I like dives, but not filth. I don't think that this is meant to be a dive, AND it's progressively become a s******e. And, all the while, the "manager", who didn't appear to "manage" anything, except for conversation and passing out free beer samples to his buddies at the bar (one of whom was clearly, from their banter, a fired former employee), did nothing else but gossip and bitch about higher management, while the employees also had multiple free beer samples, and stood around and chatted with each other.
