Their pricing was excellent only matched with their superb customer service! On several occasions, we required "custom designed " shirts that were "stunning". They processed my order for Charles Booker for Congress web purchase. Not only did my purchase arrive in no time, it was nicely packaged but not excessively so the environmental impact of nonsense packaging wasn't a thing. After receiving my order I was followed up with via email which is an above and beyond practice in post covid consumerism at this point. The best part is that it's union made which makes it all worth it and everyone should do what they can to support labor unions because they help all workers. read more

I had sent a customer service inquiry as to where our items were and they got back to me weeks later. Said there was a "glitch" that help up Part of my order. Impossible to log back in and check status of outstanding items. Bad. Really bad. Still no third item. Very frustrated. Bumperactive did a great job printing stickers for our recently formed community group. The stickers are very high quality vinyl. I didn't need a huge number - their smallest run size was 100, which start at $65 and go up from there depending on size. I handled all logistics by email - sent them an image, reviewed and approved the proof via email, and then paid online. (I don't know how much the charge for shipping - I picked up in person.) All in all, a very smooth, quick and easy transaction. And the stickers turned out great. read more

If you can't do the job, don't take the contract. Zero customer service or support. Multiple attempts to contact over the phone and through e-mail, and absolutely no response (over a period of weeks). This is not the way to run a business, but it is the way to run a scam. They may be able to handle a local need for advertising merchandise, maybe, but they might be in WAY OVER THEIR HEAD right now. Their strategy of not answering e-mails or returning phone calls when people call to ask why a month after ordering a simple yard sign it has not shown up yet, not a good idea. Doing things this way makes more than just you and your company look bad, also your employees and the people that have chosen you to do work for them. And as a lifelong Union Member (since 1955), I would not be proud or promoting the fact that you are a Union Shop. You are giving Union Members that get the job done a black-eye. I ordered a joe Biden yard sign and paid over $25 for it. When it arrived it was printed upside down on one side. I had to put it against the house rather than by the street so it could be seen by traffic on both sides.
