I love gelx and its practically impossible to find salons that not only offer them but also do them well! Blush is the best salon I've been to, in a long time! Booking the appointment was easy, as it's done through text and requires a 20 dollar deposit, per service. You send any pics that you want as inspo for nail art. Upon arriving, they will ask what type of speciality service you'd like for your pedicure. If you are someone who is overwhelmed by a ton of options, I would check this out before you come to your appointment. But a ton of options and essential oils you can choose from. I opted for the lavender. As noted in another reviews, they offer both alcohol and non alcohol drinks but I passed this time. Both ladies who did my pedicure and gelx did an AMAZING job. I didnt feel like they were rushing and I could actually relax. What i loved was the way they cleaned the stations once customers left. It was very sanitary and sealed the deal on me making this my go to spot. You can pay with card or cash, tip has the same options. However I chose to pay for my services with card and tipped in cash. Honestly, such a lovely experience. Can't wait til I come back!

During the wax I noticed it being a little warm but nothing women can't handle. The first pull was very rough and aggressive to the point where I made a noise out loud. Once done, I noticed my chin stinging, but I brushed it off. As the night went on I noticed that it might be a possibility that my skin was burnt. I put frozen aloe Vera plant on it all night, but still woke up to burn marks on my chin. I called the shop multiple times informing them of my problems and they informed me I must speak to a manager but he was never there. They did not care that they burned me, never asked for contact information so that the manager could call me, nor did they even apologize or offer any solutions. I paid my money and tipped and got nothing but a run around and no communication from the manager. If you go here just know they only care about your money, not you.
