Although I'm sure her student is talented, my appointment was specifically booked with Tina, and I was disappointed that this wasn't communicated ahead of time. I had been going to Tina for a few months and always booked simple clean-ups with no polish, still paying full price and leaving a tip each time. I drove 30 minutes to the salon and felt that my time and loyalty weren't respected. Tina later reached out and offered me a discount to make things right, but when I followed up by text, she stopped responding. Overall, I wish there had been better communication and follow-through, as the experience left me feeling disregarded as a returning customer. However, Tina is very good at what she does and the space is very clean. There is also parking available.

I also got service from Yen and she was pretty good too. They are super nice and seem to always try to accomodate even if it means staying a little past their advertised closing time. It is nice that they give a 5% discount if you pay in cash too. They also have a special: M-W 9:30-2:30pm 10% discount with cash You can also add a hand massage for $1 per minute when getting acrylics/fill - and I always do a 3 minute add on. Note that when you do chrome- you always wanna choose contrasting colors! Dark polish with light chrome on top or light polish with pigmented chrome... I learned that when getting purple chrome toesies (Thanks again Yen for working that out for me).
