Bumble Brews is the best play place in the area. I have been taking my baby for the last 10 months and she's learned so much in our time there. She loves it and gives me a big toothy grin when we park in the lot. The space is well sized, clean, and there is a variety of toys/structures for different ages. We came as a crawler and took our first steps here. They have a variety of drinks and snacks to choose from, ask for the Jamie special if you want a fantastic iced coffee drink. I don't know what's in it but it sure is fantabulous. I've made friends here, and I know I'm not alone in this. Blair, the owner and Jamie, the manager get to know you and really care about their customers. This is a place where all are welcome and you can feel that right away. They have a great membership option as well. I can't recommend this place enough.

Brought in lunch and they have toddle height table and chairs, as well as high chairs if you prefer.

We have been multiple times and I only have positive things to say. I have a newly one-year-old and with this heat and two big dogs, Bumble Brews is a God send. It's nice to find an indoor facility where we feel safe. Everything is kept very clean. Bonus! The owners change out the toys frequently so each visit is unique. I truly value the ability to allow our little one an area to roam around without worrying about the dogs knocking her down. Freedom! We picked up lunch on the way, ate together at the adorable table setup they have. Then, my husband and I enjoyed watching her play while sipping some rosé. What could make for a better day?! We will be frequent visitors!

We had such a good time! The kids were highly entertained and we were able able to watch them while winding down from a long work day, the staff is incredible and so friendly. Can't wait to go back!

Great spot to have some coffee, wine or beer and relax on a couch or table while your little ones are in the spacious play area. The cafe is very inviting and meticulously decorated with 2 birthday rooms and a variety of coffee, local beer and wine and packaged snacks. I ordered coffee with oat milk which was delicious!

Our experience was top notch. The prices are extremely affordable compared to other indoor playgrounds and trampoline parks and they also offer a military discount on top of that. The soft play was executed well. We've been to several play places around the US to include Urban Air, Get Air, Jump Sky High (all trampoline parks) and Kids Empire type places and this one was the best out of all of them. The availability of separate play spaces for different ages was awesome. However, I truly believe the main reason this experience was as positive as it was is mostly due to the management of Daquan (DQ) and his staff. DQ was cleaning the entire time we were there. From vacuuming, to spraying and wiping down, to tidying up and interacting with kids... he was doing it all with excellence. His other staff member was super friendly as well. If other places had employees with work ethic even a tenth of the caliber DQ had, the world would be a better place and businesses would thrive. Hyper Kidz should take note and take good care of him! DQ, if you see this and want a career change in Florida, feel free to reach out and connect!

Amazing!!! This was our first time here but it was the best indoor play place (not counting…read moremuseums) that I've been to in NC! I've definitely been to a few that I thought were overpriced for what you get. I highly recommend this place. It's super affordable ($10 per child to start and cheaper when you are paying for more than one kid, better value overall to get a monthly membership which I believe starts at $34 a month). It pays for itself if you just come here 3x a month or more. They've also got little snacks for sale up at the front desk and you can purchase socks for $1 (they've got music notes on them haha). We arrived early around 9:20am when the inflatable bounce houses were still getting filled but the doors were open and the person at the front desk said it was unexpectedly busy this morning! The place gets pretty busy but emptied out around 11:30 when I assume most people left to go get lunch/put kids down for nap time. Tons of cute little snack tables and chairs for the smaller kiddos and bigger ones for waiting parents/grandparents/caretakers etc. Lots of sanitizer on every counter. They also had Kleenex boxes out (they know their audience) and Clorox wipes at the front desk. There's 2 big bounce houses (a blue one and a red one). The red one is more for jumping and running around in circles and the blue one has a rainbow "floor" interior that is super fun to run across. There are also 2 karaoke rooms with an expansive music selection, colorful overhead lights, and microphones which you ask for from the front desk. They've got the giant piano on the floor like the one from the movie 'Big'. They've got music classes which I believe take place in the back near the restrooms. Love the giant guitar slide and it makes guitar sounds when you slide down. I went down the slide as well and it goes super quick!! I was definitely more scared going down than climbing up haha. Oh and they provide a shelf of croc sandals to wear if you need to rescue your frightened child (I made use of them). I could really go on forever about how amazing this place is. Absolutely exceeded expectations. Incredible experience and place and definitely will be returning!!

The play area is open and spaced out with a nice variety of musical things to play with. Before coming, I really was curious if there'd be enough to keep the little one interested. Big or little, the kids will be interested! By musical things, think less handheld instruments and more installments for lack of a better word, such as the interactive world map where touching the musical note plays music of that geographic location. The percussion pots and pans and bells room was a big hit. My toddler wasn't ready for the big guitar slide, with climbing handholds and bars, but was able to enjoy everything else, including the small slide. I found it easy to carry my infant around and plop him on the floor from time to time with little worry. Some bigger kids run around but there are many side areas that are safer for the wee babes. There's music playing in the background and of course sounds coming from the many installments, and children shrieking. But overall, I didn't find the sound to be too loud or nauseating like it can be in some restaurants and such. There's plenty of space to enjoy snacks outside of the play area and clean bathrooms. The staff I checked in with were quite friendly. Oh and I really thought the price per child to be reasonable compared to most other indoor museums and play places. We will definitely be back!

Despite confirming details in advance and paying nearly $700, the event was disorganized from the start. We were given the wrong party room number, causing delays, and when the kids were ready to eat, the room and food were not prepared on time. The biggest issue was the ice cream. I had paid for ice cream for all guests, but only after the party started was I told they were out. I was advised mid party to buy something next door at Food Lion so my husband went to get ice cream--only for the manager to confront me in front of guests saying I couldn't serve it due to policy. After an embarrassing back‑and‑forth, they eventually allowed it, but the damage was done. My son's party was disrupted, and my guests witnessed unnecessary conflict. To make matters worse, billing confusion at the end left me feeling accused of not covering a guest, only for it to later be revealed as a miscommunication that left me feeling awkward because the venue involved the other family by calling them. The entire experience was stressful, embarrassing, and poorly handled. While the party host tried to be helpful, the management's lack of communication and professionalism ruined the celebration. I've been a loyal customer since they opened, but after this ordeal I am cancelling my membership. Customer service matters, and this event showed me Big Air Raleigh does not value it.

I went savory: a chicken salad croissant (flaky, generously filled, with a side of bow-tie pasta salad and a creamy poppyseed slaw) and a pressed caprese-style panini with tomato, mozzarella, and basil grilled to a deep golden crisp. Both solid, satisfying lunches. On the drinks, the cold brew made with Joe Van Gogh beans was great--smooth and well-balanced. The iced café au lait was acceptable, nothing memorable but it did the job. The bakery case alone is worth a stop: cannoli, cranberry almond muffins, strawberry streusel coffee cake, cinnamon rolls, brownies, and a rack of croissants. When I went, there was a huge pothole as you round the corner so just be careful of that! The service is great and the way that the kitchen prepared my order was very thoughtful and careful with my daughter's dairy and egg allergy (which is hard in the breakfast place) and they made it work, cleaning the grill and changing gloves! As for the food, it was a little bit on the smaller end, but it was pretty great good flavor and a nice flaky on the croissants! We got the breakfast sandwich with bacon and they did a great job with them! The only complaint I would have would be that the sausage patty was a little bit on the dryer side, but not horrible.
