Initially, I had the pleasure of working with Tracy Rios (Home Automation & Security Sales) who assisted me with raising the bar with my Home Security System. BSG pre-wired my New Home five years ago, and at that time, I decided to go with just the Basic Security System. Well, I recently reached out to Tracy...who sold me on installing a New and Fantastic Doorbell Camera, and Cameras around my home. My New Home Security System is so awesome and efficient...all for a great price. I would also like to comment on the excellent service we received from Walter and Johnny. (Installation and Trouble Shooting Team) Walter was very professional and efficient when he installed all of our new equipment. He treated my home with TLC when it came to drilling holes in my brick and siding, to install the new cameras. He made sure the New System and Cameras worked correctly and perfectly. Today, I met Johnny...who came over to change out a part. He was so professional and efficient...and took care of the issue in a timely manner. And...he just didn't leave without asking if there was anything else he could assist me with. He took the time to go onto my Home Computer, and tweak all of my settings for my cameras. BSG partnered with my home builder to pre-wire the alarm system, CAT-6 networking, and 7.1 surround sound in our new home. After my wife and I closed on our home, we had technicians come out to setup our security system and 7.1 surround sound. I've had nothing but an excellent experience from the sales staff to the technicians. Shaddy and Jennifer were so helpful, professional, and are just awesome. In addition, the technicians are also friendly and very knowledgeable. I recently had surround sound setup in the house and absolutely love it. Shaddy was a rock star when it came to picking the perfect hardware setup for our home. The crew that came out to install the hardware did a kick ass job. They were very neat/organized, educated me on how everything worked, and also cleaned up once they were finished. I would highly recommend their services! read more

BSG is a wonderfully professional company. We purchased our home about two years ago and had it prewired by the builders. Well, they did not do a great job and we wanted a smart home with the smart home technology installed. We did our research and decided on BSG. They offer Control 4, which is top of the line technology. The technician, Santos, was amazing and so patient. He is always available if you have questions and the cost of install and labor was reasonable considering what we wanted. I am happy with their service and the product. We opted for the Matrix, which is super cool. I continue to tell all my friends about them. You may find another company that is cheaper but I guarantee the service and the product will not be on the same professional level and in the end that is what really matters. read more

I have nothing but positives to say about this company. I had a contract with ADT for 10 years before I switched. When BSG approached me they offered a better price, more functions, more access (read this as cell phone access to my system), and a better price. What I really liked about them is the fact that they are a local company. And when I had an issue with my camera they figured out it was a weak signal coming from my AT&T modem and offered me solutions. And then fixed the issue! Try getting that from a big national service. And when I called ADT to cancel, they offered to match BSG's price. Too little, too late. And they couldn't match BSG's service. So thank you BSG. I've been with BSG for a few years now and just had them transfer my service to my new town-home. Glenda, my sales rep, was on top of everything just like she was when she helped me initially. She helped me go over the equipment I had and what I may need additionally for my new place. She helped schedule the move and installation, and then called to see how everything went afterwards. Mark Willard came to my home to service my BSG security system. Mark was very professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. After he corrected the problem with the camera, he did not rush out. He was very patient while teaching me how to better use and understand all that my security system is capable of and gave me time to make notes for future reference. Even though I have had the system since October, I still had much to learn and understand. Mark really paid attention to details such as the perfect angle for the camera and lighting. We had an outdated system with ADT for many years. We thought we were satisfied, until the BSG representative, Jen Parrott, showed us BSG could modernize our equipment, including adding touch keypad, iphone control, and glass breakage for the same monthly cost. We shopped around, but could not come close to the BSG offer, even with ADT. The installation followed promptly, and the installer, Johnny, was efficient, patient, and professional. Our tech Johnny Martinez was courteous. He explained what he needed to do and kept us informed during installation. He explained how to use our alarm thoroughly even though we had a hiccup during install since our internet had not been connected. Nonetheless he assured us that security system is working even if internet is not working. It has been a fairly easy system to use. We were having some issues with the alarm system. One repairman came out and did a phenomenal job on one of the issues, but he was unable to solve the issue with the panel. Mark came out today and spent so much time installing a new panel, explaining the new changes, making some helpful suggestions, and he helped me set up some schedules that had been lost with the transfer of panels.
