The owner told me where to go and how to get there and who to call to work with as he wouldn't because I asked if the owner dealt in glass. Dwayne accommodated my schedule and came right out that week to give me an accurate estimate after seeing the window. He was able to estimate the time frame and provided paperwork to the agreed upon price and labor. Dwayne didn't charge much for labor it was really the cost of the window. He had to special order it as the window that broke was circa 1970's. Most of the glass places I called weren't even sure that they could fix it. As soon as the window came in, Dwayne was on the phone to schedule getting the window fixed as he has the glass. He got to my home as soon as possible given my schedule. Both Dwayne and his son, Tyler showed up and fixed the window on location. They were professional, friendly and beyond helpful. They also tackled a huge undertaking as the structure of the window was not an easy fix. They had to take apart the entire frame and put it back together. In the end, the window looks brand new and like nothing ever happened. Dwayne was beyond stellar and runs a great business. His knowledge and professional prudence was impeccable. I would strongly recommend Dwayne for your glass needs and am using him for future work.

We agreed to meet so I could give the payphone to her; she took possession of the payphone and said she would be in touch with me for pricing once she assessed the level of effort - this was early November 2025. Ms. Seney contacted me about 2 weeks later stating that she would need to replace a lock on the phone and that the cost would be $150 and she requested payment upfront. I Venmoed her the $150 as asked, and she once again said that she would be in touch. I checked in with Ms. Seney late December 2025 to see if she would be done with phone soon and she replied that she would, but unfortunately she never got back to me. I tried contacting Ms. Seney February 2026 to see if I could just get the phone back, as it was clear to me at that point that she wasn't going to unlock the phone and that probably never had any intention to, but it appeared that she had her phone disconnected. I tried messaging Ms. Seney several times over the next few weeks over Nextdoor, Venmo, and even Facebook Messenger to see if any chance I could get the phone back, but all attempts at contact were ignored, despite her still being active on Facebook. It's been 8 months since I gave Ms. Seney my property worth $300 and paid her $150 for a service she never rendered, and I am confident that I will never get either back. That said, I hope to warn others about this individual so that they do not get "taken" by her, like I had. You should absolutely not trust this person with your property, with up front payment, and given her apparent lack of ethics, you should not trust this person as your locksmith, a vocation reliant on an extremely high degree of trust by the customer. EDIT: The business contacted me to refund me and to return my property. Refund was received and they assured me my property will be returned soon. As soon as my property is returned I will rescind this review.

I went in with my wife last Saturday to look at wood door styles, and some salesman named Steve talked down to us the whole time. This is my wife's opinion as well, and she couldn't tell a Masonite door from a solid wood panel door. The showroom was a mess. A customer can't look at a door in there unless you have a salesman (or two; one would have to move doors while the other got one out) pulled doors to look at. One entrance to the "door gallery" (which looks like the main entrance, given the stand sign they put outside reading "Doors, Doors, Doors") was completely blocked by a door on a stand someone had shown to a previous client. A customer would have to go to what appears to be the back door to get in. Steve tried to exhibit a knowledge of architectural styles, but ran out after four. He tried and tried to convince us that we wanted a fiberglass door, despite the fact that we wanted solid wood and told him so from the onset. He tried to sell us a door we didn't want on the spot. Then, on our way out, he cornered my wife (we were out of the building, I was in the car already) and got our name and the name of our contractor. He went behind our back and emailed our contractor (he must have done an internet search to find them, because we DID NOT supply him the contact information) and told them we wanted a specific door that we did not want. He was clearly more concerned about the commission or the sale than he was about the actual product. We didn't realize this until Monday, when our contractor emailed us asking about a door in which we were completely not interested. Complete with a picture. This jackass tried to put a door on our dream home we didn't want or ask for. I don't care what their price point might be (we didn't even ask, so have no point of reference, but we wanted a door outside of the normal scope of stock door construction, so we'll end up paying a pretty penny), I would pay more to use even Home Depot to buy a door rather than North Jersey Door. We told our contractor such. And our interior designer. This business, which may be completely reputable, just lost a lot of business from one jackass salesman.

The owner came out to see it personally and came up with a plan to install the exact Clopay doors and Liftmaster Jack shaft openers that we wanted. Julie's techs effectuated a really trick detail to make it all happen. This is the second project they have handled for us and it will not be the last ! BTW- We did shop around and got rude treatment and an "This isn't easy so I'm gonna screw you price" from another company beginning with a "B". The price was substantially higher for lower quality doors and standard openers. When I specifically asked about Jack Shafts he replied "don't even ask, there is no way to fit one in here never mind three" So we owe Julie, Savannah and the entire team a huge thank you, 5 stars is not enough !
