Fantastic job done by active auto collision! I had a couple dings and scrapes on my Prius and Fadi and his team made my car look brand new! Very reasonably priced compared to other places I looked into and they got my car back to me within a couple days! Very professional team and great service! Hopefully won't need to get anything else fixed or touched up anytime soon but if I do, I know where I'll go! Thank you so much Active Auto Collision! read more

I have been going to see Elias for twenty years for all my classic car auto body needs. He has always done a great job on all of my cars. The prices are fair and the work is always excellent. He always keeps you informed on the progress and gets you your ride back in a very timely manner. You never know what you are going to run into with a classic car. He always comes up with solutions to problems that might come up. He also has many good ideas for your build. With Elias running the shop and Jose doing the bodywork you can't go wrong having these guys make your dream car become a reality. I highly recommend this shop. They have done over 10 cars of mine over the years. read more

Elias was very helpful to fix a minor issue .. the left rear rail molding clip broken. He was all about finding a way to clamp it back on without ordering parts and didn't charge me at all for rigging it back together very nicely ... This says a lot about this business and their integrity to save the customer $. I am very thankful for his work and his character. I would highly recommend this business... Thank you Elias ! read more

Fast, super friendly, and extremely competent! That's what I found at Active Auto Collision. I had these guys work on my 1970 firebird, they removed some old 70's looking fender flares and replaced with brand new quarter panels, matched the paint and made it look like it was never modified to begin with. They did it right and were very fair with the cost. I can highly recommend based on quality, value, and timing! read more

Our 2003 Toyota Tacoma need a paint job. It had rust stains and the paint was chipping. They did a awesome paint job. My husband works for a public agency and this is the place they take their work trucks for auto body work. Highly recommend them. The ricing is very fair and reasonable. Definitely worth every penny. read more

My 13 year old car looks brand new again! I decided to get my car painted because the hood was super pitted and some places were starting to rust and the paint on the top was starting to fade... not cute. She also had some small dings and dents in her, but the guys at Active Auto Collision got out all of the dents and gave my car the best makeover I could ask for! Great work done at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend! read more

I am extremely disappointed! When I went to pick up Auto after having them do body work and having to wait longer than reasonable my car was beyond dirty inside and out. Had to go home & spend hours cleaning. I have never experienced such disrespect from a business in the past. Do not take auto here. read more

I got my front bumper fixed after it had been in an accident. He quoted me and was very honest from the get go about everything. It took four full days (they are closed weekends) for them to fix it and it looks brand new. You could never tell that car had been in an accident. Fair price. Very transparent. read more

These guys are HORRIBLE to deal with. They are very unprofessional and do not communicate with the customer. They kept my truck for 6 weeks where it should have been done in a few days. They claimed to be busy but they take Friday, Saturday and Sunday off. Finally, when I got my truck back it was very dusty and dirty. I don't recommend this establishment to anyone. read more

5 stars! Took my truck here to get some body work done. The service and attention to detail was second to none. Quick turnaround and really great customer service. read more

Excellent service. Good people and honest pricing. Had my Lexus bumper and fender replaced. Highly recommend.

Great body shop! The owner is a really cool guy and did an awesome job on my vehicle. I had a big dent and some pretty deep scratches on my truck. I took it in and it only took 2 days to get it finished. This company is super reliable and the end product is amazing. I highly recommend this body shop if you're looking for professional work done at a reasonable price. Also super friendly laid back staff. read more

This place is amazing and they do not try to over charge you! Took my car in because someone hit my back left bumper and they didn't leave a note! So I wanted to find out what the cost would be to repair it! Went to a few places but this place was the most reasonable honest place and they were able to turn it around within hours! Thank you Fadi for your honesty and amazing service! I highly recommend this place! read more

Earlier this week I found myself in a position of finding a reputable body shop for my poor Chevy Cruze after it was part of a minor accident. And seeing as though I am not a fan of body shops, I would have avoided doing so at all costs. HOWEVER, due to the fact that my car is on a lease (a lease that ends in a month!!) I had no choice but to find a shop to fix my chevy. I researched and researched and talked to a lot of people and decided to trust my time, my money, and my vehicle with Fadi at Active Auto Collision. THANK GOODNESS for the many recommendations I received about this place because Fadi and his team were soooo helpful. After I received my newly fixed car I was DELIGHTED with how it looked. And beyond the fact that my car looks even better than new, the service was top notch. There was a great amount of communication, which I appreciated a lot and because the business is family owned I found that as a customer, i was treated with utmost respect and kindness!! Bottom line, these guys know what they are doing, they are very professional, they get the job done (and done well), they won't waste your time, they are trustworthy, and they actually care. Don't look any further, I promise!! I never thought in a million years that any of this car situation of mine could end up turning into a positive experience, but once I found AAC that's exactly what it ended up being. I won't let any of my family or friends go any where else if they end up needing work done. Seriously thank you Fadi!!!! read more

About a year and a half ago I used this shop to paint the top of my 2006 Toyota Tundra. The truck is my family road trip vehicle and had started loosing the clear coat on the roof so it looked like it had perpetual dandruff. I stopped by this shop on a whim. After a quick conversation I agreed to bring the truck back for the work. The turn around was as expected and the price was more than reasonable. Three weeks ago I took the truck back to have the whole thing painted. The hood was especially bad--it had been pitted and dinged from thousand of miles of touring the western half of the U.S. The work was professional grade, well done, completed on time, and done for a very reasonable price. I'm looking forward to years of family road trips in truck that looks brand new. I can't recommend these guys enough. Thanks, guys! read more

I have a Chevrolet SSR with custom flames on it done by an artist in Chicago. My girlfriend backing the car out of the garage hit the side of the garage damaging the fender and bumper. I did not want to have the flames redone as they would never be able to match them properly so I wanted to get the fender redone without replacing it, and at the same time not damaging the flames. As i always do, I got three estimates. The first told me $2000-2500 and said most of the flames would be painted over , the second said I could not save the flames and that the only way to do it was to replace the fender and bumper, and then I brought it to Fadi who has done work for me two times before and he said he thought he could save the majority of them and his estimate was $1350. So, he promised me 5 days and I gave him the job. He called me and kept me informed after day 1 and after day 2 he said he thought he could wrap it up the next day. Anyway, by noon of day 3 he called and said it was done and I would be happy. When I got there he was able to save the flames and did an absolute superb job with the repair. Many Kudos to Fadi and the Active Auto Collision crew. read more

I was impressed in the beginning, but ended-up regretting the choice later. Every time I went by to check the status of my pickup, there were new employees, having replaced the prior ones that just decided to not shop up for work (that was told to me by one of them). It took them 6 months to do the job; the shop foreman seemed more interested in eating than working. 12k later, every time I look at my truck, I am disappointed with the finished product. read more

Absolutely recommend this to anyone who needs any body work done on their car at an affordable price and exceptional results. I need the paint and body work done on a 1983 datsun and I am very satisfied with the results! The business is very friendly and professional too! read more

These guys are truly exceptional. I had an appraisal on my car through insurance and the adjuster wouldn't quote me when I wanted pre existing damage taken care of with the claim she said they would let me know later. I cashed out the claim and went to active. This was my second time doing business with active. Fadi was personable and professional during the estimate. Very affordable quote and I got all of my concerns addressed and beautifully repaired. There is no hint of orange peel in the paint and it looks just like new if not better. I enjoy doing business with them so much I supported them in the smallest way I could by bringing cash because I know the credit card companies charge a small percentage to the business that I would rather they kept. The time to repair was a little bit longer than the previous shop quoted which helps me know they take their time and do a good job. They also found a incidental behind the bumper and Fadi called me immediately and sent me pictures to my cell and went over my options with me. Last but not least I picked up the car from Fadi's brother and Fadi called me the same day to check in on my overall satisfaction. Hopefully I don't need body work done often but if I do it's nice to know I have a place, wouldn't take my cars anywhere else! read more

So I was referred here by a friend and man what a great spot this is. I was helped by a really nice gentleman named Fadi and he was so helpful. My 2003 Honda Accord had a bumper dent I guess someone couldn't leave a note when they hit me oh well because once I dropped my car off I knew it was in good hands. He called me to tell me it was ready for pickup a couple days later and man it looked better then before I was so relieved and happy with the work they did. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and curtious shop to take care of your vehicle. Thanks Active Auto Collision! read more

My 2005 Blue 4runner was painted by these guys, and not only was it the worst paint job in the history of paint, but they then denied that i was even a customer. Whatever you do NEVER deal with either of these shops( they have 2 locations) and just know that the 5 star review on here is Shadi, the OWNER of this business. What a scoundrel. The paint that was done there blows off of my car when i drive from place to place in huge pieces. I hope people take my advice and never get screwed by these guys. Also realise that the first review stating that there is never the same people is 100% correct, and if you make a deal with someone that is no longer employed there, it will not be honored read more

We have been battleing with these guys over a HORRIBLE paint job through the better business bureau for the last couple of months, and they have tried every trick in the book to skirt their responsibilities. Stay away from these guys, its not worth the headache! They wont honor any kind of warranty and they even called and threatened us to drop our complaint with the BBB or they would make sure that we never got our car fixed!!! Meanwhile my car has spots where the new paint fell off and there isnt even any primer underneath and rust spots are starting to appear. They told me on the phone that "they werent going to go broke to make me happy". I have gathered quotes from other shops to fix the paint and it looks like they caused 6 to 8 thousand dollars worth of damage. Avoid these guys they shouldnt even be in business read more

I have used Active Auto collision twice with extremely good results. The work was done flawlessly and at a great value. I had priced 3 other shops and they were the best price and then the work was done on time and my vehicle returned clean. They are the best body shop I have had the occasion to deal with. read more

I first stopped at Active Auto Collision last October to get a quote to paint my 2001 BMW 325ci. This was just one stop at about 10 auto body shops in the Escondido area that day. I received quotes from most of the shops and one stood out not only in price but in service. Fadi greeted me when I pulled in and within minutes I had my quote and was on my way. When I decided to paint the car with ABC I chose this company based on my initial interaction with Fadi. He was friendly and thorough. Fadi was out of the country when I scheduled it but his family took care of us and got the car promptly scheduled and painted in four days. We are very happy with the results and it looks like a brand new car. Great job to Fadi and Elias. Thank you. read more

I had bumpers repaired/painted on my 2003 Infinity G35 coupe. The car looked good before. It looks phenomenal today. The owner is as honest as the day is long as his prices are about 60% of his competitors. I will be doing more business here and I can highly recommend this shop. read more
