Worse was my dryer stopped when I wasn't looking but kept counting down the time. I suspect it stopped with more than 15 mins left but kept counting down the time. The attendant refused to put more than the least amount of time ( 6 mins) and wanted me to come back to her each time to add 6 mins of clothes not dry! After the second time with clothes still damp .I just started to add my own money to save time and the headache. Won't be back.

They are not cheap, but I think they did a great job on the three pieces of clothing I dropped off. I had a dress ($11.95), a sweater ($5.95), and some pants ($5.95). I thought the price for the dress was a tad expensive, but maybe I'm just out of touch with what the market rate is these days. Again, I haven't had to go to a dry cleaner since March 2020. Either way, my clothes look great and smell fresh. I'll be returning soon and look forward to checking out their alteration services as well!

The lady at the counter said she would send it back to them and wouldn't charge me....no kidding. I get it back and nothing was even attempted just said its not burnt. She gives me the owners name is Mr. Cha and he says it's not his responsibility and couldn't say anything but I don't know. This place is a grungy no a/c sweatshop.
