I called this place to get information about my sisters car and could not understand what he was saying only that he was rude. Sounded intoxicated. Hung up me, I called and left a message and never received a call. BBB should take a look at this place. read more

The nicest bunch of people that I ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Al went above and beyond to help me. I needed to tow one car and also a jumpstart for another which he didn't even charge me for. Jazz, who towed my car was so careful, you'd think it was his car he was towing. I highly, highly, highly recommend Bunky's Towing!! Thank you again for your kindness and professionalism :) read more

Bunky's arrived quickly and the driver, Marc, was professional and extremely nice to work with. He made sure we were safe and gave us all pricing info before we left the road. Great driver and a really professional company. Will use them again anytime. Thanks Marc! read more

Had my car serviced at Bunky's after getting my car towed in last week. Everyone was professional and work was done as promised. They worked with me on the towing charges when I got my repairs done by the garage. Cannot thank them enough. I finally found a honest repair facility. read more

Bunky's has a driver that was completely disrespectful. I was on my way to the hospital and a cop was redirecting traffic. One of the younger guys saw me being redirected, put down his window and started cursing me out. He thought I was doing something I wasn't supposed to be. He was telling me to put down my window just so he can continue to curse me out. "Are you f@@ing stupid" he'd yell. We've used their service before and it's just completely unacceptable. My husband and I reached out to the manager and I hope something is done about it. read more

Bunky's Towing & Auto Repair - Auto Repair Near Me - Dover, New Jersey

Good luck finding this place if your car gets impounded. Firstly, the tow-truck driver was an asshole, treating me like a scumbag just cuz my car was getting impounded. It's your job to drive, not be a dickhead. Secondly, Google gives an address that sends you to a dead-end street. One guy on the phone said they have 2 locations and gave a wrong second address. Another guy said they haven't been in the Googled location in years. Well which is it?? And why isn't Google updated? Why is Bunkys not on Facebook or Waze or other Map apps? Why do they only accept cash? Shady much??? My friend and I rushed to DMV to get my reg done and a woman at Bunkys on the phone said they would stay open passed the 4:30 office closing hour for me so I could get my car back. Well 4:30 rolls around, we can't find the place and when I called, the woman was gone and supposedly the manager left for the day. We drove around for an hour looking for this place and were finally directed to the Chevy dealer in Dover. Bunkys is mysteriously around the back of a Chevy dealer with a small office and no signs, logos or other markings. We pull around back and my friend spotted my car behind a fence. Now it's 5PM and we found the small office, in which there were still 4 people working and the manager was still there!! The manager was an asshole too! I said "We've been driving around aimlessly looking for you, I just want my car." The manager was reluctant to help me, he moaned about it being 5pm and as he walked away he said "F*cking people." To hell with this shady business that conspires with the police in order to increase profits and dodge taxes!! read more

Faced with Somerset Hills Towing (the very worst) holding my car for ransom, not answering calls, etc., Bunky's came through for me big time. Friendly, cooperative, honest, good explanations, went out of their way to rescue my car and get it to the body shop. Timing was crucial to prevent SHT from keeping the car over the weekend and charging an exorbitant fee, and Bunky's was there right when they were needed. Kudos! read more

If I can rate 0 stars I would. Got in an accident just got released from surgery and no normal hours on the website and guy is extremely rude and hung up in my face. Well mr maybe if you had ACTUAL hours instead of 24/7 people wouldn't call you at weird hours. Do not recommend at all HORRIBLE HORRIBLE read more

I can't say thank you enough for the immediate help I received from Bunky's Towing. A friend of mine was in a serious accident and was getting ripped off by the company who towed her car. The car was totaled but she was in the hospital and needed surgery and couldn't get to the car to get her stuff. They were also making it difficult for us to get the car out and were charging her by the day. We were stuck and the bill kept going up. Robbie stepped up got the car paid the bill and brought it to his yard. Gave us as much time as we need to get the car cleaned out waiting for her to recover enough to get there. They are a company with heart! read more

Best towing company around! Picked up my car after it died and towed it right to their repair shop in town. The truck operator was very knowledgeable and friendly. The car was fixed quickly and for a very reasonable price. Will definitely be using these guys again! read more

Had my car serviced here multiple times the guys were nice and professional, went for an oil change but they checked everything for me and made sure I had no hidden problems. I highly recommend them read more

I spent a lot of money there and this is what they did to me ,I had the clutch master cylinder on my Chevy replaced 4 times with in two years they kept failing the last time I drove my truck 900 miles and it failed again. The pt they kept putting in was a Chevy part but they were old, they never should have used them so the last and final time it failed and I only put on 900 miles in about 5 months they told me they would not pay for the labor I told them they guarantee it but they did not honor it I understand the part was defective but they chose to keep getting it from the dealer, they should have went to another dealer or even after market so I refused to pay telling them I could drive out and it could fail again, and I had a lot of work done by them ,but no more I will tell friends and family what happened and let them make there choice . It would have cost them 2 hrs labor and I would have been a very happy customer who would keep using them, but because they would no absorb there mistake they lost a customer bad move on there part, read more
