It was clean the day we visited the 1st time. It wasn't busy at all was only 2 other families there. Has space to move around and an area in the back of the facility to fold laundry and sit with kids to do homework. They have a vending machine & laundry supply box to purchase if needed. Very clean facility with brand new machines that take quarters, credit cards, or a laundry card. Machines are rather expensive for the area but the cleanliness of the place makes it worth it. The "2x load" washers barely fit a small load, and were $2.25. Keep that in mind. They do have a soap vending machine and tv in the waiting room. There's even a massage chair. Parking is meh. It's attached to a barber shop, gas station, and fast food place so parking is shared between them. read more

I have to give Cyber Wash credit for being very, very clean. The seating spaces are comfortable, and they have a space in the back with tables and padded chairs. The laundromat has a massage chair and food/beverage vending machines, along with vending machines for detergent, etc.. The restrooms are clean and fully stocked with reliable locks on the doors. Most of the machines take credit cards directly without the requirement of a special payment card or coins. The laundromat advertises free WiFi all over the place, but when I visited I was not able to connect to it - my computer gave me a message suggesting there isn't a router. The detergents in vending machines are very expensive, approximately $3 for detergent for one load, not including fabric softener, if desired. Most importantly, the washing machines are tiny, though the dryers are huge. They're also very expensive. To do one regular load of laundry like I'd do at home I would pay $4.25 to wash, and $2.50 to dry. If this is the going price of laundromats, I'm very grateful I can usually do laundry at home. read more

Newest Laundromat in Warner Robbins. High marks for the decor and lighting. The colors are so relaxing. The best part for me was the massage chairs! Cyber Wash is a fully self service laundromat. There is no staff on duty, so may the force be with you. They have a variety of washing machine sizes at a range of price points. All front loaders. I will say, they seem smaller to me than what they state. For example, a washer that states it holds 3 loads could only fit what I'd consider 2 loads. They also make a very loud sound continuously when the cycle is done - which gets slightly annoying really quickly when you realize the person isn't there to collect their load. The dryers are good and strong. I absolutely should not take more than 30 minutes for all of your clothes/towels to be fully dry. Overall, a decent newer laundromat. read more

I really wish it could be a 0 star rating. The owner is rude and the entire place is a rip off. The dryers say $3 for 30 minutes but doesn't accept your card until you swipe it at least twice, and get charged twice. And it by some chance it takes the first swipe, it'll say you have a remaining balance and double charge you when you swipe to pay it. Her machines are also all over charged. It is literally the most expensive laundry mat in town. They also charge you to purchase a card, but half of her scanners don't accept the card, but don't say that. They just don't swipe. The place always has trash on the floor and an odd smell. And there is constantly sketchy people hanging out that aren't doing laundry. If your looking for a good laundry mat the one of the corner of Houston lake and Thompson road is the go to. Or tbh wearing dirty clothes is better than being scammed to come here. The better business Bureau needs to step in. read more

Was so happy to have found this place. It was my second attempt to find a laundromat and so glad I left the first one. Super clean. Newer machines and all were functioning. Had the choice to use card or cash. When using card, make sure you use the correct side. A few of us were doing it the wrong way......no attendant onsite but there was no need for one. Highly recommend this place! read more

do not trust anything but using coins. i will report to better business bureau. they should be fined for false advertising. tried contacting and was continuously sent to voicemail. machine took $15 from me and sent me a notification that my cycle was done in 4 mins when it never even started. then when you try to dispute or request refund it says contact managment at location by phone or email but no phone or email options. another guy saw me getting upset and he asked "did you use coins or other payment?" I said other payment, he said yeah they stole $20 from me when I tried to do it and never got his money back. I went to Coin Laundry off S Houston Lake instead. smaller location but better experience. read more

This has been the worst experience I've ever received from ANY establishment!! I washed my family's clothes at this facility with my husband to prepare to back home to Atllanta. We walked out the door to go to our car and noticed the time was 9p, when doors are to lock. Of course we could not get back in. I called the number of management and text them as it was a cell phone number. No one answered. Shortly after the manager or owner, a woman, comes back to the facility and walks in. I ask if we can get it clothes and baskets out to leave the establishment and not even to stay and dry our clothes. She would not even allow us to get our own items out of the building. We pleaded with this woman to get our belongings to take with us and leave. Not even asking to stay and dry or finish the wash cycle. She adamantly refuses in the nastiest tone. Now we run the risk of our clothes and our children's clothes being ruined by mildew or stolen. It's completely OUTRAGEOUS that this establishment won't even allow two seconds for us to take our belongings home with us and she was there at the door!!! If our items are missing or damaged she had the opportunity to allow us to take our items home and refused!! read more

Very Nice Place and Clean. I like being able to use a store card instead of quarters. you can still use quarters if want or use a credit card. If you do use a credit card your bank will pre approve a $15 charge which is applied toward more than one machine. if you don't use all the $15 it goes back on your card. It looks like a couple of people that left reviews don't understand that. I will use this place for now on. read more

This place was super nice. They have several large washing machines and dryers, so I was able to do my laundry quickly. Plus, they had several TVs and free WiFi. The washers are a little on the expensive side, but well worth it. They also had a few nice seating areas. They also had an ATM to get quarters at and you can use your card on the washers and dryers, which is really nice. It's also right next to a gas station which is convenient if you need a snack or anything. read more

It was 4.25 for 1 medium sized load & 2.25 to dry. I got charged $15...they ripped me off and I will not be back. If you come I suggest using quarters instead of a card. They don't have any employees on sight so you can't talk them about any problems that occur. Avoid this establishment. read more

Nice and clean..make sure you read the sign on front door about using your visa card at the washing machine..I didn't read until after I used mine and it appeared they charged me 15.00 dollars but they don't..I called them and they explained it to me and were very nice...I will go back there again... read more
