Burgers are delicious and very customizable. Portions are more than generous, and service is speedy and friendly.

Good I will definitely be a returning customer to this Burger Joint! Try the double cheeseburger and fries. The onion rings are very good too read more

My cheeseburger was outstanding. I had the House Burger and it was very juicy, lots of trimmings, and very fulfilling. I was stuffed and needed no sides. I would have given five stars if the employee at the register had people skills. He didn't even say thank you! We did on our way out and he just nodded his head to acknowledge he heard us. read more

The burger was delicious and not greasy but still juicy. I had fries and my husband had onion rings and we both really liked them. Good crunch and great taste! Friendly staff and clean area. My only disappointment is that fountain drinks are Pepsi, but I can get past that. read more

After reading the Yelp reviews I decided to try out this new place for lunch today. Burger 82 is the real deal. An unpretentious, well-made hamburger at a surprisingly great price. Quick and friendly service. If you're looking for a basic, honest hamburger this is the place for you. Will return again very soon. read more

One of the BEST burgers and fries I have had in Plano/Allen area. Very clean as well and great service. Will certainly be coming back again.

I rarely write reviews, but the Jalapeño Cheese Burger was big and delicious. Outstanding job.

Love the burger and their fries! 10/10 would recommend. The burger is not heavy and even the bun is light. Fries have an amazing crisp on it and it's best to enjoy when fresh! If you haven't ordered from here before, I wouldn't hesitate to try it. read more

Awesome burger spot. Buns are an unexpected highlight. Get a burger with avocado on it. I once got a burger with the egg but the egg was closer to over hard, so that wasn't my favorite. read more

Absolutely delicious burgers. Both times we have been the burgers are cooked perfectly their fries always fresh and crispy and the fried pickles and mushrooms were also delicious. Customer service was also great both times we have gone. The restaurant and bathrooms were very clean. Burgers 82 is one of our favorite restaurants to visit when we're in Allen. read more

Excellent burger, fresh bun and ingredients. Burgers are big. French fries are crispy and delicious. Very clean, nice service. If you're an iced tea lover you'll be disappointed in the tea but that's the only thing I'd change. Will definitely be back. read more

The staff was very friendly. I love Mountain Dew and was so happy to see their drink machine had it. The fries were good looked and tasted like fresh cut and were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. The burgers were just ok. They weren't bad and weren't great someplace in the middle. It's an ok burger. My 14 year old son had the Philly cheese steak and he did not care for it at all. Only took a few bites of it and ended up throwing the rest away. I would say that you may or may not like this place. For me it was really in the middle and probably will not got back. I say this not because it was bad by any means just that it was average and if I'm paying $55.00 for burgers for a family of four I need it to be better. read more

They got my order wrong and continued to argue with me saying I said something else then refused to change it to what I wanted even after tip. The food isnt worth the high prices either. I wouldn't recommend it. read more

Wow!!! I'm 59 and I have eaten tons of burgers. These days it's a treat for my wife and I. I'm so glad we tried Burger 82!! It is the tastiest "fast food" Burger we've ever had. Juicy, delicious, cooked perfectly and with a great brioche bun and fresh veggies. Since this was our 1st time here, my wife chose the cheese burger and I tried the double cheeseburger. Huge. Fantastic. A MUST TRY. read more

Omg! This is the best burger I ever had!!! For the price it is 1100% worth it, i cannot wait to go back! We had the bacon cheeseburger that was so flavorful and juicy! read more

Very good burgers, great Phillies. Buns were premium too. Fries sadly not so much. They were from real potatoes cuts but they were quite bitter. Will definitely go again. read more

My fiancé grabbed a burger and chicken sandwich from here last night. It was fabulous! Normally, I dread takeout burgers but I was extremely impressed. Great flavor and the grilled chicken was the best I've had in some time. Also, the fries are seasoned to perfection. Definitely will be going back. read more

Good sized, on-point burgers, good variety, and perfect fries. Reasonable prices. Friendly staff. I loved my "fancy BLT" that comes with avocado and 2 eggs. Think I found my favorite local burger join5. read more

First time here and we weren't disappointed. We ordered to go and food was ready right on time. Inside of the restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. The burgers were HUGE and very good for the price. Ordered fries and there were so many I couldn't eat them all, they had just enough crisp on the outside, just the way I like it. Even our picky kids enjoyed their food. Can't wait to go back and try some of the specialty burgers read more

Burger 82 - Say cheese...burger! - Burgers Near Me - Allen, Texas

Huge burger and beautiful presentation but the ground beef was so heavily salted that it was inedible.

This was our first time trying Burger 82. We all ordered a different burger and everyone was impressed. We placed our order online and it was ready exactly when we were told to pick it up. The food was hot and fresh and the fries and onion rings were extremely crisp. Our burgers were prepared exactly as we ordered them. The people who waited on us were very friendly and very happy to see us. If they maintain this quality and service Burger 82 will be our go to for a hamburger in Allen. read more

So glad I found this place. Taking a wild, guess that it's a family run place, not sure, but doesn't strike me as a chain either. Either way, the food was delicious. I had a burger and some tater tots. The atmosphere was nice. The restaurant was very clean. What else do you wanna know? Stop being disappointed by other burger places and just go here and get their's. read more

This place was great! I loved that the buns were soft and fresh! They use good quality bacon as well!

Amazing food good service good ambiance.Food is breathtaking like so good I would go now!

If I can't cookout my own Burger then it has to be Allen 82 Burgers. I also love the Onion Rings. Good service good food.

Had the kids cheeseburger! Amazing burger! great choice for lunch!!!! Fresh toppings and the staff is on point. Must try while in Allen.

This place reminded me of what a good burger tastes like.... It was sooo good....I had the jalapeño cheeseburger....I too saw the place open up in or area .... I was sooo hungry, so I thought I would stop by and give it a try .... Best decision ever ...I will be a customer for life! Oh yeah, the Customer Service was soooo good ....I was treated as if they really appreciated our business! Please stay the way you are as a 5 Star restaurant! You' must try this restaurant out today! read more

The decor is unassuming and plain especially compared to the food. I was quite surprised by the fantastic burger (and fries) that didn't match the simple yet clean seating. I love a good burger and the flavor, service, and topping offered at Burger 82 makes this a must-go-to for a quick and easy bite. I strongly recommend you give them a chance. read more

Great burger. A group of 8 of us went and all enjoyed their meals. They don't have shakes though.

The good: Hamburgers are excellent and probably the best buns I have had in a long time! The bad: we had onion rings and they seemed to be frozen. The onions didn't have any "meat" it seems like all we got were outer skins of the onion. read more

Great burger and fries! I got the BaconEgg cheeseburger and it was fantastic. Highly recommend. read more

Great burgers, fast service, fresh ingredients. Black and blue was delicious. Will definitely be back!

As others note, these 6 oz griddled patties are served on a brioche bun. Only giving four stars as I thought the burger had a slightly metallic taste to it; not sure if a griddle requires break and seasoning, but I don't think so. Also found the bun larger than needed for the patty, and fixings on the bottom made the burger a little less balanced. The tomato slice also had some of the green stem. Fries looked good but as I'm watching my calories I didn't order any. read more

Burger 82 gets 82 Stars this place is fantastic. 1) The portions are huge 2) Variety on the menu 3) Salads, Burgers and Fries were all very tasty. This place is brand new in Allen on Exchange Parkway across from the hospital. Online order is super easy. Pick up is efficient even on busy nights at dinner time. There are tables for eat in too but I carried out. Definitely give it a try next time you need a new dinner idea. read more

Burger 82 is the real deal. The burgers are delicious and actually look like the pictures on the menu. The french fries are homemade not frozen. Onion rings are fantastic as well. Veggies are super fresh. I order my burger medium and it has never been dry, just a little pink the way I like it. read more

Really fantastic burgers. Definitely recommend. We got the fries as well to go. They don't heat up well as most fries don't but the burgers taste incredible regardless. They didn't get soggy the next day either. read more

The burgers were amazing prior to your temporary closing. Since reopening the burgers don't even compare - are you using a cheaper beef? The veggies don't seem as fresh. The brioche bun is so big and the hamburger patty is thinner smaller and dryer. If you need to raise your prices to produce the same product I think people would be willing to pay it..... read more

I'll start with the good and reason for the second star. The burger was OK. I was not asked how I wanted it cooked, and the bun was too big for the patty, but overall it was a decent tasting burger. I think they used ALL the salt on the fries, my lips are still burning. The onion rings I feel like came out of a frozen bag from Sysco. The worst part was the service, I regret leaving a tip on my order. I specifically went to the restaurant to order, so I could be sure my food wouldn't be sitting around getting cold waiting for me to get there. The cashier did not take my name, not that it would have mattered in the end... I sat waiting for my order at the first table/chair in front of the order station in a very noticeable location for a to-go ordered. I noticed they ring a bell and call people's names when their order was up, ok maybe it's not a big deal as they're not crowded, not too many orders to remember, maybe when mine is ready she'll bring me the bag to go or ring the bell. Then I noticed the people who ordered after me got their food, then 1 other person, at which time I noticed there was nothing else being cooked, so I went to see if one of the to-go bags sitting on the counter was mine... Sure enough it was, sitting there for 10 minutes, not sure how they expected me to know it was ready, absolutely no attempt. Sure enough as expected when I got home the fries and onion rings were cold, I don't live far, I think they sat on the counter longer than in my car on the way home. Luckily the burger was still a little warm, not hot but warm enough to eat. With as many great burger joints as there are around Dallas, you really need to hit on all cylinders, service is a big part of it. I'll stick with my normal go-to burger place in the future. read more

This place is legit good! I've been here every other week for last couple months. They hit on everything just right. Bun is excellent, beef patty has great flavor and well cooked, and the balance of condiments is spot on. Not overly greasy. I typically get grilled jalapeño burger + fried egg. The balance is spot on. Also super clean and friendly staff. Highly Recommend! read more

The place is AWESOME! The restaurant is spotless clean. The Food was out of this world. My family had 3 burgers, a BLT, fries, and rings. Perfect, everything was great. read more
