He was by far the lowest price, however understand there will be some areas that may not be perfect. He takes responsibility for his team's work. The positives: His team was fast and he addressed most of our concerns. Towards the end, some of the finishes weren't what we were expecting. Price, David knows how to save you money, however understand that comes at some quality. The negatives: Finishing the job. His works left before moving out fridge back and left tools. The cleanup also wasn't great. Measurements, it seemed like a couple of the measurements and spacing in the kitchen weren't done well. We were able to catch them in time and add spacers where we could. (Example, the cabinets around the fridge were placed too closely, so it would not have fit back in.) They didn't seal off the items in my garage till a day into the construction and they ended up getting wood dust everywhere. In a few places they tried to cover up a few mistakes hastily and we had to ask them to go back and fix it correctly. Conclusion: You just can't beat the price. I got 5 quotes and he came near the bottom. Overall I'd recommend him for a pretty good budget remodel. If you care about a lot of small touches, you should probably go with one of the bigger remodeling companies. David is an honest man and will squeeze everything possible if you're on a budget

It was much higher than we got quoted online (max was 240$ on quote from Annie, estimate was $360 from Doug). Both were very nice. We did special request for them to clean our sons room first which they remembered and was nice! They did not remember to ensure our personal items were placed in their spots after cleaning, but that was not a big deal and was acknowledged by them. Not as much as we planned on paying, but the ladies that did the cleaning did an excellent job!!! They even cleaned the outside of our front door AND moved couches tables etc to really clean which most companies do not do! We liked the service a lot but the price is deterring us from contracting monthly.
