommendations from the cashier helped narrow down the selection. I recommend speaking to her before placing your order. She was fast and efficient in getting the line through. I wish there were more dedicated employees like her. --Capacity-- Indoor capacity can hold 60+ people with plenty of seating. --Overall-- Recommended for all hot chicken lovers, the spice and sauce from their secret receipe and mixture with ranch sauce is the sweet spot.

Popped in for lunch on a weekday. Pleasant layout with plenty of parking. Friendly hostess/cashier…read more Food was on point. I ordered the tofu bowl, spicy. Everything was great. The bowl had greens, rice, japchae noodles, kimchi and an egg. Liberal dose of spicy sauce over everything. Tofu was crispy, noodles were savory. Kimchi had the sauce too which detracted from the traditional taste but still tasty. Was very impressed.

I've heard so much about kimchi red! I just never got the chance to try it until now. The…read morerestaurant itself is on the smaller side, so when there are a lot of people, it can get pretty cramped. From my experience, the service is self-serve! Someone brings you the food, but you put up your plates and stuff at the end of your meal. They also have a station for you to grab your own to-go containers and bags. The first thing to be aware of is to not let any of the photos fool you! The portions are very generous. Many people around me ended up taking to-go boxes (myself included). I got the Kang Nam chicken, the half-sized tteokbokki, and the kimchi fried rice. The chicken was crispy and tender, and the white sauce with onion was incredibly delicious. The kimchi fried rice was also very flavorful as well. The spices balance very well together. The only thing I wouldn't recommend is the regular tteokbokki. It wasn't bad per se, but it also wasn't good either. I think there are better places to get tteokbokki, but no worries, their focus and strength here is obviously in their fried chicken. I would come again and would recommend this place to other people.

This fast food chain restaurant was started in Wisconsin and is known for its butterburgers and…read morefrozen custards. I say this I was a bit taken aback to see Wisconsin cheese curds in GA. I was trying to figure out what a butterburger is and frozen custards when looking at the menu. So like Alice in Wonderland, I jumped down the rabbit hole and ordered the Culver's Bacon Deluxe Double basket and a vanilla frozen custard with heath bar topping. I probably should have realized that the butterburger is cooked with butter but I think I was in blissful ignorance or just flat out denial. I enjoyed the burger but was feeling guilty so I decided to check how the Culver's Bacon Deluxe Double measures up to its competitors: the two patty burger came with lettuce tomato cheese red onion and bacon 610 cal (vs. Five Guys Bacon Cheeseburger 1060 calories, Shake Shack double bacon cheeseburger contains 760 calories, McDonalds bacon quarter pounder with cheese 630 cal). The crinkle cut fries lacked flavor and went unfinished. The onion rings were among the best we've ever had with a tasty but not greasy coating so definitely upgrade your basket for $0.50. The spicy crispy chicken sandwich was good - better than McDonalds but not as good as Chick-Fil-A. The chicken tenders are big so we mistakenly ordered an 8pc which was too difficult to finish - it would really help if the industry would provide some sort of size guide (tenders, fingers or strips, oh my!). The limited time mac cheese went untouched - it was an odd mixture of fast food cheese sauce and unprocessed cheese. Then we tucked into the frozen custards - similar to a soft serve but a little more thick. When they brought them to the table, I half expected them to turn the cups upside down like they do at Dairy Queen. I couldn't figure out why the cups had a plastic half dome lid on them but once the hot fudge starting melting custards, it made sense. The staff was very friendly and the cashier was particularly helpful and patient. I had read that as an April Fool's that they joked about a curd patty on top of the burger patty and then it became a reality and sold out before 12N - I'd definitely try that because it's so unique. Overall, I wouldn't go out of my way to eat at Culver's so it's a 3.5 stars but I rounded down because of the flavorless crinkle fries.

I rushed over to make it on time, clicked the "I'm here" button so they'd bring it out to my car, and waited for 10 minutes -- nothing happened. I finally went inside and stood in a long line. When I told them I had an online order, a very pleasant young man grabbed my food from under the heat lamp -- where it had clearly been sitting for a while. What's the point of entering your car information and checking in if the food just sits there? The system needs serious improvement. The final bonus was the food was dry from being under the heat lamp for so long.
