From there they tried to sell me another service. I was not against the other service that they offered, but i wanted to hear more in detail about it. The bad experience stated here. I asked to speak to the tech about it, and they refused to let me speak to the tech and give me more detail on what i was paying for. and it left a bad taste and my mouth but i took it for a grain of salt and assumed i was over reacting. later in the day after receiving my car back my girl noticed that our seat would no longer adjust and the button for the seat was pushed in. I then called the shop to find solution. they then tried to charge me another 100 diagnostic to check the situation rather then just looking at the seat that was damaged after. I took it to the shop to talk to the owner and he yelled in my face as i remained professional and calm as i had my work gear on and could not make my employer look bad,and i have it all recorded. At parts i asked him why is he yelling when i remained calm. He then digressed and then went back to yelling. Probably the most frustrating experiencing i ever had. It was like talking to a controlling parent. I won't bash the shop because i'm sure they do good work. but working with a company that has integrity is important and this is just not that shop. i also noticed that another customer had a similar experience.

One upon a time, out of a place deep deep in the gates of hell and sewers, one of the worst types of human cruelty decided to target my truck and steel my catalytic converter. Leaving me with a truck so loud that when driving home, every other truck was trying to get me to race it. So I ended up at the Toyota dealer who told me that I'm number 127 in line to get it replaced and the wait would only be 1 month. What da!? So I left it there to wait, wanting original parts. I can do this right. Then on a follow up call 2 weeks into the wait they confirmed that the wait will be more like 3 month. Three months?! As in 1,2,3? Also known as one, two, three? Just no. There has got to be a better way. So I call my usual mechanic who referred me to another mechanic who does custom work and they go by the name of Ripley's. I call and I said, "how long?" They said "5 hours". I said "what!" They said "um hmm" I said "go pick it up at Toyota". 1 hour later my truck is at Ripley's. 5 hours after that I get a text saying, "blah, blah, blah, Done! I'm like, " what? " They like "yeah". So in pure disbelief I zoom on over there. And there she is... glistening in the sun, with even a new anti-theft converter cover. My lovely vehicle that identifies as a Truck; was there waiting for me. And Tommy, the owner of Ripley's, was standing there with a red cape with a big "R" on his chest and my set of keys. I would not recommend this shop for engine replacements. While they were able to install the…read moreengine, It felt like the work was bare minimum without properly diagnosing or resolving underlying issues. After my engine replacement, I continued experiencing several problems, including rough idling, persistent oil leaks, and an ongoing check engine light. These are not minor concerns, and they should have been addressed as part of the service. What disappointed me most was the lack of accountability when I returned to have these issues looked at. Instead of taking the time to properly inspect the engine, the mechanic repeatedly blamed my known power steering leak and dismissed my concerns altogether. I felt like my input was not taken seriously, and the actual problems with my engine were never acknowledged. Overall, this was a frustrating experience. I placed my trust in this shop for a major repair, and they did not meet expectations. I will not be returning. I expected to have no issues after the installment when getting a new engine replacement and yet they didn't even meet that expectation.
