I called beforehand to get an idea of how much an alignment would be there + described my issue. I stopped in about 45 minutes later. They quickly took my car in and started inspecting the issue I was referring to. One of my favorite things was that I was taken back to see the problem for myself. (I also saw them do this for another customer). I was also sent a picture of the part that was removed. I had called multiple places the day before and day of and they gave me the lowest price! I waited about 2 hours (my issue was complex). However, I noticed the other people waiting/coming in were quickly serviced and they were in and out! 10/10 experience! :)

I can't recommend Manys Auto Repair enough. I originally took my truck to another repair shop and…read morewas quoted $2,500 for a full A/C kit replacement, which didn't feel right. A friend referred me to Manys Auto Repair for a second opinion, and I'm really glad I went. Instead of pushing unnecessary and expensive repairs, they took the time to properly diagnose the issue. It turns out my truck did NOT need a new A/C kit at all. It only needed routine service and a diagnostic check. They evacuated the system, replaced the Schrader valves, pulled a vacuum, and recharged the refrigerant with UV dye to help detect any leaks. Juan explained everything clearly and walked me through what was going on. He mentioned that my refrigerant was extremely low, which most likely meant there was a leak somewhere in the system. Since A/C systems are closed systems, refrigerant shouldn't normally disappear. They recommended starting with a routine A/C service and diagnostic check with a refrigerant recharge. They also told me that if it turned out the system did need a full A/C kit replacement later, the cost of the service would go toward that repair, which I really appreciated. That showed they were focused on doing the right diagnosis first instead of immediately jumping to the most expensive option. Now I even know what a Schrader valve is. It's hard to find honest mechanics these days, but Manys Auto Repair proved they care more about doing the right thing than upselling parts. My A/C is blowing cold again and the truck runs great. If you're looking for honest, knowledgeable, and trustworthy service, this is the place to go. I'll definitely be coming back for future work.
