Personally, I had a great experience. (I am a young woman and yall know how we can take taken advantage of at car shops alone) I went in knowing I needed an alignment + that something was bent and needing to be fixed so it would not be your average alignment. I called beforehand to get an idea of how much an alignment would be there + described my issue. I stopped in about 45 minutes later. They quickly took my car in and started inspecting the issue I was referring to. One of my favorite things was that I was taken back to see the problem for myself. (I also saw them do this for another customer). I was also sent a picture of the part that was removed. I had called multiple places the day before and day of and they gave me the lowest price! I waited about 2 hours (my issue was complex). However, I noticed the other people waiting/coming in were quickly serviced and they were in and out! 10/10 experience! :) read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. SCAMMERS!!! FRAUDULENCE! I repeat DO NOT. My dad & I have been going to them for years with our commercial vehicles. Reflecting back, there is no telling how long we have been getting scammed. It seems they have a quote to get $700 out of every customer regardless of the issue. But recently I brought my van in because it had been teetering very badly. They diagnosed issue to 4 different repairs, told me $800. 6 hours later (after being told 2 hours, returning for them to tell me 2 more hours due to parts not arriving), I pick up my vehicle and realize it is doing the same exact thing, as if it had not even been touched. I bring it back the next day, another 6 hours go by, I call for them to tell me they "installed the wrong part" & would not be able to fix today. I was referred to Houston Alignment by another shop that installed a lowering kit on my 2021 GMC Canyon. As a result of the lowering kit installation, my truck needed an alignment. I arrived right at opening time and was quickly attended to by two courteous service counter employees. As I watched the technician work on my truck, I also observed other employees cleaning and oiling down all the machinery and blowing away dust from the floor. I went in for an alignment and I have taken 2 cars prior but this time was different as you will find out. I took my Acura in for an alignment and told them to get it all done they told me what I needed to replace and I get it some things affect some shops ability to do the job but in this case it didn't. Not only did they not do the job but left it worse then when it came in. My car drove straight but after they got done with it it was swaying back and forth from the rear. I went to get it aligned because I had the rack replaced fyi. So just wanted to make sure everything was done but these guys definitely didn't do their job and you would think with a name "Houston alignments" they would do the job correctly. As you can see from the pictures I'm providing the next shop did the job. Sometimes cheap prices aren't good. I would ask for before and after so you know they did the job. Or else you are paying for guys to just ticker with nothing. I'm sure my single business won't affect them but my recommendations will. read more

Decided to give this place another shot and took my car here earlier last Saturday for a standard wheel alignment in hopes that this time around my experience would be better from the previous time which was years ago. Unfortunately, to my dismay my vehicle was still pulling in the same direction just about the same exact amount as it was before I took my car here for the alignment. May I add that I realized I never received an alignment report afterwards shortly after I left the shop and had to call the shop back in order to turn around and receive it. To my surprise everything on the report states that it's aligned and yet the car is still pulling in the same direction just as much as it was before. So I take my vehicle to a different auto shop earlier this afternoon closer to home right after work for an oil change, but also mentioned why I don't understand that my car is pulling to the right even though I had my wheels alignment done at Houston Alignment earlier last week. I was shocked when the mechanic at this respective shop closer to my home told me that whoever and wherever I took my car to for this wheel alignment ultimately didn't do a good job or didn't do their job correctly. It only solidified the reason of why I haven't taken my car back to Houston Alignment in years because my last experience with Houston Alignment years ago left a bad impression on me for the work that they did on my car or lack thereof. Back then when the owner was barely starting off in that same lot of land with just a slab of concrete and an outline of the structure which houses the vehicles did business in the early years of the business, it was good and genuinely honest work which brought back loyal customers. However fast forward to today you have a business which indeed grew over the past several years, but has now lost a clientele of former and potentially future customers due to one notoriously infamous principle, greed. Bottom line: if you're wanting to get a simple wheel alignment done and don't want to be up sold on services that you probably don't need immediately, you're probably better off taking your car elsewhere. Otherwise, good luck! I've officially wiped my hands of this wheel alignment shop and I'm finding somewhere else closer to home that is reliable and does good and genuinely honest work. Worst alignment shop I've ever been to . Went in for a simple alignment (after never having a problem with my alignment at previous shops) and came out with supposedly needing other services that cost $900+ before they're able to do my alignment. Still charged me $50 for my alignment that they didn't do and car pulls to one side more than before. Also they never give out before and after alignment sheets. As I waited in the waiting room I witnessed two other customers bring back their vehicles because they weren't done correctly. Waited 2hrs in the waiting room that is very small and hot for nothing . You can't drop off your car you need to sit and wait in the hot waiting room that has only one couch or outside on the hot sidewalk like everyone else. read more
