They were able to get it jump-started, run for a bit, and carefully drive it to their flatbed out front. While every towing situation is different (distance, time of day, etc), today Rossano & Sons Towing was the most affordable of the quotes I had heard from, and were quick to move (it was going to be blocked in by other tenants) the vehicle from Newton to Stillwater. I have evidence that I paid said amount in full, however, Brookwood Auto has failed to restore my vehicle, thereby breaching the contract. Moreover, since 2016 Brookwood Auto has neglected their contractual obligations to restore my 1967 Pontiac Firebird. They now seek $31,285.57 to complete restoration of my 1967 Pontiac Firebird. The original contracted restoration fee was $10,794.89. They refuse to return my vehicle. This constitutes consumer fraud.
