Doron was the first contractor that I spoke with about my project, and was by far the best experience that I had. He took the time to really look at my space, listened to my needs and specific requests, and gave great suggestions on how I could improve it. After taking measurements he sat down with me for over an hour patiently answering all of my questions. This was my first time considering a major remodel and he was great at anticipating where I would need guidance. He also showed me various completed projects in his portfolio and I was so impressed with the quality of his work. I could tell that he really takes pride in his team and his craftsmanship. Doron was able to provide me with an initial quote on the same day as our consultation. I ended up with further questions and changes, and he graciously set up a zoom call with me to address them the following day. Out of all the contractors that I spoke with, Doron stuck out for being the most passionate about his work and also the most detail oriented. I really appreciated his honesty with me about what I could reasonably expect. As this was my first project, I didn't have a good idea on what to expect regarding costs. I didn't end up moving forward with Method Remodeling because of my budget, but would love to work with them in the future when I am better established.

Osvaldo and his crew did all of our projects, large and small, with impeccable craftsmanship! The process started with an onsite walkthrough of our projects. Osvaldo gave us a detailed estimate and was communicative throughout. The day of our project work, the crew came early and ready to work. They were very careful to prep the work areas to protect our home. They worked efficiently and came back the next day to ensure everything was perfect with finishing touches. They were able to start right away (once the permits were approved by city hall) and they were very responsive to calls and texts throughout the project. Their team did a great job with both rooms and the price was reasonable. They even did a lot of extra little jobs for me for no extra cost, like replacing some of our old outlets with modern outlets with USB-C ports, and helping me fix a ceiling light. They also hauled away some of our junk after we moved in since they were already hauling away construction material. Everyone on their team were nice, polite, and professional. If you are particular about your plans I would definitely check in on their work to make sure they are doing it how you want. I had to ask them to start over when they made the grout lines on the shower thicker than I wanted. Even then, they were happy to change it to how I wanted it, but it did add some extra time to the completion date. Overall I am happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone who wants a licensed contractor for home improvement projects.

LB was always competitive but also very helpful during design even without having a contract in place. Once we were in contract the team was so fast with their work and the quality was amazing. There were changes during the project that we made but we never felt like the LB team took advantage of that with change orders, but rather helped us make decisions based on their experience. We are very picky with finish worked but Carlos and his crew nailed it. Tons of custom items in our house that all turned out amazing.
