Eastman GA parking lot this establishment...it looks fine. However, after doing my laundry front end of my SUV vehicle was badly damaged when I tried putting my car in reverse. As I moved my car backward I was dragging the yellow cement parking lot barrier. HOW IS THAT EVEN POSSIBLE??? This horrific experience is gonna cost me time fux my Cadillac Escalade. I am very impressed with Chuck. Every time I've gone in there, he is very attentive to the customers. He is always busy doing something, cleaning the floors, wiping down the tables, and even picking up in the parking lot on occasion. Chuck doesn't mind helping me or anybody else, taking my clothes out to the car, and bringing the cart back in so I don't have to. He is a real asset to the company , that's for sure. There needs to more working machines, so you don't have to wait, especially on the dyers. read more

This is an okay laundromat that gets the job done. It's always clean, which is good. Don't want to feel like the clothes are dirtier when you leave. Half the machines are broken though, which makes it tough on weekends. Some have broken doors, others broken card readers...seriously, swap broken card readers to the ones with broken doors and give us an extra machine or two. To pay you gave get a prepaid card and you reload it. The cards are super thin though and the card readers have a hard time reading them. Takes a good 3-4 tries before it stops saying your card is bad. Apparently you can drop off laundry and have someone do it for you. And apparently you earn rewards on the payment card. I haven't done enough laundry on my card to earn anything yet and there's no information around detailing the rewards. Tip-bring your own detergent. The vending machines with soap are always out of stock. read more

At first I was wary just because everything is so new for me. Came in VERY LARGE facility. The worker (folding a customers clothes, they offer a full service wash/dry/fold) very nice lady helped me on a quick how to where about of the areas. You purchase a reusable card for $1. Makes things very convenient and you don't have to worry about coins getting stuck. The load machine does except bills and coins DOES NOT GIVE CHANGE Prices: Normal wash (fits 2 loads) wash: $2.39 Medium wash (fits 4 loads) wash: $3.93 Large was (fits 6 loads) wash: $5.79 Dryers: Small/medium $0.29 for 8 minutes (mine dried in 16min) Large $0.49 for 8minutes Didn't give it a full five stars because there are machines that are out of order, however, there's more than enough to go to that are working. She came up me and my husband twice saying they aren't responsible for him getting hurt. Obviously we aren't going to sue THEM, our kid is our business. So this place looks real clean when you walk in . Went to use the bathroom -- no hand soap in the women's nor men's bathroom . Ew ! Washed my comforter at a decent price . Be aware you have to buy a preload card for $1 and load it with money first . Anyway , it seemed it cleaned fine , the comforter smelled like my laundry detergent . Put it in the dryer next with a good amount of Gain dryer sheets . Waited 15 minutes and it was finally done . Took it out . That shit smelled like a nasty ass bathroom . Stale , mixed with smoke , but smelled like a pissy bathroom . I gagged , that's how bad it was . I walked to the dryer we used and sniffed inside it . Same smell . Went to a couple others . Same . I just loaded it up in my trunk . I'm going to have to figure something else out . Stay away from this place if you want nice clean fresh laundry ! read more

Very clean, lots of machines. Washers available are doubles, triples, and quads. Uses a card that you reload here. However, the attendant can change your quarters for bills fir the machine. No working ATM, that's the reason it has a 4 star instead of 5. read more
