The attendant refused to put more than the least amount of time ( 6 mins) and wanted me to come back to her each time to add 6 mins of clothes not dry! After the second time with clothes still damp .I just started to add my own money to save time and the headache. Won't be back.

She continuously tried to end the conversation, saying that I was "wasting her time" with my concerns. Employees relayed an inaccurate version of events to her, making me out to be a confrontational and ungracious customer after I gently expressed my dissatisfaction with their service. While she eventually offered a $50 store credit, it was inadequate given the damage caused, and I had no confidence in them after the way this situation was handled. This was my first dry cleaning experience and I am astonished. As a Christian establishment in the community for over 70 years, the lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.

Further research has shown that the company is in decline so this is obviously an effort to save the business. In fact she was not even available for comment on weekends, leaving her low-paid workers with minimal communication skills to handle the situation which they did poorly. I left a message but the owner seems to be ignoring my complaint. They also slipped in extra charges claiming "cat or dog hair" which they do automatically if they find out you have a pet, so don't admit to having a pet to them. My clothes could not have had pet hair because they are kept at my work warehouse and never go near my house. They just thought they could get away with an extra charge. Dishonest and unscrupulous people here. Avoid at all cost.

We discussed what we needed and were…read moreassured that it could be done the same day. 3 and a half hours after they scheduled a pick up with us they finally arrived and we gave them extra money because we had 3 extra bags of clothes to be washed. Mind you, during our initial conversation, we discussed prices and services and the amount of clothes to be washed. Once they picked up our clothes the drop off time changed to the next day, which wasn't a problem because of the size of our order. Our scheduled drop off time was 4pm, which came and went. At 6pm we called to check the status of our clothes and were told that they were almost done and our last load had just gone into the dryer. At 8pm we reached out again to see what was the holdup and were told that they were in traffic. Finally, at 10:25pm our clothes arrived and were less than satisfactory. Not to mention, they charged us an extra $125 for our clothes which totaled out to a whopping $300!!! For $300 you would think that our clothes would have been done exceptionally well! Well it wasn't. Our clothes still smell sour, some of them had color damage, and there was even rust on brand new under garments. The building is some sort of old restaurant with a drive through and outdoor patio. It seems that the building has served the purpose of a cleaners for some time now. The group of individuals operating Keene's is awesome! I've been in three times and each interaction has been pleasant. I had a tuxedo, suit, and two shirts dry cleaned here over the course of a week. They were ready for pickup within a day or two each time and the prices were very reasonable for the work being done. I will continue to go to Keene's for all of my dry cleaning needs!
