Worse was my dryer stopped when I wasn't looking but kept counting down the time. I suspect it stopped with more than 15 mins left but kept counting down the time. The attendant refused to put more than the least amount of time ( 6 mins) and wanted me to come back to her each time to add 6 mins of clothes not dry! After the second time with clothes still damp .I just started to add my own money to save time and the headache. Won't be back.

Kip, the owner, was very friendly on the phone and walked me through the services available. I was no longer uneasy and knew my clothes were in good hands! He even asked me what type of detergent and fabric softener I would like! He was able to have my laundry picked up that same day and returned the next! I'm so happy with the service I experienced and my clothes came out great! I will be using The Hamper Hub again!

It's very clean, the gentleman that was inside while I was there was wonderful to talk to, and the other customers there were very pleasant to talk to. I often get clothes back just as dirty as I brought them in - even when I point out stains. I once had alterations done and they did a good job very quick. It was a last minute rush request and the woman was so nice to work with me and made sure I had my dress back in time for a formal event out of time. It was a two day turn around and I truly appreciate that. But I am often underwhelmed and disappointed with the appearance of my drycleaning when I get my clothes back. I try to stick to only bringing in those items with no stains but that defeats the purpose

I'm unable to…read moreconfirm or deny the accuracy of that statement, but I can certainly say that I enjoyed my time at this Laundromat and I will be returning. Upon entering the parking lot, I was a little concerned that there would be no machines available since the parking lot was full. Upon entering the laundromat, I realized there were PLENTY of machines available. The other thing I immediately noticed is just how CLEAN it is here. The floors were spotless! The washing machine prices range by size, but the one I used was $4.25 for a load and held about 30 towels for me. The only reason I knocked a star is because of the dryers. They are weak. After 25 minutes on the highest heat setting, my washcloths were still damp. The towels were still wet. However, I heard some other customers talking about how hot their dryer was, so I guess it's hit or miss with the dryers.
