We had a truly great experience here. Room: spacious and comfortable. Very clean. Beds were firm and pillows were either too fluffy or too flat- it was so weird! The dvd player was great to be able to borrow dvds from the lobby. Loved this. Noise: very poorly insulated room. Could hear people upstairs and in the hall all the time. They offer a sound machine which maybe helped a little. Service: crazy friendly helpful people! They were really nice to my kids and chatty but not too chatty. Fun: the hot tub is tiny but we were thrilled it was open. The animals out back are a real treat and it is nice that they let you feed them with guidance on what they can eat. Breakfast: at Porters on the main street. Ask when they open and get there 5-10 before to be seated right away and not have to wait! Take a little cash for a tip- the service was fantastic. Omelette was good. My kids liked the kids pancake and adult parfait. The kids waffle was small. We would 100% stay here again and are happy to have found it!

This place was incredible. I was pleasantly surprised. Was not expecting it to be this good. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The rooms were very nice, spacious, modern, and a welcome return after long days in Zion NP. The breakfast across the street Oscar's/Porter's is phenomenal. The location is prime. I truly couldn't think of a better place to stay in Zion!

    And there were goats!!!

Absolutely the best place to stay. The views from rooms are beautiful. We met Kathy at the front desk and she was friendly and fun at check in. And when I needed some help Mya was great and helpful. Perfect spot to visit Zion.

Free breakfast at Porters included in the price of the hotel. Definitely worth it.

The staff at the Bumbleberry Inn were kind and courteous. Gave us meal vouchers for free breakfast at Porter's for each morning. I wished we had booked a longer stay in Springdale. We didn't want to leave. There are some small goats, ducks, mini pony in the property behind the hotel. They let you pet them. Convenient location to get to restaurants to eat dinner. The grocery store is nearby if you want to pick up snacks or sandwiches for a hike. The shuttle stops right in front of the property to take you into Zion National Park. This is paradise. 10/10 stars. We'll be back for sure.

    Happy Hour w/ a view!

Buzzzzzzz onto the Bumbleberry Inn! 5 BIG BUZZING PROS: 1. Location: You are effortlessly close to the park. A mile walk to the entrance OR you can take the shuttle in. There's a stop right outside the inn. Plus, you're in the heart of the cute Springdale town. You can easily get to dinner by foot or car. 2. Breakfast: They partner with Porter's which is at the edge of the property. It's no breakfast to sleep on. You get coffee, a choice between multiple entrees and friendly service. It's way better than any continental other hotels are doing. We enjoyed waking up walking over and relaxing for a second before going into the park to adventure. 3. Personal Patios: We absolutely loved this! We sat on our patio area everyday with a beer & chips for happy hour. The inn has mountain views that won't disappoint. 4. Staff: They were the sweetest bunch! We talked to them daily about the area, where we were from, our stay, etc. They really are there to help you have the best stay. 5. Extras: There's animals you can go see in the back! Movies you can rent at the front... every room has a dvd player. We thought this was so nostalgic and cool. Lawn for tiny ones to run around or kick a soccer ball. Oh, and... there's a pool / hot tub. You'll be good for summer or winter stays! Going back? I'd love to!

Our stay was perfect from beginning to end. The staff was warm, welcoming and at our service whenever we had questions. The property is situated near the entrance of Zion National Park and surrounded by a breathtaking landscape of orange and pink rocks formations. Our room showcased the beautiful view and was a very quiet area which afforded us peaceful sleep each night of our stay. There was also a neighbouring animal farm where kids/families can visit and feed the animals. That was a winner for our son! We loved the convenience of having a restaurant, bakery, store and the bus stop (to bring us to Zion park entrance) within walking distance from our room. The daily free breakfast (from Porter's restaurant) which was included with our reservation, was clutch! We were celebrating a mile stone anniversary during our stay and upon arrival we found that the staff had left a handwritten card and small gift of bumbleberry jam in our room to congratulate us. How thoughtful! We can't wait for our next visit. Hands down the best accommodations in Springdale, UT!

Exceeded our expectations! Decided to stay here due to affordable prices, great location, and free made to order breakfast. The breakfast is daily from 7-11am. The rooms look like they were recently renovated - looks clean and pretty modern. Bed was comfy. The staff was friendly and helpful. Even saw a deer at night near the laundry room!

DO NOT STAY HERE!! We have only been here for one night and we regret not spending the extra money to stay somewhere else in Springdale. We still have 4 nights and regret booking this hotel. Upon arrival the sheets had a stain on them and the bathroom was dirty with hair on the walls and floor. The room was hot and the thermostat was set to 75. We turned it down, but you cannot turn it below 68 (we both woke up sweating in the middle of the night). It was late and we were tired from our time change so we went to bed and had requested housekeeping in the morning. The walls are paper thin. While trying to sleep you could hear the conversations from the room next door. They were not shouting or being loud, but you could still hear them. There is a q-tip near the bed and we did not use any. We had a permit to start hiking Angel's Landing before 9 AM and I asked the desk if there was a grab and go option for breakfast since we wanted to leave earlier than 7 (when breakfast opens). He said no. Ok fine, we didn't get our breakfast. We came back after visiting the park around 3 to find the room had still not been serviced. I asked if it was going to be and the man at the desk said no the maids had left for the day. He handed me a stack of towels and I asked if there was anybody who could change the sheets and he said no. A young woman (not a maid) was behind the desk and volunteered. I asked if he could make sure housekeeping would come tomorrow and the response was "well I'm not here in the morning so I can't", so they have no way to leave a note for the morning staff?... We wanted to relax in the hot tub after a long day of hiking but the hot tub is closed. Not only is the hot tub closed but if you want to sit by the pool you have to listen to the jackhammer work on the hot tub. I'm not sure why he arrived at 4:00 and wasn't doing this while everyone was at the park. Better customer service would go a long way.

    The view from our room!

Bumbleberry Inn was a great place to stay our room was cozy, and clean. The restaurant servers were fantastic and the food was delicious. We would stay there again! 10/10 recommend!!

We stayed @ Bumbleberry Inn for 3 nights on our recent trip to Zion National Park (ZNP). Bumbleberry Inn is literally located just outside ZNP surrounded by mountains in Springdale UT, in fact we drove through ZNP to get to the Blumberry Inn, Springdale UT. What could be more perfect than being literally walking distance to the park entrance. There are many amenities besides the close proximity to the park & the absolutely gorgeous surroundings. There is a shuttle bus at the street right in front of BI. Breakfast is also included for guests, but not you normal buffet breakfast. BI has an arrangement w/Oscar's (restaurant) across the street. A voucher is issued each day that needs to be picked up after 3pm. This voucher needs to be presented to the server when ordering. The voucher includes any of the breakfast items & a drink. The only thing remaining is to leave a tip for the server. For me this is a WIN, WIN, WIN for the guest, Blumberry Inn & Oscars (restaurant). By this I mean the guest gets to eat a different breakfast w/a drink, something different instead of the same buffet/breakfast everyday. Blumberry Inn (via Oscar's) provides an excellent breakfast wo/having to provide staffing for preparing meals, serving & cleaning up. They also don't have to have a dedicated dining area for the breakfast area & last but not least Oscars gets the guests from BI while providing much better quality food than your typical hotel buffet. We enjoyed our 3 day stay @ Bumbleberry Inn

    Farm animals on site

This place was incredible! The staff are so nice and knowledgeable about the property. The free breakfast was far beyond the box cereal and packaged pastries you would get at most chain hotels. The biggest surprise was the farm animals in sure that made our first trip to Zion National Park even more special and memorable. I certainly plan to visit Zion again and will be staying at Bumbleberry Inn. Thank you to the staff!

We recently stayed here on our trip to Zion National Park for 2 nights. Booking rooms was very easy and prices were very good compared to most hotels in the area. The staff was very friendly and informative as I had a lot of questions about planning our trip, breakfast, and general travel questions. The hotel was great. Very comfy and clean. They had vouchers for complimentary breakfast at Oscar's which turned out to be great for both breakfast and dinner. Our stay was great, and we would stay here again.

At 500 sq. ft, it feels spacious and serene, with a sitting area over looking the river below, blackout drapes, soaking tub, seperate walk-in shower, pillow-top mattress, workplace, and a 55" TV that my man really appreciates. But the best part is the large private balcony with seating and a direct view of The Watchman, one of Zion's most iconic peaks. Sunrises and sunsets from here are epic. On-site you'll also find a restaurant by the name of Anthera, and a spa, both of which I recommend. With 53 rooms, the property doesn't feel like just another standard hotel. What truly sets it apart though, is what lies just behind it, the lush riverside gardens. Ending your day sitting by the river, listening to the water move past as your thoughts quiet and your whole body softens. In the morning expect to see a lot of deer grazing in the grass areas. It's genuinely spellbinding. If the restaurant on property doesn't interest you there are other walkable options nearby and this property does not allow pets. You could get on the shuttle stop to the left of the hotel to go further down the main street if you didn't want to walk. At check-in, they gave us a big sheet of helpful information showing us the town and the park shuttle stops. Springdale is very convenient, you can walk to several other restaurants and stores from the hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, spacious quiet and had a wonderful balcony with two chairs and a table to sit and admire the incredible mountain view. The room has a microwave, refrigerator and freezer, a really nice Keurig coffee maker (modern, made coffee quickly), generic Keurig coffee cups, and a couch with a large open area and a separate TV (another by the bed). There was a long bench which was nice for my husband's bigger suitcase and a luggage rack. The bathroom was compact. My knee was about 2" from the open door. There was enough sink counter space. When you shower, make sure the doors are positioned so the one by the shower head closes completely touches the wall. My husband had the other one which didn't touch the wall, and the water flowed between the doors and was flooding the floor. We declined daily housekeeping with our Do Not Disturb sign, and Housekeeping put a plastic bin of bath towels, hand towels, wash clothes, and a new roll of toilet paper by our door. First hotel where I have ever seen this! As a woman who feels anxiety when there is no spare toilet paper and the one on the wall is getting small, this was greatly appreciated! There are several units of rooms, so you have to walk outside for breakfast. We were in room 231, B unit on the corner. Stairs on one side and an elevator on the other side of the building. Behind it is the pool and hot tub. The water felt really cool in April, and the hot tub more warm than hot. A family with small kids was playing in it. Pool is open 7 am - 10 pm. There are outdoor firepits and a laundry building (24 hrs). The breakfast had scrambled eggs, one type of breakfast meat, and hash brown potatoes that were heavily peppered. The first morning, they were mostly black with pepper. That was the main drawback for me. Breakfast is 6 am - 10 am. Maintenance came after 1 pm the next day, like I requested to address water that had been trickling out of our shower. He tightened the shower head and showed not to tighten the turn-off knob too much (which I also had found out the previous night). Very nice person. End of April 2026, we paid $316/night or $362.48 with taxes/night. I understand this is a historic inn, but that does not eliminate the expectation of basic accommodations, such as a functioning toilet seat and an adequate supply of toilet paper. When we checked in, the toilet seat was cracked, and there was only a half roll of toilet paper provided. I messaged to ask where I could find more, and I was told someone would bring it that evening. By 9:00 p.m., nothing had arrived, so I followed up and asked whether I should go to a nearby store to purchase toilet paper and a replacement toilet seat, since the one in our room was broken. The owner/manager called me and said, "I didn't realize this was such a crisis for you." I found that response unnecessarily dismissive, rude, and unprofessional. He also told me the toilet seat would not be repaired during our stay, but then explained where I could find additional toilet paper myself. I was disappointed that this information was not provided when I first asked several hours earlier. The following day, the toilet seat was replaced. I guess although he didn't think it was a "crisis", he did realize having a functioning toilet seat was important. The inn has historic charm, but the property appears run down and in need of better maintenance. It is possible to preserve the character of a historic building while still keeping the infrastructure and basic amenities up to standard. This place has a great deal of potential, but in its current condition and with the current level of management, it does not meet the expectations of a 3-, 4-, or 5-star stay. The highlight of our visit was leaving the inn to eat breakfast at Oscar's. The food was delicious and this was the best part of our stay. There is no one consistently on site to assist with issues that arise during a stay, no traditional check-in or check-out process, and no one actively monitoring the property. Unfortunately, the combination of poor communication, dismissive management, and the lack of basic amenities resulted in a disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here.
