I'd give fewer than zero stars if Yelp provided that option. My order is weeks late, with no communication from the company--not even an automated notification. Attempts to contact them by phone and by email have failed. Calls are unanswered. Voicemail messages go unreturned, and email comes back to my inbox as "undeliverable." I expected this order in earlyish September, based on estimates provided by the company itself. We're now nearing mid-October, and are less than three weeks from Election Day. If candidates whose campaigns contracted with this business lose their elections, part of the blame will lie with the owners of this shoddily run company. The effect of not getting campaign merchandise in the hands of paying customers is suppression of visible support and enthusiasm for these candidates. Particularly in battleground states, where enthusiasm for these candidates might have made a difference in election results, this company has fallen short. read more

I have used Bumperactive for both personal orders and bought merch from their store and have been impressed with the quality each time! In my experiences the team was super accommodating and made sure that I was happy with the design/layout and kind in guiding me through the process without ever making me feel rushed or like they wanted to sell me something I didn't want/need. Covid has been a hard year especially for small businesses and I was surprised to see the number of harsh reviews when my experience with them has been nothing but wonderful. With covid and shipping delays across the country I think it's important to keep that in mind with any orders and try to plan accordingly. I can't speak to the lack of communication because that was not my experience. I don't want to discount anyone's experience but did feel compelled to share my own. This year has been hard for all of us to navigate so if their service has lacked during this time of figuring everything out, I have faith in their ability to make things right and hope that this review can encourage others to give them the opportunity as well. I know this has already been long winded but I would like to again mention that the quality of their products are top notch. Apparently Bumperactive is the parent company of Bright Blue Ink. This firm doesn't appear as accredited with Better Business Bureau, they are a Union shop but the CWA should be ashamed of this firm. I ordered on September 2, the website says shipping within 10 days. On September 21, I finally receive a shipping update that items are shipped. As of September 22, the USPS indicates they are still awaiting the package. This fulfillment company is awful, dont waste your time or money! Harris-Walz campaign needs to find another supplier, or Bright Blue should producing "No We Can't" buttons. I wanted to order more items but at this speed the election will be over. read more

It's either a spectacular failure on the Biden campaign for not vetting a shop equipped to handle this amazing opportunity, or this shop is run by Trump supporters. I ordered stickers and apparel and three weeks later the status was still awaiting fulfillment. This stuff is time-sensitive, folks. The election is in six weeks. I give one because I at least got a reply confirming my request for order cancellation. I give a second star because they refunded the whole order when I actually already received the stickers (shipped separately). ZERO customer service & over a month long shipping = awful company. I bought a Joe Biden/Kamala Harris lawn sign on Aug. 12. As of Sept. 10, it still says awaiting fulfillment. I have.... 1.) left voicemails on the number on Joe Biden store (which was always busy until after hours, when I could leave voicemail) and the Bumperactive website phone number (the answering service/voicemail had NO identifying information hat it was actually Bumperactive); -- how is this acceptable? 2.) Done multiple inquiries within the Joe Biden store with no response 3.) Emailed the print email listed on website -- no response 4.) Emailed the customer service email they asked me to email on the voicemail -- no response 5.) Messaged them on Instagram -- does not even show up as read and of course, no response. 6.) Tweeted at them (why still have an account if you haven't tweeted in years) We are less than TWO MONTHS away. To not even deign to respond with even an update is unacceptable customer service. Update (if you want to even call it that): I received an email that my package was shipped on September 4th. This is not actually true because when I checked a few minutes ago it says that they printed the shipping label, it's still sitting in their warehouse almost a week later. Printing a shipping label does not mean it has shipped. I still did not receive any response from my phone calls or emails. I just sent them a Facebook message so we will see if that gets anywhere. The thing I can't wrap my head around is that a company would sit on orders for more than a month and not update the customer, their website, social media throughout this whole process and not even attempt to email/call customers who took the time to reach out to them. read more

(Which I already thought was too slow; but at least it was transparent.) My credit card was charged immediately. That was three weeks ago. Let me start this by saying I am the end purchaser of one of their products. I ordered a really cool, old school logo, NORML shirt as a way to give some dough to those out there doing the lords work to bring us all into a more civilized age. I received the shirt and was pretty stoked, it looked great and fit great. When I put it on I noticed that the logo seemed really high. I thought "oh well, I'll accept it, let it go, and enjoy the shirt". A day or two after I received the shirt I got a random email from Dana, a Bumperactive rep. I ordered the shirt through the NORML website, so I was not 100% sure who Bumperactive was. Dana was checking in on how I liked the shirt that they made, which was above and beyond. I responded that I felt like the logo was a bit high, but could live with it. Dana was very responsive and understanding, I sent the requested pic of the shirt and the production team confirmed that the logo was, in fact, misplaced. Dana is shipping me another shirt free of charge and let me keep the original. Y'all, I work in a service industry and know the intricacies of customer service. Providing excellent customer service is a huge part of my career, I do it day in and day out. I can say from over a decade of experience, and being a customer in this situation, Bumperactive nailed it! A third party reaching out for a quality satisfaction check-in, responding almost immediately to emails, and replacing the shirt, is up there with the best service I have ever received. I was very pleased with the quality of the product and the speed at which it was delivered to me after ordering (I did not select any super-duper shipping method, just normal shipping!).
