I knew Master Project did larger projects, but i forgot they pretty much do "everything". Mike previously had installed a new bathroom and remodeled my old fireplace for me and Master Project did a great job. My husband suggested I call them first, since it required electrical work and my husband won't do that. I sent Mike an e-mail and a picture of what needed to be done and he responded right away with a very reasonable quote. Mike came out and installed the new light and it works and looks great. I would reccommend Master Project for any home improvement job, large or small. I have a few other projects I plan to have them do after the holidays.

I wish I would've known they didn't work weekends.. Monday they worked only a couple hours, not happy bc this was prolonging the project. The workers left the all their tools in the bedroom- laid against our bed! I was almost 6 months pregnant and had to tip toe in my own bedroom bc they completely took over.. overall bad timing- took longer than should have.. poor communication.. Said they would start at 9, wouldn't come til 9:45 or whenever they wanted.. after we found mold on the wall and the contractor refused to even come and look!!!! we had to threaten w bad reviews and BBB for him to come.. he claimed it was due to the walls not being painted .. I wish he would've given his professional advise to paint the walls before hand bc the sink/vanity was already installed and sealed to the walls.. meaning we would have to pull the sink out to paint the back wall and have it re sealed.. well, we didn't bother calling him to repair any of their mistakes bc of his lack of knowledge, Customer care and communication. We found out the granite he put in wasn't even sealed on top!!!!!! he left the vanity w/ wall texture.. we paid for removal of a medicine cabinet and they didn't even take out the anchors just barely covered it!! wow!!! such lazy work!!! I would never recommend this company.. I will add photos of his work also. overall- poor communication, never on time, lazy work, refuses to come back once they leave.. awful.. worse experience..

It seemed to be a poor (cheap) construction technique on the part of the builder (1999) since it got saturated with rain over the years, leading to rot. Ray repaired the damaged areas by custom fitting some sort of plastic material in those areas - with an additional nice touch of tapering that allows water to run off instead of building up and causing rot. We liked the work done on the porch job so we had Ray come back for another job we had been putting off. There had been a leak underneath the kitchen sink which damaged the base board and 3 surrounding walls. Again, it was cheap construction which soaked up the water and had the base sagging down with the walls corroded. The job sounds easy, but as we observed, the new (better) material was difficult to fit exactly - 3 walls and the floor all coming together smoothly. He also added a few supporting blocks underneath for good measure. We are very pleased with Ray's work and highly recommend him.

We just had Mike rewire our 1940 house and couldn't be happier…read more We were in need of getting the old knob & tube wiring out so we could put new insulation in the attic. We got quotes from several other electricians in the area. All wanted to do a full rewire that included ripping up our plaster walls. Needless to say my wife & I weren't to thrilled with those ideas & cost (anywhere from $4000 - $10,000) We asked our roofer (who was doing the insulation) if he knew of anyone. He recommended Mike to us. We gave Mike a call & he came over to check things out. He was right on time. Looked around and said a full rewire is not needed. I was shocked. He said he would remove the knob & tube that was still live. As well as update some older wiring that was still safe. His quote was also well below the other guys. When it came time to do the actual work, Mike & his guy showed up right on time again & went straight to work. During this time we kept adding things for him to do (changing out all the ceiling fixtures, adding a bath fan, ceiling fan & additional outlets here & there). Never once did he show that it was to much work or was getting annoyed with us doing this. Once everything was said & done you couldn't tell that they were here. Except for the new outlets & fixtures. None of the walls were torn up. We ended up going over the original estimate due to the adding work we had him do. Which we expected. All in all if you are looking for a polite, knowledgeable, honest electrician give Mike a call. I know we will be when we redo our bathroom.

He realized he needed some parts and tools so he didn't charge me and came back 2 days later to finish it. Awesome job, reasonable prices and great work. I would recommend him to anyone, he's an upstanding guy and is willing to work with you. I called some other electricians, but most of them wouldn't even answer the phone. After 2 weeks I finally had someone come out and give me a quote and he said he probably didn't want to do it but gave us his card anyway. Long story short, Mike didn't give us any of this run around, he picked up the phone when I called, he charged less and he did an excellent job.
