Went back for additional service to repair bumper after recent headlight restoration and excellent work. Completed the job for quoted price and gave additional military discount. As an added bonus did a quick buff out of an area on my door panel for no additional charge. Will be back for any bumper/minor repair services. Thanks Brandon and team. read more

The best customer service you could ask for: Brandon, the owner, clearly takes pride in his business and ensures everything is just right, at a fair price. I've been here for paintless dent removal, window chip repair, and window tinting, and couldn't be happier with the job done and the professional, friendly service. They stand behind their work, and the shop always seems filled with appreciative customers. Highly recommended! read more

Absolutely wonderful! The owner Phillip is magnificent with his work, went in a couple weeks ago to get my tint done everything was BEAUTIFUL. Unfortunately my back passenger window lifted a little so I called back and let him know and he fit me in to his already crazy schedule AFTER the shop was closed and got it done in less than 20 minutes! Absolutely sweet gentleman with a beautiful smile :) I 100% recommend this place. Worth the price you pay (which isn't even bad) because the work is incredibly detailed :) thank you so much! read more

So I've had my car for 4 years and I started hating the fact that the windows were clear. I called up BumperDoc because from their yelp reviews and page they seemed like a very professional and reliable company. I called and got a good price for my car so I decided to book an appointment. They ended up squeezing me in earlier than my initial appointment which was a plus! We sat and I talked with Phillip regarding the shade I should do. He literally took his time explaining and making sure I understood the tint process and the finish because I was about to choose the darkest shade if he hadn't taken the time out to explain and thank God he did because I'm so happy with the finish that I ended up choosing. He showed me multiple cars that drove by and was able to tell me exactly what percentage they had, I picked the 28% and it came out exactly how I wanted and a lot better to be honest. He also did my front taillight because there was a new one on my left side and an older one on the right side and he made them look identical! I took some shots there because I couldn't hold my excitement. I'm very picky and nervous because I feel that people don't see a perfect job like I do. Literally no flaws and his work was perfect. He let me know that after my car windows were tinted that I would fall in love with the car again, and sure enough I did... I can't imagine getting rid of it in the near future because I think it's beautiful car again. Please come here! You won't regret it! read more

We discovered there was an additional broken part on my car after taking it apart and they were able to get me the part same day at cost! I will return here if I ever need any body work done again; it was a great experience. Highly recommend! read more

First let me start out by saying I don't normally write reviews. That being said, if you ever have a fender bender you just have to come here. My back bumper was in a minor accident and my bumper came unattached on both sides. I contacted BumperDoc here on yelp and I was happy to get a prompt response. Due to scheduling and life I wasn't able to bring my car in on the day I had planned. I called this morning around 9 am and was accommodated on short notice and the car was finished before noon. The owner Brandon has amazing customer service and was extremely helpful with another issue I had on my front grill. If I ever have another issue (& I probably will) I will definitely go see Brandon! I can't say enough about the great service I received. I will recommend BumperDoc to all my friends and family! read more

Brandon the owner is very friendly. I had complications with when I could come in, but he really tried his best to work around my schedule. Prices are very reasonable. I would check Groupon to see if he has any more offers that will be beneficial to you. So glad I found them, I will definitely be returning if my family or myself need anything. read more

I just had some work done on my car and I am so happy with the results! I had previously had my car windows tinted at a dealership and they did a horrible job.. Brandon and his team are very gracious and helpful.. Brandon was able to redo the botched tint job and make my car look 5 years newer! I'm so impressed I'm sending my nephew to get his windows tinted! read more

I took my car here a few months ago for a dent in my car and they did an excellent job! You can't even tell there was damage in the car. The best part is that they went out of their way to give me a discount and this was the cheapest estimate I got. Your car is in good hands with these people. Also, my husband took his car to get his windows tinted and they did an amazing job! read more

I would definitely recommend Bumper Doc! Like many other customers, I purchased the $125 window tinting Groupon deal. The quality of the work was outstanding and the customer service was off the hook! I am a stickler for good customer service so that is definitely a top notch compliment. I believe the gentleman that helped me was Randy. Upon my request, Randy assessed the damage on my bumper and gave me a very reasonable quote. There is no doubt I am going back to Bumper Doc to have them repair my bumper! I will let you know how that goes! Rock on Bumper Doc! read more

Just got the car tinted using the groupon, and so far so good! The quality of the Solargard tint is solid, and there are no bubbles or bumps that I can see. The tech forgot to reconnect the passenger window wires though. I think they weren't happy that I used the groupon to tint the 5 main windows instead of what most people do: rear windshield, rear windows, and rear quarter windows. Also if you didn't know, it helps if you wash your car and clean the windows before bringing it in! read more

I brought my SUV in last week after my teenage driver hit a post. The damage was all on the right front panel. I wasn't sure if it could be fixed because the area around the wheel was pretty bent and I figured they would probably have to replace the whole section. Barb the owner hooked me up! She made me feel at ease that Bumperdoc of Santee could handle this, no problem! I brought it in and had it back in just a few days and wow! The job is flawless and they didn't have to replace the panel!! Buddy did a perfect job and also detailed my car as well! I feel like I'm driving a new car, I love it! Thanks Barb, Randy and Buddy! Great work and awesome customer services!! Highly recommended if you are looking for quality work! read more

Ok....so I won't go anywhere else. Customer service is outstanding here. Buddy the owner is great. I have continued to come back here because they are the best. I have had all my vehicles tinted here, fixed my windshield, and had my car waxed here. I tell everyone about this place. read more

I give it 2 stars because it's hard to call yourself a BUMPER doc but you can't be bothered to hammer out a minor dent in the BUMPER of my truck. Reasoning behind it was because you might push the dent out. Well, I think if you know what you're doing then it should have been possible to accomplish. read more

Got my gti tinted on a Saturday in a flash. After 2 weeks the tint is holding up great. Buddy was nice to deal with and the service was done in a jiffy, I brought a book and only got a chapter in before my ride was all done. Highly recommended to all. I'll be back soon for some other tint and ding repairs. read more

I had a couple of dime sized star shaped rock chips repaired on my windshield. The service was professional and i am writing this review several months after the fact. The repaired spots have held up nicely through out this years hot ass summer. read more

Long story short. Other shops were charging substantially higher than what Buddy charged for the repair. This guy is all about service. You can tell from when you talk to him that he really wants you to have a 5 star experience. Picked my car up yesterday. Looks like if nothing had happened. And boy was the price just phenomenal. Buddy took care of it all and overall I will be bringing my car here soon for some other nicks and dings that I did not take care of this time. Bring your car here. A++ read more

Seriously, very unprofessional. No i didnt have a terrible experience, but it certainly wasnt anything i would go back to. I had my windshield repaired, only problem, it wasnt repaired. Even while working on it, the guy was finishing and told me they cant actually completely fix it and they arent responsible if it becomes worse. Classy. read more

BumperDoc did a fantastic tint job on my Toyota RAV4. The Owner, Buddy gave me a terrific deal. It started when I found them on Craigslist. I gave a Jingle and he squeeze me in that morning. This was perfect, cause I had that time off. When I got there, immediately he and the staff gave me a very warm and friendly welcome. We talked price, after the work began, right-away. He has two female Technician that worked on my car and it got finish in 56 minutes, they're work was first - Class! After when the work was completed, Buddy valid my car to the front, and carefully looked over and wiped down any residual material and water spots. Thanks Buddy and Kyle (You and Buddy told me some entertaining fish stories-LOL). I would recommend you call to make an appointment and ask for his opinion on the percentage of darkness. Note, comes with a lifetime warranty. read more

I highly recommend this place. I brought both of my cars here for window tinting and one for an interior detail. They did an outstanding job! Not only is their workmanship top-notch, their customer service is stellar. Brandon is very personable and gets the job done at the time promised. It's simple, you walk in and you get your quotes and you schedule your appointment and it's an easy day. You don't have to wait two or three weeks to get an appointment either like some places. As an added plus they have fresh coffee and flavored creamers and a clean waiting area with a tv if you wait for your car. read more
