I drove 30 minutes to the salon and felt that my time and loyalty weren't respected. Tina later reached out and offered me a discount to make things right, but when I followed up by text, she stopped responding. During the wax I noticed it being a little warm but nothing women can't handle. The first pull was very rough and aggressive to the point where I made a noise out loud. Once done, I noticed my chin stinging, but I brushed it off. As the night went on I noticed that it might be a possibility that my skin was burnt. I put frozen aloe Vera plant on it all night, but still woke up to burn marks on my chin. I called the shop multiple times informing them of my problems and they informed me I must speak to a manager but he was never there. They did not care that they burned me, never asked for contact information so that the manager could call me, nor did they even apologize or offer any solutions. I paid my money and tipped and got nothing but a run around and no communication from the manager. If you go here just know they only care about your money, not you.
