He not only refunded the full amount of the initial cleaning, but the manager from this area brought the refund check to me and apologized for the inconvenience. Although the cleaning part didn't work out, the customer service side was on point and greatly appreciated. I'm now thinking this misstep with me was a one-off and not their usual mode of operation. Thank you again for responding and handling this in a kind and professional manner.

I was expecting great things based on reviews, website presence, and prompt response to my initial…read moreinquiry. 3 people came to do the first "initial, deep clean." The cost: $250. Understandable that a first cleaning might be more, but they only did a "general cleaning," - not a deep clean like was described to me, and they were a no-show on the 2nd scheduled cleaning date. No show, no call, no response to my messages and inquiries. I'm not sure what happened, but I would have never paid $250 for a one-time clean for my small place. I feel that it was some kind of scam, bait & switch...something is just not right about what happened. I did send an email about my concerns, to which the reply was, "contact the manager." I'd already tried that - with no return call or message. Giving bad reviews is not my usual, but with this one, consumers beware. This is Wifesavers in Lizella, GA.

There are a few laundromats in the area but none have the curb appeal of Classic Laundry which opened in October 2024. The inside was clean and spacious including the restroom. Everything is digital so gone are the days of the quarter machines (thankfully). You can upload money onto a free card with a credit card, debit or cash, so that you can purchase products in the vending machine or wash clothes. They offer several services: self service laundry , drop off wash and fold which offers a drive-thru area, and pick up / delivery services. All for a reasonable price based on what you get. It's been a while since the last time I had to go to a laundromat and was not sure where to go. My husband told me he passes Classic Laundry on his way to work and that we should try it out. It is nice to have a new state of the art laundromat to come to. It cost $15 to wash my comforter, which was worth the 19 mins it took to wash the massive bedding. Drying it took a while but it definitely beat how long it would have taken in my personal washer and dryer at the house. Overall I was impressed with this much needed addition to the Warner Robbins area. My only issue is that I did not know about this place sooner.
