The barista was very helpful when I ordered caramel macchiato half sweet. Plus the patries are freshly made and I tried the butter banana bread and it was delicious. This is truly a neighborhood café bistro. It's not only convenient for the shoppers at Parkwest but there are the locals. The ambiance is friendly and inviting.

They always have the best drinks and I'm so happy they have decaf espresso . I haven't had a drink I disliked yet from here. The pumpkin caramel macchiato feels like a step up from a regular PSL. Also the vibes are just great honestly.

Well we finally got a chance to try this quaint little cafe, The Bully Brew for the first time on Sunday morning & luckily to our surprise they weren't busy so I was immediately helped by a loved young lady! I already knew that I was having the BLT bagel... looked amazing & hubby went with the Day Starter Sammy, I had a matcha latte for my bev & hubby a green tea. We grabbed our drinks & the table number they give you for the food delivery...... they weren't very busy so we chose to sit on the booth side of the cafe while waiting for our sandwiches to be prepared. Well sandwiches came out & they did not disappoint, my hubby loved his sandwich.... eggs were very fluffy with perfectly cooked thick cut bacon & just enough cheese! My BLT was soooo unbelievably good, the cream cheese had that bite with the jalapeños yet the soft bagel helped take the edge off, with the right ratio of crisp lettuce, ripe tomato & thick cut bacon, shut the door if only it was a healthy sandwich then I could & would eat it every day... LOL! We knew we definitely found our go to quick breakfast spot for an amazing freshly cooked sandwich & some daily made pastries to choose from to take one home with you... for those of you that have that sweet tooth! If you've never gotten a chance to try out The Bully Brew then don't put it off any longer because you won't be disappointed! :-)

This is my favorite spot when visiting park west. Bulky Brew has def elevated their menu this past year and it shows. The food is really and reasonably priced. Staff has always been friendly and helpful when asking for food or drink suggestions. I have brought my family and friends here and it is one of the few coffee shops that is still on the mellow side. They have music going throughout the cafe but you are still able to have a conversation and even study with no distractions.

An associate recommended this coffee place and I finally got to try it!!! It was such a cute shop loved the colors. There was only 2 people in there so that was a plus #nolongwaits. The young lady did greet me then went off laughing with her coworker. I had some questions about the menu took her a minute to bring her attention back. I asked about a shaken expresso and it could be made and a 16oz had 4 shots. A lliilll too much for me lol. I asked her opinion on the macchiato and she told me it was really sweet I asked if it cans be toned down but she said it's just sweet. They had some holiday drink options too. I asked about the gingerbread chai if it cans be a dirty chai and its sweetness. She let me know that it was not sweet rather has more spice tones and can be dirty. So I opted for that it ran me $8.30 tho most expensive coffee I ever bought. The making of the drink was quick but they had to take it back cause one of the young ladies made it wrong. Once I got my coffee I noticed it had crunchy sprinkles all on it which the menu didn't indicate an I was not a fan of. When I got to work I finally got to try this "delicious dirty chai" after scooping out the hard sprinkles but it was NOT what I expected. It was sssuuuppeerrr sweet and tasted nothin like a dirty chai idk if she actually added 2 expresso shots. Idk if I asked the wrong barista questions or not enough questions. For now I'll pass... maybe I'll try something else next time even throw in a lil bite and see if my opinion changes. Best of luck to them tho.

This was our first time trying this cafe! We have seen it a few times walking around Park West. It was very cute and cozy. Gives a comfy early 2000's sitcom cafe vibe, but modern. Our drinks were so good! I did want to try apple pie in my matcha, but they were all out. The pumpkin spice definitely tasted fresh and homemade. My partner really liked his vanilla cardamom chai. It has a rich flavors that aren't too overwhelming. The baristas were sweet. There's plenty of seating. We will for sure be back again!

This has become a 3rd place for me the last year. I've came here 41 times in the last 11 months. I love the atmosphere and it is such a good place to get work done. The staff is really friendly and the coffee and food is very good. There are two bathrooms. Ample parking outside. A lot of room to sit and read. Plenty of outlets. I love and will miss this place!

Coffee tasted burnt, we ordered the bully burrito and the biscuits and gravy. The burrito was underwhelming and lacked seasoning as well as the salsa. Biscuits and gravy were good though.

This shop is so beautiful & offers a wide menu! We tried sandwiches, pastries, & coffee which all came out so good, but it is a bit pricey. There's gluten free food options as well. I would definitely come back!

I asked for light cream in my cold brew and this was the color of my coffee.

Poor customer service and our coffee drinks were not good. I asked for something very simple and it was wrong. The young lady taking our order seemed uninterested in helping customers. I'm giving this place three stars because the food and pastries were very good.

Such a cute and lovely coffee spot! If you're looking for great coffee and food while you study this is the place to go! I got a Carmel macchiato and it was so tasty! My boyfriend got the nitro cold brew and loved it as well! He said the flavor was smooth and well balanced! The gluten free banana cheesecake loaf was AMAZING!!! I would come here just for the gluten free pastries! 10/10! Service was also great! The lady who helped us was so sweet and informative! Play fast service

Every Friday I work from a new coffee shop I remember attending the farmers market and they had a pop up I was pretty excited for them to finish their building as I was on the hunt for mushroom coffee So far this has been the best mushroom coffee I've ever had and I added cold foam to really give it a pop up The breakfast menu is good and the sandwich was yummy My only feedback would be I ordered a sandwich with bacon and different peppers but it was mostly just egg The staff is friendly and assisted with any questions They even provided a pup cup for my doodle Great vibe and I enjoyed working from there I would definitely return

Funny enough, my sister & I were watching Nonnas & the first ten minutes made us want the pastries…read more So, we stopped to think where could we get a pastry? I remembered this place. It happened to be a little under twenty minutes away from us so we decided let's do it & they were open late. Hell yeah. There's not a crazy amount of pastries but the selection was great. We got two tiramisus, one vanilla custard lobster tail, some mini cannolis, & the wedding cookies. Everything came out to about $50 so beware, prices aren't exactly cheap. But for one, if you're going to do "bad" then do it right & we also shared with our family of 5 so plenty to go around. & Holy cow, everything was incredible. So indulgent, decadent & rich in flavor. My nephews liked the cannolis, personally they're not my favorite, but if you're into it the mini's are a great option to quench the craving. The lobster tail with the vanilla custard took me by surprise. I didn't think I was going to care for it, but the cold custard was refreshing & the flakiness of the bread was crazy, my taster buds were confused by the textures, but in the best way. They complemented each other well. My ultimate favorite was the tiramisu & the wedding cookies. I honestly wish I had gotten more of the wedding cookies, those things took me back. I grew up eating the Mexican ones & the Italians did it right *applause* But damn, the tiramisu was to die for. I would order that again & again. Perfectly chilled, the dusting of the cocoa powder didn't taste like nesquik--incredible. At first the price had me thinking if we were doing too much, like damn, should we have just gone to Sprouts bakery? But after being able to indulge in a great quality dessert, it was worth every dollar. My only feedback, careful when you're paying at the register. If you're not paying attention, the tip automatically defaults to 18% on the tablet. Only thing I didn't care for. I could see if I was eating at the restaurant, but I just popped in to take pastries to go. So, that was kind of annoying. The service was fine, the girl that helped me was nice, but again I just pointed at desserts I wanted & went home. The location is part of the main restaurant, but it has its own entrance & little room making it feel separate to the Sicilian Butcher. They also carry gelato which I haven't tried yet. I believe they have little tables to sit at also. Highly recommend checking this out so save room for dessert!

Hard and flakey on the outside was soft on the inside and then it had vanilla cream or you had a choice of Nutella. I'm really glad I do not live anywhere near this restaurant. Otherwise I'd be there every other day, getting one of these, they were so good. They had gelato and an original cannoli among with so many other desserts! You got to pick your shell and filling for the cannoli. My MIL said their gelato tastes like it did when she traveled to Italy. All of the desserts looked AMAZING. We went there with my MIL for Christmas Eve dinner. My dish for dinner was ok but I should have got the lasagna as it was a smaller portion than what everyone else got.

I go here pretty often and usually have a good experience. Some employees are more communicative…read moreand talkative than others, but I've never had any real issues with ordering or with my rewards being added correctly. That's why this experience kind of threw me off. I came in and ordered one drink. When I pulled up to the window, the employee asked for my phone number for rewards. I gave it to them, but they made a face like something wasn't working and didn't ask me to repeat it. I noticed they didn't type it in and then gave me my total. Later, I checked my account and didn't receive any points. Overall very weird interaction and felt uncomfortable. It's not a huge deal, but it was frustrating because if there was an issue entering my number, I wish they would have just asked me to repeat it or let me know. I like coming here and normally don't have problems, so I just hope staff double-check rewards info in the future so customers don't miss out on their points!

Lots of parking in the lot, also lots of seating inside! Love the vibe of this place and how open it is. The lighting is really nice in here. We got in line to order which took a bit since it was busy. I ordered an iced Irish coffee and my bf got their iced Mexican mocha. Drinks came out pretty quick and they were very good BUT wish I got an extra shot in mine! I'm used to stronger coffee nowadays and I should've known judging by the looks of it lol! All good though! It was drinkable and we really enjoyed our drinks which were also priced decently! IG: @ammysalamii

They didn't have any honey mustard which was a bummer, so I took ranch and added ketchup to it and made a good flavor for dipping chicken and fries. Another note, I also got an iced coffee which was just their vietmasse coffee with half and half, which is pretty good too, yet expensive for an iced coffee of 6 to 7 dollars.
