Excellent burger & super crispy onion rings. Best burger I have had in a long time. Wish I would have taken a picture to post.

I don't know why this place isn't packed. The burgers are fantastic! My grandfather owned Hamburg Haven in Ft. Worth in the 1970s and his burgers were delicious. Burger 82 reminds me of grandad's burgers. Definitely give them a try. Their salads are good too. read more

Great mushroom cheddar burger and fresh salad. Seasoned fries were perfect too! Will be back.

Yummy, yum Burgers! Made fresh, loaded with condiments and straight off the griddle. Fries were very crispy and hot. Service was very responsive and timely. Will be back again! Btw. Very clean dining room and kitchen. Pricing reasonable read more

Came here because of over 90 reviews with 4.5 star rating...was not disappointed Was surprised by the size if the burger and fries The burger was too big for my wife to finish and the large fries was the size of an appetizer! Will make our list of places to try again read more

Burgers were juicy, fresh veg, nice buns. A little skimpy on the tots but whatever there. It is fairly loud in there and they do t ask for your name or give you a number, they just pound a bell when food is ready and you have to pay attention on if it's yours or not. If they work that out to something a little less annoying it'll be a top destination for burgers. read more

Looking for an as advertised fresh "like the photo" burger? Then this is your spot. Had the 82 burger which is the house specialty for a reason. Perfectly toasted bun ,fresh produce, Perfectly grilled peppers and jalapeños adorn a flawlessly prepared hand crafted beef patty. I added tots to backup this masterpiece and they were served hot and crispy just like God intended. Fried pickles were excellent as well. Will be back. read more

We ordered to go so, did not visit the store. The loaded fries were awesome very big portion. The hamburgers were good. I still prefer smash burger but I think part of that is getting it delivered. They have tons of options for add on items. I will come back and try in the restaurant. read more

I tried this at lunch today, had the stuffed jalapeños and a single patty cheeseburger. A new restaurant should know that fresh stuffed jalapeños are preferred over the frozen run of the mill. I am amazed that their sides are frozen because their burgers are definitely not. If they moved to a fresh on site made stuffed jalapeños I bet they would be a knockout! Now to the burger. I did a customized burger with cheddar rather than American and I added mushrooms. That ran the price up, as it should, and it was worth it. They cooked the handmade patty (well it looked handmade so I am running with it) to order. The burger was delicious to me. I am convinced that if they made the appetizers fresh like the burgers this restaurant would have multiple locations in no time. The place is good, give it a try. read more

First time in. Husband had the bacon cheeseburger and I had the bacon blue. Both burgers were delicious. The tots were very crispy and hot. We will definitely be back. read more

Pretty great reviews so I decided to give this place a shot. Very good! I got their jalapeño burger, some calamari, and got their tots. Their tots were very nice and crunchy, their calamari was extremely soft and nice, not too chewy where it gets annoying to eat. So definitely thumbs up for the appetizers/sides. The burger was also really good. I wouldn't say it earns them a 5/5, but it's very good! Definitely on the spicy side, but that's definitely not a negative. read more

Burger 82 - Jalapeño burger, calamari, tater tots. - Burgers Near Me - Allen, Texas

Burgers are good and speak for themselves, it's their customer service that could use some work. I tried to get cheese tater tots from the menu, however I wanted the cheese on the side. The employee said they were unable to do this as they did not have something to put the cheese in. Then proceeded to put the ranch and ketchup in little containers. I was perfectly fine with paying for cheese. But their unwillingness to compromise kind of ruins it for me. read more

This place had amazing burgers, the were really fresh. The fries were crunchy and taste. The service was great.

Best burger in Allen. It's rare to find a burger at this price prepared so perfectly. Quality meat prepared with just the right amount of pink, sandwiched between a freshly buttered bun. Will definitely be back. read more

Finally got around to trying this place. We were very satisfied with our lunch. I had a cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. My son had the jalapeno cheeseburger with a side of fries. My husband had a grilled chicken sandwich with a side of sweet potato fries. The food looked and tasted great and was quite reasonably priced. My burger was juicy and flavorful and arrived on a picture-perfect bun. The onion rings were very tasty! The portions of fries were very generous. The place itself is small, but very clean and nicely decorated. We will definitely return. read more

A great local burger joint! The salmon burger and turkey burger were delicious and the service was fast

This place is good. I e only been 2 times but dang. I get the avocado burger with bacon. It is life changing. Not to greasy but just enough for the flavor and juiciness of the burger it self. Buns are buttery and delicious. Pretty big burger, I would compare to like Buffalo Wild Wings or Applebees size. Nice thick patty and fresh ingredients. I was surprised by this place! read more

Burger 82 - It's a lil messy but we'll worth the stop. - Burgers Near Me - Allen, Texas

I tried this place cause it's close by the house I've heard good things from a few people so said let me try it out. The burgers were not bad I ate two though like they were nothing and didn't really care too much for the fried pickles. So be sure to get fries or maybe might leave you still hungry. I will probably give them another chance maybe I'll try some other items but based on my 1st experience I would say it's probably 3.1-3.9 stars read more

Normally don't do yelp reviews but I was amazed by the food here. It's not hard to make a good burger. It's hard to make a great burger. They did an amazing job on the burger probably the best one I've had dining in 5+ years. Fries were cooked to order. This is one of those places you walk up to order but did not mind it at all read more

I ordered and 82 House burger and it was amazing! One of the best burgers I've ever had in TX. Definitely going back again!

Burgers are good and juicy. The buns are fresh and delicious. The fries, rings and tots taste like they are premade and frozen. Definitely not made in house and don't compare to the burgers. read more

I would give them more than 5 stars if I could. This place is better than any other burger place. they are very friendly, welcoming, and super fresh. their portions are very generous. my family and I have tried a few different burgers on their menu and have been impressed more and more every time. read more

I will have to say to start off, the atmosphere and overall cleanliness of the restaurant is great. I could walk into this burger place and still indulge in the smell of flipping patties without feeling I've walked into a grease trap. With that aside, it operates similarly to any casual dining establishment. You order from the counter, they call your name, and you enjoy it at home or in house. The menu they offer is fairly extensive, not only offering burgers, but they also have items such as Philly cheesesteak, chicken sandwiches, and even an Impossible burger patty for those who don't eat meat. There are also salads and appetizers on their menu, so this adds a good amount of variety. My husband and I ordered 2 burgers, fried mushrooms, fries, and tots. The freshness of their burgers are like what multiple previous reviews have mentioned, and the portions are very fair as well. Unfortunately that was all I could note that I felt was worth a decent review. My burger tasted fine, but unfortunately was looking, feeling, and tasting dry. The fried mushrooms were in a THICK coat of batter that made the mushrooms lost in the coating. The fries and tots were freshly made, but overall just tasted slightly bland? If I close my eyes, they can be easily swapped out with tots and fries from any other local establishment. Not to mention the prices on their menu are more than average. Unfortunately because of that fact as well, I had expected to have an over average experience, which I did not. Just average. Perhaps it wasn't a good day, or their burgers were not the kind I wish I had experienced. For me, I prefer a juicier, flavorful burger with little fixings needed to make it shine. Freshness can only go so far if flavor is lacking, but this is my review with my opinion. I do want to support family owned businesses, and I hope they continue to offer what more people want to stay afloat! read more

The best burger we have had in a very long time. Went there on a whim, will be coming back to try everything on the menu. The bun was toasted and buttery, and the meat seasoned perfectly. Great place. read more

Based upon previous reviews, I chose to try check this out. Disappointed is an understatement. $16 for a burger and fries? I expect it to be exceptional. It was not. Burger is flavorless and is not constructed properly. Vegetables actually should be placed on top...the manner in which the ingredients reach your pallet makes a difference (believe it or not). The beef was over salted...salt is not the only way to season a burger. Fries...although cut from fresh potatoes, some of the worst fresh cut fries I have ever eaten. Tasted as if the frying oil has not been changed in weeks. Service? Service is what service is. Not great, not bad. I will say that any payment kiosk that asks for a tip up-front is ridiculous. This is like asking, "will you give me more money prior to your service and food quality experience". I won't be back. "One and Only" in McKinney is far, far superior. As a matter of fact, since I only ate a few bites here, driving there now to purchase a far superior burger. read more

The food was delicious, which was surprising considering the whole place was empty when we visited. Huge burger, well made. The cashier was a little strange but it seemed more like he was new and nervous or something rather than rude. The place was nice, but very large for the amount of tables they had so when we spoke it echoed super loud, and overall felt cold and empty. However if you're not planning to eat in house, I would definitely recommend. read more

Decided to try a new place. From the moment I walked up to the place I kinda knew this was not gonna be for me. However, my son wanted to try it out so I took his lead. The outside posters of the food made the food look fake or plastic looking. Does that make sense? Inside was white, airy, and clean to be expected as its new. $28+ later my son ordered a double meat burger with fries and a drink. I only ordered a philly cheesesteak. Why did I not get a drink and fries...cost. The cheesesteak was not from philly. If you want a cheesesteak go to Tony's or Freds off of Bethany. Shame on me. Double meat looked greasy but my son liked it. But then again he eats everything. He said Country Burger has better. Fries were good! Dr Pepper was good. I will not go back but maybe my son will. read more
