I was charged $3,500 for the transmission replacement. After the work was completed, the vehicle still was not functioning properly. I was then told it was a "programming issue" and was charged an additional $1,500 for programming. He was unable to successfully program the vehicle. I followed up weekly for eight months while my car remained in his possession. Each time I was given a different explanation for the delay. After finally picking up my vehicle, I took it to a Chevrolet dealership. The dealership programmed the vehicle successfully for $250 -- significantly less than the $1,500 I was charged. The dealership also confirmed that the transmission installed in my vehicle was faulty. I was promised a $1,500 refund for the failed programming service. I have only received $1,000. The remaining $500 has not been paid despite multiple attempts to follow up. Communication has since stopped. At this point, I am out over $5,000, with a vehicle that still requires transmission repair. This has been a frustrating and costly experience. I encourage others to carefully consider their options before committing to service here.

They did a courtesy cabin air filter check which it was dirty so I went ahead and change them after they were done. I asked them if they could help me, learn about my car on how to read an oil stick how to change or add windshield wiper fluid and they were happily willing to show me my car and how it works. I could not be any more impressed. They have got a new customer loyal customer if I keep getting this kind of service, especially at this location.

I was able to tighten with my bare hands. This let me know, technician did not even properly tighten the oil filter.
