Clean and relatively new. Like the free wifi and plenty of folding space. My only issue--attendants who are too busy yapping with their friends and doing their own laundry to keep the place as clean as it should be. After my washing machine broke, I found myself having to find a place to wash and was lucky to have found Burbank Laundry. Not having experience with modern methodologies in a laundromat, I was puzzled with the operation of the machines. Fortunately the attendant Diane was there to save the evening. Not only did she help to explain on how to operate the equipment, but she also answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable enough to come back again. The attendants are friendly and helpful. The place is very clean, like if you drop something on the floor, you're not put off by it because attendants actually spend their time cleaning...not watching TV or talking on the phone like the nonsense you see at other places. No quarters needed here. They take credit cards and require a $10 minimum on their own laundry card. It requires some math to make sure you're not "donating" them money, but coming here regularly makes that a non issue. They advertise a 10:30 closing time, but you actually have to get there around 9 for last wash, and they do make you feel rushed as it gets closer to closing. I don't mind this though, just means I get there earlier. All in all, a very pleasant laundry mat. read more

This place is great to drop off loads of laundry that you don't want to wash at home. I take my large items, i.e., comforters, rugs, beach towels, etc. They charge by the pound & have your laundry folded & wrapped to pick up by the next day. Management always on top of things!! read more

Totally recommend this laundrymat. I had four loads of laundry, to wash and dry, $7! Can't be beat. We were visiting the Burbank area and we found this laundrymat near our hotel. Used a one load machine and a three load machine to wash and then used four dryers to dry for 30 minutes each. The young lady working was so nice and patient to explain everything. They have several TVs in the place to keep people occupied as they wait for their laundry to be done and free Wi-Fi. read more

I felt I had to write this after reading so many other posts that were negative. I have had nothing but good experiences here. The attendants have always been friendly and helpful. The laundry mat has always been clean, and they have a very nice restroom that you need a key card for, which is your cash card you must use for the electronic machines. My clothes have never been cleaner. In a way I don't want people to know how nice this place is, as I like having the place to my self most of the time. read more

I've been using their fluff and fold service for about a year now, due to holding down two jobs. Every time, I've made sure to clean out my pockets since their policy is not to. Imagine how surprised I was when I found half of my clothes covered in gum! Not to sound like a pompous jerk, but I spend good money on clothes that are meant to last, so the thought of losing over $500 worth of garments scared the ever-living crap out of me. I have been using this laundromat for the last 8 months and am always happy with the service. The attendants always say hi and are very friendly. It is a bit more pricey than other places around but it is the cleanest around as well. Was a regular fluff and fold customer. Been going there for a couple of years. They knew me. One day, I got to pick up, and they had simply lost my laundry. Several hundred dollars worth of clothes/bedding/blankets. What little they could find (one small bag of clothes) they tried to charge me for it!!!! I told them that wasn't happening and have never been back. At least offer me some compensation? WTF? If you do your own laundry you'll be fine, just beware of fluff & fold. read more

Expensive? Hardly. $2 for a double loader is standard if not cheaper than most places. They charge a bit more for drying but the machines are new, and they work!, so it takes less time to dry. The fluff&fold is almost 50 cents cheaper per pound than my old laundry mat in Toluca Lake. Plus you can pay with a credit card!? I'm sold. read more

So normally I love coming here but tonight the attendant here is in no mood, usually I tend to take a chair to sit near the machines I use & when I've gotten up to move wet clothes I get asked by a nice attendant if I'm done with the chair, not tonight I got up for a sec to put soap in the machine when boom chairs gone she just took it back, look I don't think it cool to be grumpy at work, take a happy pill & be more pleasant at work it'll make your day & others better. read more

I've been coming to this place now for over five years, and it's always been clean and staffed with people who actually give a dam about treating people with respect and a smile. Places like this matter so much now where everything is big business and no room for personal attention. This laundromat has good machines, the price is right, but what makes it great is the staff. They're real people! Dianne is always here when I come, and she's always busy cleaning and sweeping. She tends to any issues right away and always smiles. As far as laundromats go, this is one of the nicest I've been in. The machines are new and pretty quiet. You're able to hear the quiet tv and conversations really easily. They have quite a few larger 6 load machines and dryers among the other standard sizes. It's definitely a great place to wash all your bedding in a single stop and quickly. They have a card system to use in the machines and they have a card reload station that you can use your credit card to load a card, or if you want there's one to use bills. There are quite a lot of places to fold everything you brought with you. Luckily if you need snacks there is a 711 a few doors down. Be sure to get here before 9pm because that is the cut off time for services, makes sense cause they close at 10pm, so people that complain, don't really understand how the service industry works. read more

in general is a good place and service, I use the fluff and fold service, and have feelings about it; besides they tale care about the clothes, I always lose something, when I told to the person in charge she help me and the next time I have all my cloths back but again I use it and lost the school uniforms. This place is pricey and though the majority of the machines are front loading, it's twice as expensive and doesn't seem to get the clothes very clean. In addition, you can't use coins, it's a card only with a minimum of $10.00 to be placed on a card you have to purchase in order to do your laundry. It's crowded midday and the dryers cost $.50 per 10 minutes and don't dry very well, even when the loads are small. The attendant seems nice. My fourth choice laundromat out of the semi decent ones I've been to. read more

My family has been going to the laundry for as long as long as we've lived in Burbank. The staff is so friendly and always very helpful. Location is great , there is 711 and subway both walking distance!! The cards are easy to use and really easy to add money onto if you have left over from your wash. We enjoy coming here to wash out clothes and will always come keep coming back !!! read more

Great place but machines are not releasing soap into wash cycle and it is ending up as a waste of my money and soap to wash clothes that doesnt get washed correctly. Must fix this problem asap or i will take my business else where! UPDATE: I have finished doing business here. This place is not a premium laundry facility but rather a third rate laundry mat, where you pay a pricy premium price on washers that management seems to not want to fix the wash cycle (so that the suds can be released into the wash) and on dryers that are not fixed properly causing the customers to have to waste more money to re-dry their clothes. It makes me wonder if this is a sort of scam to make the dryers not dry the clothes properly inorder to waste an additional 50 cents to dry your clothes again. Wifi is horrible and does not work. Laundry mat also attracts homeless people with issues. The premium prices here are not worth a dime due to the underlying factors surrounding this place. read more

Went to the store on 11/8, to get my usual coffee, but this time, the guy at the counter was rude, not only with me but the previous customer, I was in sort of in a rush, he was taking his sweet time to take scan my items, I told him, can you please charge me, I'm in a time crush? He said, he needed to take care of whatever he was doing first, wait?? I wouldn't mind waiting, if he took the time to say, one second mam' I'll be with you, but he chose to be rude, and I'm sure, he does that with everyone, I hate rude people doing a customer service job, if you don't like your job, quit it and find a better one or one where your rude butt doesn't have to deal with customers, I will never stop at that 7/11 Victory and Buena Vista, your employee suck!!! read more

The fluff and fold service here used to be great but within the last three months I have received pink stained whites, lost about half of my underwear and socks, one dress, six work blouses, and several t-shirts. The last three months of terrible service have undone the prior three and a half years of good service. Burbank Laundry has now lost my business. read more

I love this place. I use their fluff and fold service and I couldn't be happier. $1.15 a pound and it's totally worth every penny. Gabby is there most mornings and always friendly and warm when she greets me. My clothes always come back nicely folded or hung up on hangers if needed. The reason for this review is due to a recent experience I have received from this place. I have been coming to this Burbank Laundry for a couple months now. We choose Burbank laundry because it is clean and the staff is friendly attentive and very professional. I am very impressed with one staff and her name is Veronica. Veronica is cordial, helpful and very professional. What impressed me most of Veronica was on our first day using Burbank Laundry. My husband and I did not have a bag for our clean clothes. I asked Veronica if I could buy a plastic bag from her. She told me at first that I could buy it from the machine. And I asked her if I could get a better price and better quality bag if she sells me the one she is using for fluff and fold service. She told me that she would ask her manager and she immediately called her on the phone. Minutes later she said yes. And every time she took my payment, she handed me a purple receipt. After that we've been using this place every chance we get. After last Saturday's experience with an employee named Aline who put a stop to this nice little service. IT IS JUST A PLASTIC BAG! An employee who goes out of her way for her customers should be recognized and appreciated. Little act of customer service like Veronica have shown me goes a long way for a Laundry Mat. It warms up a place where people are cold, doing their own thing and then leave. Too bad the owners of Burbank Laundry are "penny pinchers!" And an employee like Aline should only be scrubbing toilets and not deal with people. She needs to be put on a "long clean cycle" to get her out of her rut! read more
