Jonathan was my repair person for my door ding and lucky for me he came even earlier than expected because he happened to be in the area near me since I work from home this is always welcome. Jonathan did a great job giving me an overview of what was to come and it took all of 15 min for the ding in my back rear door to get repaired and I didn't even have to pull it out of my garage. Love that. I'm such a nitpicky person I notice dings and scratches on cars so this was a great way to make things look cosmetically a lot better on my car. I've got a new recommendation if anyone needs the same kind of repairs. We may go ahead and book for my husband's car soon as well. Dent EZ Out is a great name because in about ninety minutes after arriving, the dents were out! One dent on the drivers side of my hood, and on the right side another four to five difficult dents were removed like magic. I had my truck repainted: most panels, dents taken out, roof, new front grill [new teeth] and even got a new emblem for my 2000 vintage Tundra. The painter did a great job but did not securely adhere the flex-rubber seal across the windshield. Before replacing the entire windshield, where a new seal and everything was installed, I tried, myself to glue the old seal back on. Not a good idea to climb on your hood! ;..[ So, I created these unsightly dents and because they WERE right where the natural lines and nice shape of the hood is framed, I really messed things up. I honestly thought the entire hood would have to be removed because of the location [me: kicking myself] But, all good! I'm so glad I called Dent EZ Out. Israel's work was just incredible. Several weeks back, my hood was clobbered by something on the 15. Now, I don't know what it was…read morebut I know where it came from. The truck in front of me kicked something up on the ground and the object flew into my car with such force, it was a miracle my windshield wasn't shattered. I knew there was damage, not just damage but major damage- the kind of damage that when you look at it, you still remember the epic sound of whatever object it was smashing your car. So, I had to get it fixed immediately. I decided to not open a claim with my insurance. You either pay with time or money. I don't have the time to be without a car for days, deal with adjusters, etc. Since I was already getting bodywork done, I figured I would ask about other cosmetic repairs. If the price was right, I would do it all at once. I emailed a few mobile places but they all responded they couldn't do the work. I had to bring it to a body shop. I imagined my car being there for days- that simply didn't work for me. Well, Steven was the only company willing to come out, give an estimate, pick the car up from my house, bring it back to my house, and truly not inconvenience me at all. All through email, I told him I had one weekend I could be without a car and he was onboard with getting the work done that weekend. Gabriel picked up my car on a Friday afternoon at 5pm and as promised, the car was returned to me Monday morning at 7:15am. The work is amazing. The color match is perfect. You can't tell anything happened and the memory of the loud BOOM is slowly fading. The price was perfect but even better than that, I truly was not inconvenienced at all.
