Burger Bun sits in a smallish strip mall on the outskirts of Glendale, right off the 134 before it turns into Burbank. Parking is pretty convenient and easy here. Really nice interior and branding. Well-lit, well-staffed, comfortable, and it even has a large screen TV on one side. Sits about 20 I'd say. Lots of thought and money has been put into this place it seems. Great place for anything casual. Menu is all burgers, plus Mexican food, and some ice cream desserts. Came here for the burgers though. Fountain drinks are behind the counter, so you'll have to ask for refills. Ordered the following: - Double Wagyu Beef Burger Combo - 6.8/10: Very pricey ($30), but I wanted to treat myself for driving all the way out here on a workday. Honestly, couldn't really tell the difference between a regular beef patty and the higher grade stuff. Maybe it's a bit thicker? Not sure, but probably would stick to the regular patties instead. Burger is solid overall, nothing too spectacular. Just well-balanced flavors held together by a soft bun that didn't fall apart easily. Fries are just your basic shoestring. Overall, would say this is mid-tier for burger spots. Check it out as a good time was had by all.

Well from the start the staff is above and beyond! As you come in your greeted and recommended various options depending your mood. They had burgers, fries, wings, Mexican & Greek and I was like wow that's awesome cause variety of options is a good thing. I forgot the burger I ordered but they recently won an award for it and boy was it delicious, juicy thick fresh homemade patties with sting fries that are fried in that old school beef tallow oil cooked & seasoned to perfection! The dining area was so nice with their neon lights and the place was super clean and very calm with good tunes playing. Just know you'll pay a pretty penny but you're paying for amazing quality food, and good service well worth it! I shall return soon thank you

Friendly staff, nice and fun looking place. So what went wrong? We ordered two burgers, two fries, and two drinks. We were asked if we wanted Ranch Dressing or Thousand Island dressing for fries, we said both. Total $45.00!!!! Wait! For a simple burger combo?!?! Then found out they charge 75 cents each for the two dressings which we were not told. NO ONE charges for that!! WTH! When we go to our local and favorite burger place by us, we get a pastrami burger, double burger, two large fries and two drinks for $32 AND we don't have to pay for dressings for fries, it's free. Nickel and diming much! Burger Bun burgers were small and just fair in taste, music was hella loud too. Thought I was in a nightclub. The fries were good. Definitely won't return because of the high cost of the food. Seriously, ridiculously overpriced.

I tried both the Bun cheeseburger and the Big Boss burger, along with waffle fries and jalapeño poppers. The waffle fries were actually really good, crispy, flavorful, and well seasoned, which stood out more than expected. The Big Boss burger was the highlight of the meal. It came with a quarter pound Angus beef patty, two slices of bacon, homemade Thousand Island style burger sauce, crispy fried onion rings, all on a soft buttery golden bun. Everything came together really well, and both the meat and the toppings were packed with flavor. The burger was honestly really delicious and super satisfying. The Bun cheeseburger was simple and solid with great flavor and a good bun that held everything together nicely. The jalapeño poppers were fine, but nothing too special. They were average compared to the rest of the meal. Overall, the burgers were the main reason to come here and they were good in size for the price!

Big burgers with a nice secret sauce. I would definitely recommend this place to friends and family. My kids are super picky eaters and they ate up their burgers. Fries were solid and were hot and crispy. Loved the hot honey ketchup. The ambiance was fun with plant and birds decor. Parking was super easy too.

I really love walking into this place and being greeted with a genuine smile and a how are you! The owner(?) always treats us well, checks in on us and makes us feel welcomed. But lemme talk about the burgers for a sec. they're absolutely Phenomenal. nothing pretentious or try hard, just quality meat, fresh crisp produce and that first burger bite that makes you slink back into your seat. come by and be taken in by the good vibes, lush greenery, friendly folks and burgers you won't forget.

This is a small and cozy place for a little lunch. The cashier greeted us helped us choose our burger. He was very nice and friendly. The burger was good could have had a little bit more seasoning on it. They did have pepper and seasoning salt at the table. Sweet potato fries and drinks were good

The food and the customer service is top tier I got the double decker and it was amazing. The ice cream amazing. Love the decore and the vibes amazing scene.

Absolute hidden gem! Small and quaint place in a small strip mall. You would honestly miss it if you weren't looking for it. Can't help but notice the forest decor with the birds on the wall too. After a strenuous hike, there's nothing like getting a delicious burger. Finding this place was a perfect match. Zac had great energy and personable customer service. Attentive and respectful. Convinced me to get the Triple Chef burger; after all, he said that was their award winning burger. Freshly grounded, packed, and seasoned wagyu patties, double cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato's, and pickles. Glorified In N Out, but homemade. Definitely recommend this anytime you go. You bet I will be back here to try more!

Whenever I want a really nice hefty cheeseburger, I find myself ordering from Burger Bun. Their angus beef patties are made with premium quality. The bacon is also nice and thick and doesn't crumble when you take your bites as some other places do. You absolutely have to try the Supreme Carne Asada Fries - it's loaded with topping and they definitely don't hold back with their ingredients. Tonight tho I just felt like regular fries and onion rings - both nice and crispy. They've been my go to burger joint for probably last 10 years! Give them a try. Won't be disappointed.

Is their whole menu Halal or partially it's Halal? If partially, do we need to specify we are eating Halal? Thank you!

It's partly halal - my experience with the halal begins and ends with the meat, but they add more options all the time. They're really friendly in the shop, I'm sure they could answer your question better!

George started us on an appetizer he recommended called Grilled Spanish octopus. It was the best octopus I ever tasted full of delicious flavors. He paired that with a white Greek wine called Gavalas Assyrtiko Santorini. This wine opened with a beautiful bouquet of stone fruit that paired perfectly with spices of the octopus and was also delicious on its own. For the entree , George recommended the Moussaka eggplant and the pastitsio that is layered with pasta, sirloin , and bechamel sauce. Both were delicious. George recommended Naoussa Xinomavro red wine. It was delicious. TBH this place was one of the choices cause it was closest to us while we ran our demands. After parking in the garage, we gathered our dog and popped in fur lunch. Our server Derrick is memorable, exceptional, patient, knowledgeable, quick, intelligent, and friendly. The place is so amazingly designed. My husband was having a difficult day and Derrick truly had the best people skills navigating us through the menu and the tough day. Truly, after the whole 2020 pandemic thing - dining out has just about lost its shine and charm, but the restaurant's layout and the human experience Derrick brought to us was reminiscent of a time before. My husband felt at ease and even ordered a glass of wine which he took the recommendation with immediacy. He is usually resistant to suggestions too. Highly resistant. So that was even more pivotal to the experience. Our dog was even in the happiest of moods. All around this was therapeutic AND I haven't even go to the food yet. Wow. The FOOD. THE EFFING FOOOOOD!!!! Whatever the cook needs give it. The texture and creaminess plus tanginess of the tzatziki- it was delicious and perfect. The lemon potatoes - they reminded me so much of my grandma's growing up. The lunch special was excellent and truly it's a staple in Los Angeles dining because where else? For sure this is one of my favorites from here on out. My dog, my husband, and myself all satisfied. The day changed entirely after coming here- truly. This is a diamond of a place. Thank you.

Technically, this is more of a Lebanese restaurant than an Armenian restaurant, but that hardly matters. It's a place of celebration, merriment, laughter, and tears. Because of its fame and importance, the thing that is consistently overlooked about this restaurant is just how excellent the food is.
