The beef is grass fed. There is Bison, Lamb, Impossible Patties and signature burgers like the Liberty Burger, The Great Smash (with Vidalia onions), South of the Burger, The Libertine (turkey), the Napa, Wild West and many more. They also have Burger Bowls and sandwiches and salads. There's Skinny Fries ($2.75) and Onion Rings ($7.50) and Sweet Potato Fries ($3.25). I ordered the Liberty Burger ($9) with LTOP and xtra Gorgonzola ($1.50) and xtra Bacon ($1.50) with giant beautiful Onion Rings from an engaged and smiling server.
