There are a few laundromats in the area but none have the curb appeal of Classic Laundry which opened in October 2024. The inside was clean and spacious including the restroom. Everything is digital so gone are the days of the quarter machines (thankfully). You can upload money onto a free card with a credit card, debit or cash, so that you can purchase products in the vending machine or wash clothes. They offer several services: self service laundry , drop off wash and fold which offers a drive-thru area, and pick up / delivery services. All for a reasonable price based on what you get. It's been a while since the last time I had to go to a laundromat and was not sure where to go. My husband told me he passes Classic Laundry on his way to work and that we should try it out. It is nice to have a new state of the art laundromat to come to. It cost $15 to wash my comforter, which was worth the 19 mins it took to wash the massive bedding. Drying it took a while but it definitely beat how long it would have taken in my personal washer and dryer at the house. Overall I was impressed with this much needed addition to the Warner Robbins area. My only issue is that I did not know about this place sooner.

I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose

The building is some sort of old restaurant with a drive through and outdoor patio. It seems that the building has served the purpose of a cleaners for some time now. The group of individuals operating Keene's is awesome! I've been in three times and each interaction has been pleasant. I had a tuxedo, suit, and two shirts dry cleaned here over the course of a week. They were ready for pickup within a day or two each time and the prices were very reasonable for the work being done. I will continue to go to Keene's for all of my dry cleaning needs!

I was not told this when I booked them. The gentlemen were friendly. They did not pre-treat any of the stains before steaming the carpet. However, I had done so the night before. One fellow kept telling the person cleaning the carpet to: "Hurry up. You can only do what you can do. We could have cleaned three rooms by now." From start to finish they were here for 23 minutes for the one bedroom (16x20) and a small landing (2x4). We had gotten all of the items off of the floor prior to them coming; however, there were four chairs and a tray table that had to be moved. One chair was not moved at all. The other items, while moved, we're not returned to their place. Overall, they seemed more concerned with doing a quick job than a good job.
