These guys are the best. I mean literally, the best. I've worked in marketing for a long time now…read moreand have worked with a variety of printers (cheap and expensive alike). So far, Rob, Jim and the Oh Boy! team are my favorites. I emailed them for a quote on some tshirts for our new business and our kickstarter rewards. They replied promptly with detail on tshirt options and pricing. Their pricing is super clear and transparent. We then met with them in person to ensure we could get them the layout the way they needed and so it was perfect for us (did I mention I'm incredibly type A and putting my life savings into starting my business?). While we were there in person we decided to choose another shirt because we preferred the feel and look in person and Rob explained that the wording would print better in terms of location versus the v-neck we originally chose (and he was right). Of course I didn't ask if there was a price difference from our original quote (because I was just too excited about pretty tshirts) and when I got our invoice to approve and asked about the difference, they explained we choose a higher quality shirt that was ever so slightly more expensive (minimally per shirt but when you have a large order it makes a difference. Also, remember life savings here). Here's the kicker ... because I got confused on the pricing (totally my error, remember I said they really are transparent with their pricing), they matched my original price anyways JUST BECAUSE THEY ARE AWESOME. So yes, my own mistake and misunderstanding, but they adjusted because they wanted to be nice. That's a lifetime business partner in my book. In addition to t-shirt printing, we needed some director chair canvas backs screenprinted and they handled them like pros. We were nervous since these chairs aren't cheap and our timeline leaves no room for error. They got our entire job done from start to finish in around 2 weeks and most that time was me confirming things as well as waiting to get our chair backs to them. The shirts look flipping amazing and I'm proud to have them represent my brand new business. I will definitely be using them for any of my screenprinting and tshirt printing needs from here on out. Thanks Rob and Jim! Please stay in business and Austin locals forever so we can keep ordering from you.

I hired the team for a large-scale print project, with booklets that needed to be printed, bound, and ready for an event just days later. Kristen was my point of contact from start to finish. I had to make a few changes during the time I was working with Sam and the answer from him was always "no problem." We had a huget T-shirt order, I had to change the quantities, then I decided to change which type of T-shirt I wanted and then I wanted to change the size of the image--always "no problem." I love working with a business that caters to the customer. Truly a great experience and one bonus plus that I didn't expect is that it's possible to easily park right in front of the business so no hassles. Loved it.

You can either order products directly with Sam or bring your own. Sam prefers extra time to complete a job to make sure the screen print looks and works well on your products. Unfortunately, I was on a painfully tight timeline and needed this order fulfilled in a matter of days to account for shipping as well. If you need a math problem, here you go: I brought in my own bags (33, Total: $2,437.00). The screen printing job cost $333.00. After completion, Sam notified me he butchered the first bag since that was the test product, that leaves 32 viable bags. When I came home, I noticed there were 3 bags off-centered; his error, not the bag's. Each bag cost around $74. Therefore, I needed to purchase 4 more bags for him to redo (Total: $296.00). So, in addition to the $333 job order + the repurchase of additional bags due to damage ($296.00), my total order was $629.00... Though I am grateful for Sam being able to complete a rush job, I wish he would have compensated for the damage and misalignments, but it is what it is.

John was amazing with quotes, design ideas, and communicating all steps in the process. It seems like just a few days ago we were asking for quotes on our Raglan baseball-style shirts from 7-8 different companies. John at Industry was the only one to simplify this process, offer easy ways to format our art (which saved a few bucks), and have a sample shirt on hand for us to check out before we ordered. We set up the order, and within a few days the job was done! Oh, let's not forget the pricing. Outstanding! These shirts were printed for a school district department/event, and even with the upgraded shirt option, the quote came in way under the other three for the same art printed on a standard/cheap t-shirt (some of the other companies didn't even reply with a quote for our job. :( ) Don't doubt these most recent 5-star reviews. If you need it done quickly and correctly, go with Industry. We'll be back with them next year, guaranteed.
